Service was excellent and timely. Service Tech Henry was amazing!

I used the courtesy shuttle to go the gym while the car was being serviced and they picked me up when the service was completed.

I have been coming to Thai dealership over 20 years for service and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Hello there I m waiting for some type of reply back and how there going to fix this on going issue this dealership is a joke they type to hype them self to be a GOOD dealership and GOOD customer service yea sure ...DONT DO IT...
I purchased a 2012 Accord in October 2016 that was making a noise and after several attempts was told nothing wrong with the car until 8 months they claimed to fix it but again it's still making the noise ... I have my regrets coming here plus when issue had I spoke to manager to chris to voice and he basically called me a liar " I was trying to find something wrong with the car " I be careful easy to make sale but not quick enough to resolve issue I should it be inconvenience ..... very disappointed customer

So the to portion was written several months back but never posted so let me tell you how shady this place is since then...
they finally all of a sudden found something wrong with my car it was a loose lower ball joint that they replaced now I m a Mechanic or anything but I know since this part has been replaced (6 months ago) it s loose again hmm how do I know I had a oil change done at norm reeves and upon inspecting they told me now this ain t like replacing windshield wipers but when I called them they refused to correct there broken process so DONT BUY A CAR from them they make it sound good to get a sell and that includes the president Jeff service manager chris customer service rep Antoinette they try to act like they care they don t like now I m stuck with a crappy car

I have been though the car leasing experience before at a different brand and dealership and the assistance at this Honda dealership was far superior.

Fred made the test drive easy and comfortable and Orlando was very helpful getting me familiar with every aspect of my new car.

Paid for a part that didn t work, was cold transferred to a 2nd department and triple charged for them to activate the part. B-team headquarters.

I purchased a new CRV here and had a great experience. Salesperson Natasha Ramos was outstanding: very helpful, very professional, no pressure, no nonsense. I usually hate shopping for a new car because I always end up feeling like the dealership is trying to take advantage. I did not feel that way at Honda of Pasadena. I spent a lot of time researching before I went in, and they gave me a fair price on my two trade-ins, a fair reduction on the sticker price of the CRV, and made no attempt to sell me a bunch of extras I didn't want. It was fast, easy, and actually kind of pleasant, thanks mostly to Natasha. Strongly recommended.

I live in North Hollywood and would not travel all the way to Pasadena unless it was for a reason. The representative that called me, scheduled me for the following Saturday and was giving me a discount because of some special you guys had going on.
Fast forward to my experience on Saturday. I arrived prompt at 10am, my scheduled appointment and did not leave your facility until 12:30. Yes... I waited two and half hours for an oil change and what I thought was going to be a tire rotation. (Which I told the gentleman when they walked up to my car to get my mileage info. Also it was recommended the last time I got an oil change at your facility.)
The person that first helped me wasn't there when I went to check up on my car. I'm glad I went to ask about the status of my car otherwise I would have been there for much longer. The next person who assisted me was like, "oh... It's ready. No one contacted you?" Then he brings me my report and I find out there was no tire rotation done... That's why I thought it was taking so long. I asked why didn't they do it and he said it wasn't necessary. Why did they recommend it to me last time then? Are you trying to throw on extra services my brand new car doesn't need?
The cherry on top: I didn't receive my initial discount, even though the gentleman said I was being charged 56.94, checked my bank statement I was charged 60.01.
So your service standards are as follows: 2+ hours to do an oil change, don't give correct discounts that incentivize me to travel 20 miles from North Hollywood, and on top of all that I get charged same amount I would have if my appointment only took 1 hour. I will not be returning to your facility, and I would like a manager to call me and tell me this is completely normal and you would charge anyone this 10% discounted rate (which I was already getting) price even if you made them wait And didn t complete all the services requested. (By the way I received this email I'm replying to at 11:38am...... Thanking me for the visit and asked how it went... So at some point my car was ready and no body came or called me. )

I had a great experience here! I wanted a gently used SUV. I found a white 2016 CRV with low miles for an extremely reasonable price! I had checked many other dealers and with the immediate assistance from Sebastian we sealed the deal! Simone in the finance department also ruled and got me financed for a better rate than my credit union's! This place should be your FIRST stop. Thanks again Sebastian and Simone! I had the best car buying experience ever and it was on busy Labor Day weekend! Robert was so helpful and knowledgeable even though he deals with used cars. He generously helped us throughout the process even though Alex was our salesman. Alex was extremely professional, patient, and thorough throughout the sale. He even has a great taste in music! Mo in finance was super and even gave me some of his personal snacks. I don t think I ll ever buy a car anywhere else!

