There were a couple of hiccups with my past experience. Although my reservation was "logged" (per my Blue Team Advisor Steven Farr) the gentlemen that did my initial intake couldn't find my reservation when I came to the facility so they didn't have my information readily available. I was then informed that I needed the brake flushing fluid replaced because it was "orange" and should be clear. I informed the gentlemen that shouldn't be the case because I did my 60K car service 10 months ago. He looked surprised and asked who did the service...I informed him it was them (Tysons Honda Dealership). He then looked up my history in the "system" and confirmed that I had done the 60K service 10 months prior. He said they would do the brake flushing for free. I was concerned because either I paid $1,200 for a 60K service and it was never done during the 60K inspection or there is an underlying issue that caused the brake fluid to turn orange in just 10 months. Either way, I was given no explanation. In addition, I replaced my rear and front brake pads during this service and agreed to the service because I was told there was a current special/discount on brakes. However, when I went to pick up the car and paid the only discount I appeared to have received was a nominal discount on the oil change. Very disappointed with this last service.
