I had run over a piece of scrap metal that lodged itself in my tire and caused it to deflate rapidly. I took my 2016 CR-V over to the Honda dealership in Tysons that evening and left it overnight for the tire to be repaired. I had my car back (with the tire replaced) the next morning within three hours after the dealership had opened. I communicated back and forth with one of the advisors, Jeremy, throughout the morning leading up to the completion of the repair. He was courteous, respectful, and very helpful in getting my car back into my hands in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this Honda dealership and its staff to any fellow Honda owners in the area.
