The customer Service I received from Dave Mason was extraordinary and very uncommon for a car dealership. His service was first class and top notch however the sales manager on duty that day was very cold and did not even acknowledge me or my family despite he saw us when we walked in and was dealing with Dave from start to finish on my process. The Honda dealer in Ashburn were willing to throw in some rubber floor mats but when dave asked on my behalf before Dave could finish the sentence he immediately said no. Very unfortunate and if it wasn't because of Dave's and I interaction and for him being a Veteran, I would have walked out at that moment and purchased from Ashburn Dealership. My gut feeling tells me he profiled me from the time I walked in because the night before I asked to test drive the car and keep it overnight and he got great joy out of telling me no. I have purchased many cars and I will tell you that if a Car Sales manager feels you are not serious, they will give every excuse of why they can't let you take the car home. For me, I wanted to show my wife and kids and get her approval while it was in the driveway. I won't say publicly what I think it was but I'm not happy about it and I let Dave know that the sales manager has no respect for my kind. I could have purchased from anywhere with my pre-approved findings and 0.9% rate not to mention an above 800 credit score but I chose this place only because of Dave but I will not recommend nor will I have my vehicle serviced their due to this reason. The sales manager on duty that day and the night before did not even say Thank you for your business....but you want to call yourself a Manager. I've been in combat for 45 months of life and I can't even get a simple Thank you for your business....nevermind the service. #noclassfromtheleadership.