We had a wonderful experience at Honda of Pasadena. After reviewing the website we had our hearts set on a 2013 Honda Accord Sport. Once we got there we were told it was just sold. Sales Associate Fred Kabrite greeted us with a warm smile and helped us find an even better car in our budget! Now we have a 2014 Honda Accord Sport. He was the best! His customer service was amazing! I highly recommend going to Honda of Pasadena and make sure you ask for Fred!

I am not one to write reviews but it was a must for the experience that I had. FRED, is your guy! From beginning to end he took care of me and made my first car buying experience perfect. There was complications on my end but Fred worked with me and managed to pull it off. He was patient, kind, and very informative from A-Z.
Never felt pressured or rushed. Answered all my questions and concerns. He works with you and makes sure that you re happy with whatever fits your needs best. Really makes your priority HIS priority. I was a little nervous about dealerships and salesman but Fred has got your back. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle (He even speaks multiple languages!)

I just walked in and Tony, Sales, helped me with my new car. He was so nice and patient and explained literally all the feature and technologies in the car completely and after everything was done and I picked up my new car he gave me a bonus, free iPhone lighting cable for the car. Clark, Manager, a very humble guy, also helped me to close the deal. David, financial, was too fast and finished my paperwork in less than 10 minutes.

I went in already knowing what i wated because i had called in before going and i was already pre approved when i heard i qualified and had a great APR i was so excited i just said YES to the car, the only reason i did not give 5 stars was because even tho i knew i wanted that car I felt like the sales person should of still explained all the features to me, I am here with a 2015 Honda and all i know is that it has a back up camera and Bluetooth. ...i will be going back to get more info on the car !

I purchased my Honda Civic Hybrid at Honda of Pasadena in 2006, and since then I have had it serviced there. I have been very satisfied with the speed and thoroughness of all the work done. Not too long ago, I had reported a noise that I had noticed. Service Advisor, Mike Lohgren, listened to me, listened for the intermittent noise, and worked with the service technician to eliminate the problem. I highly recommend Honda of Pasadena for facilitating the purchase of my car and subsequent servicing of it.

He goes above and beyond through each step of the process and will guide you through everything and even help you sync your phone before you drive off. I needed a minor part replacement, called, and was told to bring the car by because they had the part in stock. When I arrived, I pulled into line but there was no one around to greet me or give instructions. I noticed the cars around me were empty, so I got out and figured I just needed to check-in inside. However, when I got inside, I had no idea who to talk to. One worker was on the phone. The others appeared busy and didn t bother to look up or acknowledge me. There was no visible waiting area or line. Finally, someone seemed to notice me and ask if I needed something. I explained my situation and was told to wait by my car, that someone would come to me. From there, it was a positive experience, and the representative who did eventually work with me was really friendly, but I was kind of thrown off by the lack of friendliness or clarity when I first arrived.

Great service! I love how they have the shuttle service, I went to Urth Cafe while they did my oil change. It took a long time so they did it on the house. I wasn't worried about the time, but it was a very busy day for them so I understood and it was great that they did that. I also went back last week to fix the engine splash protector and they did a great job really quickly.

I had a good time there, I waited for my oil and transmission fluid change, I would say there waiting area was fair, and the price was steep in my opinion, even with a coupon for the oil. Maybe a coupon for frequent costumers and I know other Honda s have a 3 oil change package sold at their location. Try that out and I ll continue coming back.

When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted, checked in, and had an opportunity to ask any questions I had about the process. When I picked up my car, my service rep explained what had been done and and answered all my questions. Everything was handled professionally.

Took my car to Honda of Pasadena to replace a mirror which they did.

They also claimed to have done a complementary change oil and filter then have done an inspection. However 2 days after my car was serviced my car alerted me that my oil had hit 15% So they claimed to have done something that they didn't do and as a result I almost skipped my routine maintenance.

Excellent service and quality. Honda is reliable and charges a fair price. In fact their tire prices for a single tire, is less than America Tire. With no hard sell to get you to buy a warranty. Plus they offer free shuttle service. I had a driver's window that was not working good. Honda gave me a quote. Upon seeing it only needed a cleaning. They did it at no extra charge. Honda Pasadena is honest and trustworthy.

