Tamim was my salesman and I worked with Ardi in finance on leasing a 2016 Civic. It was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. There was no pressure, and my monthly payment was exactly where I wanted it to be. I highly recommend Honda of Tysons!

It was an excellent and pleasant car buying experience combined with complete transparency in terms of price, cost of various items and available options. Quick decision by the associated sales agent, Moses Ayilaran and sales manager made it easier to make the decision to buy the car. No hidden or add on costs.
However, the experience to get and install accessories on the car was painful. All the accessories were not available on the day when I bought the car. Later, I had to take the car to the dealer for 3 times to install the accessories and to re-install the ones which were defective and remove the ones which were not ordered.

It was first time buying a car for myself and I called fairfax honda and sterling honda but they never returned to my call, but when I called tysons honda they were so nice and reserved the car for me to test drive. I did not like the interior color but salesman Jay found a car that I was looking for and he drove all the way to Maryland to get that car for me. I highly recommend this dealership to anybody who is looking for a new/used car.

If you want to buy a new car, Honda of Tysons Corner is the place to do it. First, the price couldn't be beat for our new Honda Civic. We found a best on the east coast price online and called to confirm it was a true "out the door" price with no hidden fees. We were genuinely skeptical as it was $800 cheaper than the next best offer. I even went to a different dealer and after 1 hour of consulting and speculating over what features they were leaving out (and multiple phone calls to Sanjeev our Tysons salesman who politely fielded all our questions), they simply threw their hands up and said we can't match Tysons price. Our salesman Sanjeev was polite and very accommodating over the phone. We set an appointment and on day of the appointment Sanjeev was more than willing to let us come early. The car selection, test drive and decision process was comfortable and Sanjeev did not pressure sell us. He was honest. The dealership was clean and orderly, the coffee machine a nice perk and the time to complete rather efficient at about an hour. Next we conducted financing and Brian our finance guy provided us a comfortable experience which took about another hour. He answered all of our questions in plain, non-finance lingo, English. The car was cleaned and prepared and they took the time to explain the features. I really like that they didn't include the extra amenities like the cargo net, wheel locks and trunk tray that most other dealerships do so they can get the extra $395 or so dollars. In and out, the process took approximately 2.5 hours during a non-busy weekday morning day. Tysons is a great dealership - highly recommended and certainly going to give you a near rock bottom price.

I took my car for service because I purchased my car from there (which was a big mistake by itself!!) and someone stole my quaters that I had saved up for parking in DC, next time I took it there to get my brakes changed (honda had a recall) and instead of putting new brakes, they put the same old crap! When I realized what had happened, I took it back and they denied their mistake so I paid to get it changed, while changing the brakes, they stole my money from the glovebox which I had forgotten to take out!! You can't trust these people!! Even more interestingly after a couple months I found out from a friend that he used to work there and the General Manager, Mike Walker and Sales Director Jeff Riddle "directs" their staff to not fully satisfy "most" customers so they keep coming back with problems. After discussing with friends, neighbors and co-workers, conclusion is go anywhere but this place, you will save yourself money and most importantly time! All dealerships have good deals on car these days, seriously, there is Fairfax Honda, Pohanka Honda, just between these two, you can get a good price!

I tried to buy a car and they were so bad at it that I left after an hour and a half of trying to FIND me a car to test drive. This is the second time this has happened to us as well. We were even trying to buy a loaded accord, a car you would think they have plenty of. For all those rumors about aggressive sales guys I cannot for the life of me figure out how someone would buy a car from them.

If it's that bad trying to buy a car, imagine how bad their service will be.

It s just incompetence to the extreme. new service staff is terrible. Do not get your vehicle serviced here. Long story short, even if you Schedule an appointment they won t honor it, order the wrong parts, try to charge you incorrectly and shrug shoulders as if all is well. 4 days of incompetence, never again!

4/22/2020 Update - I sent a certified letter to Dan Nichols explaining the situation. The certified letter was signed by Latricia H on February 5, 2020. I ve never heard back from Dan Nichols or the dealership. This place is a disgrace and tarnished the Honda name.

Highly recommend! Specifically, for Parts & Service transactions, with Service Advisor Steve Farr.

Best car-repair customer service ever when I am working with Steve Farr ('Service Advisor'). I have never been displeased after a transaction (other than the fact that repair costs always bring me down anywhere).
Total transparency about prices and repairs that need to be done BEFORE they are executed. Always trying to ensure a speedy transaction/service. Puts a personable and friendly aspect to customer service experiences which really makes discussions of labor/costs/repairs-needed a lot easier to have. I always feel reassured that the repairs that are being made are absolutely crucial and that I will have the option to not order 'secondary' repairs if I cannot afford them (come back another time to have them done).

Thank you Honda of Tysons and thank you Mr. Steve Farr for keeping my car safe and sound!

