Rough start, GREAT finish!
I recently had my B16 service on my 2017 Ridgeline RTL-E at Honda of Tysons and I will definitely be going back to see Mike! I did a TON of research on what the B16 service was and who would be the most trustworthy and reputable service option. I researched independent garages in addition to every Honda Dealer in the area. One of the reasons I did all of this research is because my purchase experience was HORRENDOUS (I bought my truck from another Honda Dealer in the area that I will not name, but I did not purchase my truck from Honda of Tysons Corner). However, Honda of Tysons Service Dept is the opposite of my purchase experience. They answer the phone quickly, get you scheduled quickly, have lots of availability, greet you promptly and courteously upon arrival, are transparent in their offerings (they will try to up-sell you, but at least they are honest, disclose it and own it) and quick to finish the work. They also have a great waiting area with a really solid cafe in it. So convenient! I'll be a repeat customer for sure.