Parts Department is the worst. Three strikes your out. The first time I called them for a part the person had a bad attitude when I was trying to get pricing. The second time I dealt with them I ordered a part and they said they would call me when they received the part. They didn't call and when I followed up, I found out it got there 2 days prior to me calling and they guy said "I forgot". This last time, I never got on the phone with them. the nice receptionist tried to transfer me 3 times and confirmed the parts department was open. Terrible parts department. I am now willing to drive a little more and go to the Glendale honda, quick and efficient there so far.

This is an excellent dealership to service your vehicle. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. I had an issue with my radio that a couple mechanics couldn t figure out and before I knew it, there were 4 techs helping figure out what was going on and the situation was fixed. I will definitely be back for any and all my Honda needs!

I came in with a Costco quote. The employee (will keep anonymous) was extremely helpful and down to earth. No high-pressured sales tactics was displayed, even though it was about 1 hour to closing when I arrived. I gave a four star because they failed to give me the 15% discount on non-OEM components when they had given me the transaction documents to sign. I had assumed they applied the discount automatically because I was there because of the Costco referral program. Anyway, great service, but lacking in execution.

He represents the Honda brand excellently. He s honest, efficient, extremely customer friendly. If he were my employee, he d be up for a raise and/or a promotion.

Another member of the team got my dog some water while we waited. Moving forward will always go to this location for service. Glendale location is terrible.

Michael Tran is the guy to look for in the Service department. Very professional and he will definitely take good care of you and your car of course. I called him and asked him if I can have my car serviced in a couple of days and he was able to squeeze me in. Waiting area is nice too. There is a common waiting area where the TV and coffees are. And there are 3 lounge areas; 1 for kids, 1 if you wanna work while waiting, and a quiet room if you wanna read or take a nap.

This Dealership is the place to go when it comes to getting your Honda worked on. I actually live in DTLA but I drive all the way to this dealership b/c the customer service is Honest & Sincere. They don't BS you here! Which anyone can appreciate! And their pretty efficient as well.

Karen, who's one of the service reps that I go to often when I arrive. (She's a sweetheart btw and just an overall awesome employee.) Many times I've arrived with no appointment and their team here still somehow someway; takes care of the appointments before me. While at the same time, still getting me out in a timely manner.

Last time I went, my work had kept me up thru out the night so when I arrived I literally just wanted to go to sleep. Karen told me that I'd probably had about a 5 hour wait. (Me being so tired was like, YES!!...lol... I can finally get some sleep)... But of course, they had me out the door in about 3 1/2 hrs from when I arrived. Not bad, eh!... My sleep deprivation was just about the only thing that was disappointed...haha :-) #GoodJobGuys

The financial department, David Tu, was very rude. He specifically told my mother, "What do you want? I have another person waiting." Not okay. Do to his documentation error my parents bank could not issue a check for the loan payment they were making. Dude! This is your job to get Honda of Pasadena paid. Christine in repair services was amazing. Took her time with our concerns, answered all our questions, and assisted us right away. Even though she looked very busy and her phone was ringing off the hook she was NEVER rude but kind and sweet. The splash shield came off the car while my parents were driving the day they bought the car. I don't know about this place. But customer service depends on the mood of the person. I didn't even mention the 2 guys that vanished once we mentioned the paper work was NOT done correctly. Hope the car is worth the back and forth, and leaving work early to make it before the bank closes and catch David Wu when he is available.

Oh boy, all I can say is, service is sacrificed for the price of the cars sold. They, I admit, have the more cheaper cars available of any Honda dealer around, but the service is terrible. Car buying, which is an experience, and not one that is quick mind you, shouldn't be met with such poor treatment of customers. Don't expect any negotiation, they'll treat it as if they've never heard of such a thing. At the very least, avoid Ray. I went and purchased a more expensive Honda just from the sheer hatred it would give me knowing that I contributed to Ray's paycheck. That guy...

Stay far away from the service dept. Even after setting up appts. and several visits our recalls and issues are still not fixed. We've encountered rudeness and obvious disorganization that will keep us away from now on. I didn't even want to try for the 4th time to get our recall taken care of and sure enough..despite being told it would be done at a certain time , our car wasn't even worked on and we were not notified that our pick up time was changed. Not convenient when you have to go to work and have a family or just expect a general level of professionalism.
