I had an 8 a.m. appointment and got right in. My technician, Moe, said the oil change and tire rotation would take about an hour, so I went to the comfortable (albeit rather austere looking) waiting area. I bought a delicious breakfast sandwich at the in-house cafe and got a cup of latte at the wonderful coffee machine, read my book and started to do a crossword puzzle when I heard my name. All was completed in less than the hour and the payment was right in the service area where I'd started. So it was all smooth and easy. Great service.
