Phillip Chu Review of Honda of Tysons Corner

I've used Honda of Tysons a few times over the last few years with generally good service and wait times. The amenities are decent and I'm generally out of there in a reasonable amount of time. I go directly to the dealer for service on my vehicle, instead of a third-party mechanic, because their technicians and mechanics are generally more knowledgeable about Honda so I feel that the premium is worth it.
Unfortunately, after the abysmal experience I had today, I'm not sure if I'm ever going to return. I made an appointment online, days in advance, to come in at 11 AM for a B-service (pretty standard stuff including a tire rotation, filter change, etc. for a 2015 vehicle that's barely over 32k miles). It's pretty much all downhill from there. I arrive a tad before 11 AM and check in with my service person, Wilson. It takes four hours for them to begin servicing my vehicle (Wilson came into the waiting area at around 3 PM to apologize and say "Don't hate me, but we haven't gotten around to you yet. Your vehicle's next in line, sorry we're a bit backed up today"). I get that, sometimes things are super busy and it's backed up. I tell him it's okay and he thanks me for my patience.
About an hour later, at 4 PM, he comes back to share the results of the multi-point inspection. I'm going to need some work done including replacing two tires, alignment, fuel induction, etc. I authorize the work and he says they'll get right to it. Two hours later, around 6 PM, Wilson comes and finds me and says "we're finally done, we appreciate your patience. Not really sure what's going on with the service today but it's been slow." He offers me a 10% discount on my overall experience due to the wait, which I appreciate. He gets me my paperwork, we complete the billing process, and he assures me that my vehicle is finishing up in the car wash and should be out any minute. He says I can go back to the waiting area, since it's hot in the garage, and they'll come find me when my vehicle is ready.
I proceed to sit in the waiting room for another HOUR. About half an hour after my service person told me my car would be ready, another service person, who I hadn't seen before, came in and asked me if I was still waiting. I relayed that I'd been told my car was finishing up inside the wash but that it'd been awhile since then and no one had come to find me or return my key yet. He takes down my information and says "sorry, I'll see if I can go find out what's going on for you." He leaves and I never see him again.
At around 7 PM, I notice that my car is parked within eyesight outside of the window of the waiting room. Still, no one has come to find me or return my key. At this point, it's been eight hours since I've first arrived. I've seen countless other patrons come, receive their service, and then depart. I am the last person left in the waiting area. I go back out into the garage to find that it's mostly deserted. There are 2-3 service folks still around. I ask a nice lady for help and she goes and finds my keys. She returns them and says "we'll just need to get your paperwork printed out really quickly and then you should be all set." I go back to the waiting room for another 10 minutes. She comes in and says "you should be all set, sorry about the wait." I'm finally able to leave, thank God.
All in all, I spent over eight hours at the dealership to receive some fairly basic service. I ended up having to take the full day off of work and I had to go find someone myself to get my key back so I could leave. I do appreciate that they offered me 10% off of my bill, but not sure if it was worth getting jerked around for 8 hours and feeling like I got passed over for most of the day.
I can say that this is the only time that this has happened and I've used Honda of Tysons 3-4 times for service over the past few years; however, this one horrible experience has left enough of a bad taste in my mouth to where I'm hesitant to ever return.
*UPDATE* I tried reaching out after the response below but they've never responded to me.
