Just had my car serviced there as the AC stopped blowing cold air.

They went above and beyond. They provided a complementary valet pick up and drop off, AC repair (my car was still under limited warranty), and interior and exterior cleaning. Just to be clear, I paid nothing for this whole service.

Huge shout out to Kevin Backstrom. Not only was he kind and professional, he also went out of his way to jump start one of our cars that had a dead battery after dropping off my mine, completely free of charge.

Also wanted to give a shout out to Moe Azim. Really nice guy and kept me updated while my car was being serviced. Glad I got him as my advisor.

All in all, 10/10 service. I've had my car serviced here twice before, and while it might be marginally more expensive than independent auto shops at times, it is very worth it for the exceptional customer service and ease of mind. I will absolutely keep coming here to service my car.
