Federico and I have been customers of Honda of Pasadena for over 20 years. As a dealership, they cannot be beat. Professional and customer-friendly employees will greet you and will try their utmost to resolve your issues. That is the reason behind us being returning customers/buyers over the years. The dealership is welcoming with their comfortable surroundings and perks. But the main reason we continue doing business with them is their Top Notch repair technicians and even their personable front office and sales people.
Most recently, a technician, George Juarez, adjusted the gear shift on our vehicle "Pro Bono"(no charge), though a screw needed replacement, let alone the labor that it entailed. We are are very pleased with the feel of that gear shift now. Great work, George!
Even the service manager, Chris Hanson, took time to talk with us, appreciating our loyalty to the dealership. I commended him for hiring the right people for the right jobs!
This review is due to the fine work done over the years to our vehicles, not just for the freebie received mostly recently. We have been waiting for an opportunity to give Kudos to this dealership, but Honda's Corp. Office has not yet sent us a survey, which, as I have been told, are sent randomly.
