The service agent was courteous, helpful and clearly stated all the steps they would to take to get me back on the road. The service department had a waiting area that was clean and comfortable. They provided free newspapers, automated coffee, hot chocolate, and espresso machine and they even had an inexpensive eatery place within waiting area where they offered sweets, food and beverages, and what topped off my experience was that my car was back from service within the time-frame expressed by service agent. Overall, a great experience!
