Federico and I have been customers of Honda of Pasadena for over 20 years. As a dealership, they cannot be beat. Professional and customer-friendly employees will greet you and will try their utmost to resolve your issues. That is the reason behind us being returning customers/buyers over the years. The dealership is welcoming with their comfortable surroundings and perks. But the main reason we continue doing business with them is their Top Notch repair technicians and even their personable front office and sales people.
Most recently, a technician, George Juarez, adjusted the gear shift on our vehicle "Pro Bono"(no charge), though a screw needed replacement, let alone the labor that it entailed. We are are very pleased with the feel of that gear shift now. Great work, George!
Even the service manager, Chris Hanson, took time to talk with us, appreciating our loyalty to the dealership. I commended him for hiring the right people for the right jobs!
This review is due to the fine work done over the years to our vehicles, not just for the freebie received mostly recently. We have been waiting for an opportunity to give Kudos to this dealership, but Honda's Corp. Office has not yet sent us a survey, which, as I have been told, are sent randomly.
So, for your next vehicle need, consider one of the BEST, Honda of Pasadena.

This dealer is totally Cheater. Gave you a low price quote online but you never got it when you came to the dealer. They always had additional expense charge to you. They were completely deceiving customers! I will never do business to this suck dealer!

I had a great experience here leasing my first car with Fred! He was accommodating and knowledgeable and worked with me to land on a price I was comfortable with. He came recommended by my sister who purchased her first vehicle with him a few years ago, and I, too, highly recommend working with Fred for anyone looking to lease or purchase!

Visited Pasadena Honda on August 7th for my 2018 Accord s Service Code A1 (oil change & tire rotation). Adviser Nic explained details of services and my waiting time, around 60 to max of 90 min. After an hour, Mr Nic informed me my car was done. For the same service in March, I went to other Honda dealership (Orange Cty), and it took me almost two hrs. Mr Nic s estimate on the service time was very reasonable. Liked Pasadena Honda s Service!!

I brought my car in for the most recent airbag rec...

I brought my car in for the most recent airbag recall. I also asked them to check my fuel sensor. The associate Mike Tran (?) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was told it would take about 2 hours but that they would get it done as soon as possible. I chose to wait in the waiting area. It ended up taking 2.5 hours. Upon completion, Mike explained what the technicians had done and gave a recommendation regarding the fuel sensor. I would have liked to have been updated once the service time passed 2 hours, but I do understand they were busy, and overall the experience was positive. I feel very comfortable bringing my car here for regular maintenance.

Great service! Accurate estimate of wait time. If you make an appointment, they re ready for you, though sometimes I find myself waiting there for someone to tell me where to go...
Free shuttle service is great; I can go to lunch while my car is getting worked on, then get picked up.
Make sure they wash your car too!
A bit on the expensive time, and I always seem to underestimate how much I leave paying...

Edgar helped us update our CRV as a goodwill repair after Goudy Honda of Alhambra wouldn't do it. It was a safety issue that we've dealt with for years and it was fixed swiftly. The service rep at Alhambra was rude and we had just about the same issue a decade ago with a different Honda and again, Honda of Pasadena came to the rescue after Alhambra wouldn't do it. Next time, we're skipping our local Honda of Alhambra dealer and going straight to Pasadena. Thank you.

They rescheduled me then canceled that rescheduled time. So I have to start over while I ve been waiting since last week for them. Called to resolve the issue they just didn t care about priority of the reservation, why bother if it s going to be pushing people around according to whoever s preference & lack of regard for others waiting in line

Honda of Pasadena always provides excellent service whenever I go service my car there. I have been going there for the past few years and I will continue going there in the future. Mr. Tran was very professional and courteous through out the process and the service was done in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone in the area to use Honda of Pasadena.

da of Pasadena on August 9 2019 was very positive. This was a big job that needed to be done. My service advisor, Michael Tran, is excellent. He had, in advance, explained in detail what needed to be done, a close approximation of the cost, the time frame involved, and he always keeps me informed as to the progress of the work. I am very pleased with Honda of Pasadena and with the excellent service that Michael Tran has always provided.

Big shout out to Honda Pasadena for making the purchase of my gf's Honda Civic EX a good one. We got helped by Brandon and Rafael Ravago, and I cant say enough kind words about these two guys. Rafael was honest and not pushy, he called me while I was on my way to Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos to buy a car and he was able to beat their price because he wanted our business. I had been shopping for this car for a month and the worst service but best price was given to me at Norm Reeves but I cant believe the way the sales people talk to you there. First of, don't consider yourself a "sales consultant" if you cant offer customer service first. Those guys are a joke, but in particular a guy named Robert.

Rafael, thanks amigo for all the help and getting us the best deal with a smile along the transaction. Will be back for another one no doubt.

I just purchased my 2014 Honda Civic from Honda of Pasadena!

