I was informed to the work that was being done and kept abreast to the status of the job being done.
It was an experience that was not painful and it needed to be done. (Like going to a good dentist)

Brain Giles went over the work that was going done and made recommendations. The work was done in a timely manner and done professionally. So far so good.
