The financial department, David Tu, was very rude. He specifically told my mother, "What do you want? I have another person waiting." Not okay. Do to his documentation error my parents bank could not issue a check for the loan payment they were making. Dude! This is your job to get Honda of Pasadena paid. Christine in repair services was amazing. Took her time with our concerns, answered all our questions, and assisted us right away. Even though she looked very busy and her phone was ringing off the hook she was NEVER rude but kind and sweet. The splash shield came off the car while my parents were driving the day they bought the car. I don't know about this place. But customer service depends on the mood of the person. I didn't even mention the 2 guys that vanished once we mentioned the paper work was NOT done correctly. Hope the car is worth the back and forth, and leaving work early to make it before the bank closes and catch David Wu when he is available.