Lately it seems like the Service Center has less advisors and less Mechanics on Saturdays. I counted about 3 advisor and I can only imagine they have the same amount of technicians.
I come out to Tysons all the way from Washington, DC because I purchased my two vehicles there and I figure it s good to be loyal. Unfortunately I might have to change service centers. I waited 3.5 hours for a oil change with a appointment. The staff of great but management needs to add more tech and advisors. I imagine they are fully staffed during the week when it s less likeys to get busy how it does on Saturdays.

The managers in the shop are great and do try their best to help you out. I've usually worked with Tim, who is great at explaining the problem and getting things resolved.

Everything else leaves something to be desired. In May after my Takata airbags were recalled I was told by Tyson's customer service that I would receive a notice in August/September when the parts were in. In the meantime, no one should ride in the front passenger's seat. There go ALL the road trips for the summer. It's November, and the only reason the airbags are fixed now is because I called them to see what was going on (I was tired of not having passengers in my car for months at a time).

I was also told when I made the appointment to get the airbags fixed that I could get a loaner car while my car was being worked on, but upon arrival I was told "oh we don't do loaner cars."

I'll be sticking to my local mechanic.

It was a breath of fresh air to purchase a car at this dealership! My wife and I spent all day at Pohanka Honda of Fredricksburg negotiating the price going back and forth for hours going no where. We've heard about Honda of Tysons Corner and their sonic price. Right off the bat we got $4,354 cheaper than what Pohanka Honda of Fredricksburg was asking without any negotiation. Najeem, our sale rep, went above and beyond, to make the whole process even more pleasant. He was very honest, considerate and thoughtful in many ways. He was very personable, and was happy to answer all of our questions in an informative way. If you are looking to purchase a car, Najeem and this dealership are your best bet!

Avoid this dealership. Tom D was great however his manager, Khalil, was very rude. After we shook his hands since it was obvious that the deal was not going to happen, he walked away and said "I hope we get better customers" and left. That was really uncalled for, inappropriate, and rude. If this is how management at this dealership behaves, you are better of spending your money elsewhere. We are the types of folks who hate to haggle and negiotate. So the experience up until this point was fine and respectful on both ends. Then the manager came over for 1 minute and ruined it. We immediate left. KHALIL just ruined our whole experience.

I had somewhat negative experience with dealer service department previously. I've communicated my concern and I was assigned to a new service adviser. He was great by making me feel comfortable with what they were doing with my vehicle. He was being honest with what needs to be done now vs later. Also, pricing explanation was straightforward whereas the previous service adviser was not. He made me to reestablish my trust on the service department.

Terrific Sales and Service people. A hassle-free purchase of our 2016 Honda-CRV. Najeem the sales consultant showed us the car around and was very helpful with all the questions we had. All the detailed paperwork was handled by Amine (Finance Manager) and it was seamless as well. We had to make some changes after the papers were signed but he got the changes in without any problems. I had spoken to Hugo, the Sales Manager, initially re: pricing and he was very helpful and straight forward. I had initially ordered some accessories to be added to the car. I brought the car back a couple of days later and the Service Dept. put everything on in one day. All around a great dealership. This is how car buying should be - very easy and hassle-free.

Despite having an appointment, I had to wait three and a half hours for a simple state inspection and oil change. I am seriously considering switching to another company for maintenance.

2 week update: Lowering my rating from 5 to 4 stars for the relentless marketing emails I have received from the service center. There is no obvious way to unsubscribe from half of these communications.

First time customer here with 13yo Honda sedan, took car in yesterday for state inspection and 100,000-mile maintenance. Will update if something changes.

Courteous staff; good, quick service. Steve on the Blue Team was polite and was not pushy when I declined expensive, non-essential work. With just the necessary maintenance, the car drove better than ever.

I ve been a loyal customer of Honda Tysons for the past three years since I moved to the D.C. area. In that space of time I ve brought two separate cars in for routine and major services, and have remained a customer of this location due not only to the convenient location but also the commitment to customer service. Recently I was in for an oil change and unfortunately a piece of personal property went missing from my vehicle. Although this particular instance was not pleasant, I have to commend my service manager Tim Godinho for stepping up to the plate, researching the situation and ultimately replacing my lost property. Tim is an excellent example of the customer service provided at this Honda location and displays the level of service that any consumer should expect without question. Despite this experience, I have decided to continue to choose Honda of Tysons Corner as well request Tim specifically for all future service.

My Honda was recalled due to an airbag issue. They were extremely quick to service my car and the repairs were completed within the estimated time. There were no issues or wait times, and the staff was very friendly.

I came in for a long standing issue for my mother's 2012 Accord she purchased at Tysons Corner Mercedes in 2016. They were extremely unhelpful in addressing the issue. While coming in for service for my own Honda, I explained to Mr. Moe Azim the issue my mother was having and he offered to help. The vehicle was repaired on 1/4/19 and even though the wait time was six hours, I didn't mind at all. From now on I will only bring my car to Moe Azim and Tysons Corner Honda.

