I accompanied one of my family members for her second time car purchased. The sales consultant that was helping us out Fred Kabrite gave my sister such a great customer service. He gave us all of his outstanding devotion and assure that she received the best deal possible. Fred went above and beyond for us and walked us through the whole proccess from beggining to end for the second time around. This are the type of sales consultant that make a car buying experience trust worthy and hastle free. I believe that Fred truly understands that a car purschase is a big commitment for a lot of car buyers, and is determine to make the process a smooth experience. I will most defenetly be reffering my friends and family members to this location and specifically to Mr. Fred Kabrite. I will also be returning to this location for my first car purchase with Fred.

Was looking for a Civic si which was difficult to find all over the SOCAL. Some of the dealerships have the car but have more than 7000 worth of accessories installed on it. Honda of Pasadena has the car and even though they have the rare car they did not upsell it. They are great to work. Worked with Kenny La and his manager Mike Abramov. Both are very upfront with no haggle pricing . Worked with many dealerships around southern California but Honda of Pasadena (Kenny and Mike) is easily one of the best. They make car buying easier. Also the car did not have much accessories as upsell.

Very convenient service, totally hassle free. All the staff are pretty friendly, Karen took care of my vehicle in a prompt and effective manner. Their shuttle service is also pretty good. Great experience overall. Would totally recommend them.

Satisfactory service with appropriate amenities.

Down a star because I booked an appointment a week in advance for maintenance and fog light inspection. After service was completed, they still told me I would need to come back again to replace the fog light because it was not in stock.

I m not sure how the process works, but with a weeks notice that they might have to replace a part for an incoming appointment, you d hope they would have it ready.

As a first time car buyer, I was very nervous and stressed, but with the help of Moe and Felix, I was able to find the perfect car for me! They took the time to explain everything plainly and clearly. Moe went the extra mile to find the exact color of the car I wanted and have it delivered the next day. Felix was kind enough to walk me through the car's features on a short test drive and on departure. I would wholly recommend working with them at Honda of Pasadena!

This is the wrost Honda dealerships! I couple of months ago I was wanting to get a Honda accord 2016 and after trying a couple dealership I finally came to a conclusion to getting it at this dealership. I was very sad when we finally came with a contract, we singed the contracts, they told me I needed to buy unsurrance for the car and I did, I sold my old car because the sales man said I would have my new car in less than a week. As the week went by I didn't have a car anymore and I got a phone call saying that I can't be aproved for that car. I don't undertand how after singing the contract buying inssurance and selling my old car the guy was still saying he could only give me my money back for the down payment. I was very disappointed and have it for sure that this place won't even cross my mind when it comes to buying cars!

I dropped off my girlfriend s car on 10-7-19 to get serviced and from the time I walked in to when I left I received excellent service. Nicholas helped me from step 1 to finish. I even received a ride home and back. Super wonderful experience. I would definitely one back to Honda of Pasadena.

My initial test drive with Ryan and eventually leasing with Benito were handled well, but this poor review is because the overall experience made me uncomfortable and borderline offended. The sales manager and finance manager made me feel like a criminal. I understand needing to do an ID check with a credit screening but to continue to remind me that the deal isn t finalized until the bank determines if it was opened fraudulently or not, to ask for proof of residency (already provided my ID and insurance card), make a comment about the year I was in college, and to ask me to complete the ID questionnaire for a second time (AFTER the contract was signed and car was being pulled around) is just ridiculous. My credit was great, as confirmed by them, and I passed the ID questionnaire the first time, so what s with the need to keep pushing as though I m a fraudulent applicant? Re-examine your screening practices so legitimate customers like me don t feel discriminated against. Stop hounding me to complete your survey with 10s when you know I m not pleased with the service.

Michael was a very efficient and kind service advisor. I appreciated how thorough he went through the complimentary multipoint inspection with me. He didn t try to sell me random items I know my car doesn t need. I will probably be coming back and seeing Michael Tran in the future for all my car needs. Thanks again Michael for being an awesome service helper guy.

Stop by this dealership on 7/3 to test drive an Accord hybrid LX model, MSRP $26,240. And I went in with a quote from another dealership, which is less than 23k. But this dealership wants me to pay over 30k. Trying to get a car from a local dealership but found out that they are overcharging their local customers. Just stay away from this dealership and go further to east and you will find a honest dealership.

