I stopped by service today at 10:30am to see if they can take a look at my navigation system because the satellite is not working. I believe his name is Tim Guiduno. He first asked where I purchased my Honda Accord. I said at a dealership in MD new.. It's a 2017 Honda mine you currently with 3000 miles on it. He proceeded to say I have to take it back to the MD dealership. I said it's a new car still under warranty. He then claim I purchased a car that may be involved in a crash. He then said they purchased a used Honda with about 1500 miles and it was involved in a crash with the framework damaged, and electric damaged. He then said does not know when he can have someone look at it. It's Tuesday morning at 10:30am. I walked out and contracted Honda in Sterling who was more helpful and scheduled an appointmentimr 10 minutes.
We own 2 Honda, an Audi, a BMW, and a Mercedes. Worst dealership in this area. This is why we don't buy our car here. You're a service advisor Tim, a car salesman, nothing more.
