The WORST experience ever in my 20 years of Honda ownership. I brought my Ridgeline in for the brakes to be fixed ($1020) & airbag recall. After paying that bill they handed me the keys, only to discover $1350 of damages to the Nav system/radio which Tyson's Honda refuses to cover- even though they admit it happened during their service to the vehicle. The Nav system/radio were perfectly fine when we dropped off the truck- this is such poor service and short sightedness on their part for customer loyalty. I love Honda's and have always used Honda dealerships for service- but not Tyson's Honda- I need to trust my car is being fixed NOT broken when I leave it to be serviced.