The employees were friendly and nice. However, it seemed that "pay attention to detail" was lacking. The wire was hanging out which was supposed to be in the right place after the service. This condition was adjusted immediately but why this thing was not done well in the first place?
I might be too critical but since I don't have a good knowledge on automobiles, I prefer not to see anything unusual after the service is done.
But thank you for the service.

Karen was my service representative and she was GREAT! She didn t try to sell me any services I didn t need, and answered all of my questions patiently. Quickly set up a shuttle to take me home and bring me back to the Honda service department later in the day. Professional, and seamless experience!

Please ask your employees to not wear such heavy cologne. It triggered my asthma but luckily I carry my inhaler. Some people like me have severe asthma/allergies and are prone to anaphylaxis. Also, my appointment was at 7am, I arrived at 6:55am yet my car wasn't ready until 8:30am (after asking if it was ready). It was only an oil change. Jiffy lube is much faster and same service. The building is under construction and no clear instructions where to wait and nearby workers were smoking. I've never complained before as service was always pretty good but the last one was not even though like I said your employees are very nice. At least there's that.

I scheduled my appointment for an oil change via the Honda of Pasadena website. Car was checked in by Gabe, and I took the shuttle home. Once the CR-V was inspected, Gabe said I needed to have my brakes changed, since they were very low. That was a priority, he said, while the A/C filter replacements could wait. He informed me of the cost of the brake replacement, and I agreed to the work. Once I came in to collect my car, Gabe was able to lower the price for me with a coupon/discount he used. I really appreciated that! Overall I am happy with the service and professionalism of the Service Department at Honda of Pasadena. I am happy I purchased my vehicle from this location. My car runs so well.

I went in to buy a new car from Honda of Pasadena. My sales rep was Gilbert M. and he was great. A sales rep needs to be your advocate to their managers and that is exactly what Gilbert was.... he knew what I wanted and did his best to get me exactly that. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and care he provided through the whole transaction. I knew he'd have me in the car I wanted at the price I wanted. If you are going to buy a car, try Honda Pasadena and ask for Gilbert... :) Rating is specific to Gilbert too.... because buying a car is really all about the above and beyond service.

Alex was beyond helpful! He took his time in explaining details and considered all that I was looking for. The deal and vehicle was exactly what I asked for, nothing more nothing less. Also, I will like to mention the rest of the staff; they were beyond courteous and attentive. My family and I felt very welcomed and satified with the whole experience overall. I will totally recommend this location to family and friends.

Since the beginning of the pandemic I was worried about businesses taking the necessary precautions to keep the themselves safe as well as the customers. Went in for a routine oil change this weekend and I felt super safe. There really is minimal contact and they get you in and out. My service guy Henry was super quick and knew I had an appointment later that morning and made sure I was out of there with enough time. I ve been taking my vehicle to Honda Pasadena for over 5 years and always seem to get the same consistent service.

Always come here for my oil changes and such since getting my pre owned Civic. They're always helpful and honest with the car's information and are ready to get me going as quick as they can.

Making an appointment is preferable, as they are clear that walk-ins can take a much longer time.

Replacing tweeters did nothing to improve poor quality sound of stereo believe problem is with sound cancelling system or something staff misrepresented the problem and wasted almost 200 dollars of my money for no improvement plus why make an appt when you have to wait in first come first serve line anyways very poor overall experience two times at this dealership would not reccommend them ever to anyone no explanation no help no service

I've always have a positive experience with Honda of Pasadena service center. The shuttle rides they offer are an invaluable service, they top off fluids without an extra cost, and the comprehensive car report lets me know the good and the bad of my car.

Called up to make an appointment for some recall work. The recall notice from Honda indicated that the work should take 30 minutes, but receptionist at HoP said it would take half a day! Sighed inwardly but made appointment anyway for an afternoon. When I got to the dealership at the appointed time was told that I'd have to leave the car with them overnight! Made my excuses and left. Complete waste of my time.

These guys need to organize their schedule better if they need to keep your car for almost a whole day just to do a minor part replacement. And they certainly need to do better at setting expectations.