What a great experience! I did most of my negotiations with my salesman Mark over the phone!
That is something most salespeople won't do, as they do not want to spend the time with you unless they have you there, not Mark, he even took a call from me on his day off!! Who does that?

Since we had done most everything on the phone when I arrived, he had my car waiting for me!

We had a few details to finish, then off to finance! Now with David in finance, when was the last time you spent 20 minutes in the finance department of a dealership?

Then back with Mark, gave me my keys to my sweet Civic, then continued to show me every single thing, making sure I was secure and happy!!

For obvious reasons Honda of Pasadena will be our families dealership from now on!!

Thank you Mark! See you soon for my free oil change!

Excellent customer service. I always make an appointment ahead of time. Their service managers are knowledgeable and trust worthy. If there is something that needs attention after initial inspection I will be notified in a timely manner and allow me to make the decision. I have not been disappointed nor do I expect to be disappointed. This is my go to service location for my 2016 Honda Accord.

There are many reviews about sales and buying experience, and that is cool. However, I want to give a big shout out to Nikki in Service. After changing my battery out, we could not find the code for the radio re-boot. Nikki worked with me to disconnect the battery , re-boot, find the code in the computer and re-activated the radio! This was a free service Honda of Pasadena offers. (I bought the car in 2001 in Chicago, IL) Nikki, you are a great ambassador for Honda of Pasadena! Nikki, General Management & Service, THANKS! I ve brought my Honda here twice. I was super impressed with my service agent, he made sure that I got what I needed, quickly, easily, and at the lowest cost to me. I think this location is better than most

However, I m giving 3 stars, perhaps too harshly, because I don t find their attention to detail anywhere near as impressive as others. As I said, I ve broyght my car here twice for their multipoint inspection and oil change. Neither time did they replace my windshield fluid, which was empty when I brought my car in both times. Maybe it s just not something that they include in their inspection, but supposedly they check all fluids and top off. I know windshield fluid isn t a super big deal, but it does make me question the rest of the inspection and how thoroughly they re checking things especially fluid levels.

But that being said, I was definitely impressed with the service advisors. Just maybe not the technicians.

Mike Tran from service department is amazing, he is very honest and would not sell you services that are not needed. Juanito from sales is very good and friendly. Under construction, but remaining open during pandemic. Went for routine service and it was done within the estimated time. Agent pointed out tire rotation was not needed and removed the charge. This is a first from anywhere, will return for future service.

I really enjoyed my experience at Pasadena Honda. I needed a new car because of a car accident I was in. The sales people at Pasadena Honda were very helpful and were not pushy at all. I was lucky enough to have salesman Fred Kabrite help me with my purchase of my new Honda Accord EX, Fred was very kind and showed me many cars in my price range. From the sales department to the finance department they made my car buying experience a very happy non stressful event !

After an exhausting and depleting time driving around playing email tag and word games ,bait and switch with several dealers, I found David Beard at Pasadena Honda. I appreciated his honesty and diligence . Right to the point no back and forth , worked with me I was searching for a particular color both exterior and interior and he came through with flying colors . George Juarez was my service advisor. He kept me up to date the entire process. I brought my Honda Civic in because the motor in the window has having issues. He got the vehicle inspected, determined the issue. Once that was handled he contacted the warranty company we purchased from a different dealer. And even though it was a non Honda factory warranty they used them with ease. This was great because the Honda dealer in Monrovia refused to use my warranty company. Which is why I will never take my vehicle anywhere else other than Honda of Pasadena and to George Juarez. I trust him with all my vehicle needs.

I had the pleasure of working with George Lin. He was a clear communication and never made me feel like the dealership was being secretive. Since I have a small child, George and Honda made everything easy, so I was basically able to walk in, sign the pre-drawnup paperwork, and drive away in less than 45 minutes. Very happy with the service I received.

I have nail in my tire, went around 11:30am and the greeter took my info but waited another 45 minutes and left because no one helped. The greeter tried to help but it was to much for a nail and I had to go back to work. This is the second time I have gone and they are short staffed. Not good.

I ve gone to Honda of Pasadena for several years now. They are top notch. Worked with several different service reps. All are great. This last time was with Karen. Job that would have normally taken 4 days, she pushed to get it done overnight. Dropped it off Tuesday and got it Wednesday. Great communication throughout, super professional, super friendly. The shuttle service is fantastic. Good conversations.

I just purchased my very first new vehicle - a 201...

I just purchased my very first new vehicle - a 2014 Honda CR-V and I am so very glad to of gone to the Honda of Pasadena in conjunction with the Costco Auto Program. But more importantly, I am so very happy to have had David P. as my salesman, Brandon Burney as my lender and David in Financing to do the final contract.

This team of three went above and beyond to make sure I got the deal I wanted for the exact car I wanted and all within a couple of hours - the best part yet was that at no point was I stressed out, nervous, scared or intimidated! Which I experienced multiple times while car shopping even for a used car!

