I don't understand how this place has good reviews...
I don't understand how this place has good reviews. Their service section is a total mess. Service managers happy stand around chitchatting while a customer drives in, parks, gets out of the car, and looks around for someone to approach because you can't tell who it is. Then I find out the service manager (who on other occasions has been pretty good) isn't even there for the day and noone bothers to pick up their appointments. One service manager finally asks about the appointment and then tries to pass me on to another manager who begrudgingly says it'll take a while and seems very reluctant.
I was going to keep bringing my vehicle here, but from here on out I'll use other dealers because this one clearly has no clue about customer service. It's not rocket science to triage customers as they come in - I probably wouldn't have minded the wait if it wasn't the totally callous attitude. I've seen this on prior occasions as well but my service manager that I go to each time himself has been very competent so I just decided to look past it.