Moe Azim is extremely helpful every time I come in for service. He is a man of great integrity who should be given a higher position and salary within Sonic Automotive. Also, Ms. Lucarelli was really sweet, friendly, and a huge help. Give her a raise too!

With a "Special" coupon, the price was reasonable and service was very prompt, but it included the usual "up-sell" trying to charge me hundreds of dollars to change the anti-freeze and air filters which are things I usually do myself. I was glad I did go to a Honda dealer because they had an update on the Takata air-bag recall which included my car.

I just bought a 2019 CR-V from the wonderful Aylin Bekem today! So many of the Google reviews mentioned her name so I asked for her when I arrived and did not regret it one bit.

She was so sweet and honest throughout the whole experience. We were also helped by Loc Truong and Justin Richardson.

There were a couple of hiccups with my past experience. Although my reservation was "logged" (per my Blue Team Advisor Steven Farr) the gentlemen that did my initial intake couldn't find my reservation when I came to the facility so they didn't have my information readily available. I was then informed that I needed the brake flushing fluid replaced because it was "orange" and should be clear. I informed the gentlemen that shouldn't be the case because I did my 60K car service 10 months ago. He looked surprised and asked who did the service...I informed him it was them (Tysons Honda Dealership). He then looked up my history in the "system" and confirmed that I had done the 60K service 10 months prior. He said they would do the brake flushing for free. I was concerned because either I paid $1,200 for a 60K service and it was never done during the 60K inspection or there is an underlying issue that caused the brake fluid to turn orange in just 10 months. Either way, I was given no explanation. In addition, I replaced my rear and front brake pads during this service and agreed to the service because I was told there was a current special/discount on brakes. However, when I went to pick up the car and paid the only discount I appeared to have received was a nominal discount on the oil change. Very disappointed with this last service.

Honda of Tysons has always been a family favorite for us and we've worked with a number of great sales people, however, our time spent looking for a vehicle yesterday and getting the opportunity to work with Haneen was beyond great! She is such an amazing Sales person, and was so patient with us through the entire process. From deciding a car, test drives and through the end. She definitely made our car buying experience car more enjoyable than anything else. Definitely recommend working with her anytime you're interested in looking for a car at Honda of Tysons.

The man we worked with at this dealership, David Mason, was incredibly kind and worked very hard for us, especially after the sale. He made sure our vehicle was properly cleaned and that a few major bodywork issues were taken care of before we took the car. Not everything we mentioned was fixed, but we did go with a used car. It's got to have some scratches I guess! So the process was a smooth as possible, although the office did keep our old car's title and then forgot about that, which made everyone a bit confused for a while. In general, we would recommend David Mason as a man to buy from and that's why we say go to this place.

We had a relatively good experience purchasing our car. Sanjeev Kashik was our saleperson - he was responsive, patient, and straightforward. We felt that he was honest and worked with us to get a price that was competitive. The only downside of the experience was the 1.5 hr wait for the business office to take care of paperwork, despite not even having to run a credit check or do financing. That is challenging when you are waiting with young children.

They were busy that day when I arrived, but I was the last one in the waiting room, and many had come and gone who arrived after me. I had run over a piece of scrap metal that lodged itself in my tire and caused it to deflate rapidly. I took my 2016 CR-V over to the Honda dealership in Tysons that evening and left it overnight for the tire to be repaired. I had my car back (with the tire replaced) the next morning within three hours after the dealership had opened. I communicated back and forth with one of the advisors, Jeremy, throughout the morning leading up to the completion of the repair. He was courteous, respectful, and very helpful in getting my car back into my hands in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this Honda dealership and its staff to any fellow Honda owners in the area.

Jeremy was on the job promptly, described the tread wear on my tires correctly, changed my brake fluid and oil, and gave me a good estimate. No hassle, no fuss. You do, of course, pay for premium service, but you get it here.

I don't understand how this place has good reviews. Their service section is a total mess. Service managers happy stand around chitchatting while a customer drives in, parks, gets out of the car, and looks around for someone to approach because you can't tell who it is. Then I find out the service manager (who on other occasions has been pretty good) isn't even there for the day and noone bothers to pick up their appointments. One service manager finally asks about the appointment and then tries to pass me on to another manager who begrudgingly says it'll take a while and seems very reluctant.

I was going to keep bringing my vehicle here, but from here on out I'll use other dealers because this one clearly has no clue about customer service. It's not rocket science to triage customers as they come in - I probably wouldn't have minded the wait if it wasn't the totally callous attitude. I've seen this on prior occasions as well but my service manager that I go to each time himself has been very competent so I just decided to look past it.