From the moment I called to discuss the numbers with David P. he was so helpful and we settled on the estimated numbers and interest all before even going to the dealership which allowed me to be comfortably at home while figuring out the estimated payments. Once that was settled I headed over to the dealership and right way taken cared of by David - test drove my car and decided it was all set!

From there David introduced me to Brandon who took care of all the official numbers - at NO point did they ever tell me "No this is what you get" or "No what youre asking for is not possible" Brando did everything he could with a smile on his face to get the interest and payments to where I was comfortable. Being a recent college graduate, every penny counts! And they respected that 100%.

Getting close to closing time Brandon than introduced me to David in Financing who calculated the final interest rate and payment. It was here where David gave me a great deal on my alarm system as well as made one last push to get my interest rate to what I was hoping for and the next morning it was approved by the bank - making this overall invest worth-while!!

Brandon even stayed a few minutes after closing to explain all the features in my new Honda CR-V and even answered a late night call when I realized I had forgotten my garage remote in my trade-in. Not even bother he took car of the issue and I was able to pick up my remote the next day.

Overall the Honda of Pasadena made my first new car shopping experience the most hassle-free experience. I would recommend anyone who is the market for a new Honda to go to the Pasadena Dealership. Just the like the Honda commercials - they are so ready to help you with everything!

After some typically awful experiences at other dealerships, my experience at Honda of Pasadena was great. I emailed Johnny what I wanted at the price I wanted, he agreed, and I was in and out in a flash.

If I could give four and a half stars, I would for one reason: apparently it s Honda policy that their cars don t come with alarms, and you have to pay extra for one? Totally ridiculous.

But other than that, I had a great experience, and I d highly recommend these guys.

Just leased my 2nd Honda from here and once again I am extremely pleased with my experience. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Fred Kabrite for the 2nd time. He did an amazing job the first time and once again did a great job, I am always pleased with his service. I highly recommend Fred as he does his best to take the customers' best interest into consideration. I was able to drive away in the exact car I wanted at a price that works best for me. Honda of Pasadena always provides great service in every dept and I always look forward to visiting them. I've been to other dealerships...Nissan, Goudy Honda, and Honda of Pasadena surpasses them all by far!

Throughout my transaction, he ensured me step by step what was happening. I will definitely return to Honda of Pasadena for my future services.

Honda of Pasadena treated me really well and seemingly fixed my problem very quickly. I had a creaking noise in my new car and it wasn't creaking when I left. Unfortunately the creak came back by the end of the day and the problem wasn't actually fixed and I will have to take it back again

Service is pretty good. Only issue I have on the drop-off and pickup ride service offerings. Earlier this was within a 10 mile radius. This had been cut off in half to 5 miles, which is inconvenient for long-term customers. Hope the earlier offering is restored or at the most 10 miles could max be reduced to 7.5 or 8 as opposed to a 50% reduction.

I would PUSH my car, all the way to Honda Of Pasadena, from Burbank, rather than take my Honda Fit, to my closest dealer, in Glendale, for service.
I trust the entire service department, who work there.
Having worked four years, as a mechanic, as my first occupation, I know what a tough job that can be, and, sometimes hard to get right, the first time. I had a problem with my power steering, that they were able to find the actual problem of.
Honda had instituted a factory recall, a few years after my '07 Fit was made, to replace every manual-transmissioned car's power steering brain. They did the factory-paid-for brain transplant, at HofP but the intermittant problem persisted. When the power stearing failing became less intermittant, I brought it back, and they were able to find the actual problem, a loose termina, on the backside, of the fuseblock, no charge.
I won't relate my experience, with the Glendale service dept.

Service call took way too long. Check in took too long and the actual service was over 3 hours. Dealership doing a good job social distancing, but bathrooms had no soap. Adviser Karen is always good and keeps me up to date on status.

I was given a notice via mail that my head lights had an extended warranty. Apparently lots of LEDs were going out in the Honda accords. I made an appointment and was taken care of immediately upon my arrival. Shuttle was able to promptly take me back and forth to my destination. Everything went pretty well. I used to go to Woodland Hills Honda, where I bought my Honda, and comparably I am much happier with the service I received this day, at this location. 4 stars because they didn t wash my Honda.... apparently you have to request it. Never have had that happen before.

I had checked their website the night before and inventory showed what I was looking for, but apparently they had sold it in the middle of the night. There were 3 similar models all of which were dusty and not ready to be sold despite being the latest models. I was given a quote and requested to come back the next day. Needless to say I bought my car to Norm Honda 4 hours latter.

My wife and I just got a 2013 CRV and had an excellent experience. We worked with Brandon Burney from the point of the original phone call to closing the deal the next day. He was very informative and personable and provided a pleasant, low pressure buying experience.
We were very satisfied with the car, the price, and the experience overall.