Michael Tran was the person that helped me with the oil change and services. He was super nice. It was a quiet day in Pasadena when I got there, better than Norm Reeves or Buena Park, especially their services. They even have rooms for the customers to enjoy relaxing while we wait including the internet, quiet, and kids room which I was impressed. I planned to get another car soon, we will be back and asked for Michael again. Thank you.

3 windows of my new 2018 Honda HR-V are defective windows with flower-like patterns when you wear sunglasses. This dealer said they were normal and won t replace them for me.

Just imaging you drive on Highway 1 with these windows. You have to lower 2 front windows to enjoy the view. So annoying!!!

Great experience! I now understand all the raving reviews. Fred was genuine and kind when I was looking at cars, nonpushy, and patient felt like a friend wanting the best for you. Definitely ask for him when shopping! Mike the manager was extremely helpful and transparent, went out of his way to try and get the best deal possible if you re trying to finance. Highly recommend this dealer!

Been here twice and still impressed with service and quality of their staff. They treat all customers great but I feel like I m their favorite, that s exactly how you win long term customers!

I had Michael who was attentive and very friendly. It was a rainy morning but he was pepped up with energy and enthusiasm and you can tell he loves what he does. It infectious.

Lastly I included a picture of the car info rack. As a doctor, I chuckled that Honda treats all cars/ trucks like patients. In a way, that s what makes me trust them more.

This place has everything, knowledgeable and courteous staff, genuine Honda parts, ample parking, lots and lots of the latest Hondas and great location.
I had my Civic serviced and was welcomed immediately (appointment at 8:15, arrived at 8:10 was helped at 8:11) , they checked my car, gave me a report of upcoming items I need (may need a new battery soon) , they have shuttles available and waiting rooms. I chose to come back later to get my car.
Great experience, will visit again.

It was close to closing time and needed desperately an oil change. The service guy saved my life and took in my car right away. He also put in an order to wash my car!!! I'm so happy! Great service and I also saw a quiet room for me too.

Its my 2nd time buying a Honda from this dealership. Thanks to Rafael Ravago and Diego Albelais they were able to give me an amazing deal on my new car. I went to 5 other Honda dealers and nothing compared to Pasadena Honda. Next time you decide you want to buy a Honda, go see Rafael or Diego! Went to get an oil change and tire rotation. The service was excellent, representatives were kind. Went in with an appointment, arrived there about 30 minutes earlier and they were kind enough to take me in. The nearest Honda to me is Alhambra but I hate their service there. Will drive a few extra miles for Honda of Pasadena. They never disappoint me!! Keep doing a great job guys. Stay safe!

Despicable. I went to this dealership to get my airbag replaced on the recall. While there, they tried to scare me into getting my brakes replaced, saying I had almost nothing left on the brake pads. I have a regular mechanic I've known and loved and trusted for 14 years (he couldn't do the recall, which is why I went here) and he always warns me when maintenance is coming up, especially if it's going to be expensive. I left this shop amid dire warnings of the risk I was putting myself at, making it sound like the brakes wouldn't last for my short trip home. Brought it in to my mechanic, turns out I had a decent amount of brake pad left and was in no danger. Today, three months later, I had the work done - still with some old brake pad left. Despicable upsell, hard sell tactics by this dealership. Good thing the airbag replacement was free; I will NEVER spend a penny here, nor would I trust them w/their diagnosis. If you can, see Jason's Automative in Tujunga; fair, honest, kind, reliable, dependable.

I found a car I was interested in at Honda of Pasadena. My husband and I went there and found the car (used) and were looking at it, inside and out, etc. when Brandon came up to us. I wasn't sure he was a salesman because he just seemed so "normal". he let us take it for a drive, told us about the car, etc. He was wonderful with us, not pushy or manipulative, just a regular nice guy, like a friend helping us to make the best decision for ourselves that we could. HE was genuine and honest. Really appreciated him and his demeanor. Thanks Brandon. The people there are all very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place for buying a car or just shopping for one.

The other dealerships were asking for prices that were out of my budget. Luckily when I spoke with brandon he was able to help me out and made sure I was in my budget. I bought a 2015 Honda Civic Si, and not even 2 months after buying the alignment was shot, my new battery gave out, and even with my warranty they would not help me. They only care about making a sale.
