There was an issue with a car I purchased as Certified Pre-Owned. After being given the run-around by a couple managers, I contacted the president who promptly fixed the issue.
The shuttle service makes making an appointment really convenient. More importantly, I like how everyone wears a mask to decrease the probability of spreading the coronavirus.

It's been a long week looking for a car for my son, we have been to every dealership from Kia to Toyota and out of all of them we found this dealership provided the best service. My son was interested in the new Accord so I called in and set an appointment, very friendly phone staff. We arrived at the dealership and were greeted by a very professional salesman by the name of Alex, was very informative and not pushy like most salesman are.
We ended up not purchasing the vehicle because we still need to compare it to the Hyundai Elantra, but if we do end up deciding to go for the honda then I wouldn't take my business to any other dealer or salesman.

My maintenance appointment was handled very well. All Covid-19 guidelines were followed and the vehicle was returned in a timely manner + a free wash was included.
The customer service is pretty great overall, I am just really disappointed in the way things were handled at my last visit. I went in for a car service, I was told it was only going to take 1.5 hrs so I decided to wait it out at the center. The service took about 4 hours! They only changed my oil, air filter, tire rotation, and checked brake fluid and somehow ended up charging me $500+! I am never going back here because not only did they up-charge me for parts but they wasted my time. It should not take 4 hrs to do those things.

The service advisor at Honda of Pasadena, Michael Tran, provided excellent service on my Accord. I did not have an appointment but Michael was able to squeeze me in and had my car completed by the time he promised. He took the time to go over any issues with my car and explained it in a way I understood. I was very happy with the service and will definitely contact Michael for any future service I need on my car.

I got my van here although I feel that they overpriced the dam thing. Their service is good I'll give them that much. Its not a bad place to get your vehicle serviced but again I believe that they overprice everything here although for some of the things they didn't charge me so that's a plus. over all I didn't really have a bad experience just that for a lot of the things I can't afford it.

I hate the car buying/leasing experience. I messaged multiple dealerships asking if they would be willing to simply text me their best price, and most tried to give me the runaround but not Brandon at Pasadena. He was straightforward, really listened to my needs and made me the best deal with minimum pain or time wasted sitting at the dealership. All around best case scenario.

Bad experience with the sales people, they didn't seem to know where anything was so we walked all over the parking lot. The salesman left me waiting outside for a long time when it was super hot outside. I ended up going inside to find some water and so I wouldn't get sunburned. It just wasn't a pleasant experience and I won't be back. I had questions about my situation, but the salesman kept interrupting me and talking over me. I felt like he didn't care that I had questions and just wanted to move on to someone else. One of the worst experiences at a car dealership. I'm not mad about not getting approved for a car, I'm irritated about how I was treated throughout the whole process.

I've been here several times for general maintenance and oil changes on my car. I just came yesterday to deal with refinancing my lease which was stressful for me and everyone involved made it easy and enjoyable. Every time the staff has been wonderful. 9/2 5/2920: I first purchased from Honda of Pasadena in 2014 (I still have that car for my daughter). I have all service work on both cars done at the dealership. I also check around for pricing and have found that they are competitively priced on the routine service and on the one repair I needed last year on the 2014 CRV. Since I purchased the car there I always get coupons for routine service work and the few times I did not have a coupon I ll remind them I m a good repeat customer and they have always given me 10% off.
I always leave feeling that I ve been treated fairly and that they truly appreciate my business.

I don't usually write reviews but I had such a good experience when buying my Honda CR-V at Pasadena Honda, I feel I need to thank the people who helped me. Brandon went out of his way to find the exact car I wanted, and I had been very specific. He found it at another dealership and made arrangements to have it delivered to Pasadena Honda that same day. He kept in constant contact with me during the search and I appreciated that. Simone handled the financial end and was also very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me and made suggestions about accessories and insurance that I might be interested in. She wasn't pushy which made me more receptive to her suggestions than I normally would have been, and I did agree to a few of the extras! I have also been to the service department to have the accessories and alarm installed. They were very accommodating in setting up the appointments. Nicholas helped me at the first visit and Karen at the second. They were both ready for me with my paperwork and were both very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All in all, I have been very happy with my experience here - and I love my CR-V!!

There are many scammers, and there are pits everywhere! You ca n t buy a car and you re in trouble. Where can I complain about this kind of commercial fraud?
I felt the need to write this review immediately upon leaving this dealer. After talking to one of their online chat representatives about taking a look and driving a civic si I was told to come in as soon as I'd like. Took about 40 minutes driving there in traffic. When I showed up I was not only denied a test drive because of a required credit check. I always also told there is a $3k markup on the vehicle. This was all before I even got to physically see the car. I strongly urge any one who is thinking about coming to this dealer to look elsewhere.
Honda of Pasadena have awesome employees such as Fred who I got to meet. Fred helps you in any way he can to get your new car as he did for me, he also have a great sense of humor and that's a plus thank you again Fred we are highly appreciated. I'm so happy with my new 2015 CRV and see you again in 3 years. One more thing, I love Honda of Pasadena because all the employees are super helpful/have great smiles at all times with customers. Johnny La, Mike, & Kenny went above and beyond my expectations when I went to get a new car for my original one that was totaled. Definitely would reccomend anyone going to Honda of Pasadena for their first, or 10th car! I will be bringing a friend within the next week or two to get one!
Went looking for an SUV type car and showed up at Honda of Pasadena. Fred was attentive and didn't have any sales pitches like they usually do at dealerships. He was very attentive and followed up with all our questions on the Honda CRV. Fred made sure we were satisfied and communicated well. I can't speak for other sales employees at this location but he did a great job with his customer service skills and wasn't looking to just make a sale. Thanks Fred!
Honda of Pasadena Sold us a lemon. 2015 Honda Civic Brand New From Honda of Pasadena. When we tried taking in our car for multiple issues when it had under 40,000 miles, this dealership turned us away multiple times and tried blaming the problems on us/ previous mechanic, when we have only had the engine oil changed a few times at that point. Some of the problems this car at under 40,000 miles started exhibiting: SRS air bag safety light intermittently on, back of engine/ transmission oil leak, brake calipers have excessive play and make noise when braking, transmission shift console and radio lights intermittently on/off. They could never give us a straight answer, and instead blamed the problems on us for having the car worked on by another mechanic. We would like to know how changing the engine oil could have possibly caused the air bag system to be defective or faulty???? We could sense that they were trying to avoid any repairs, or warranties. Very shady, dishonest, bad attitude. It appears as if the electronics and electrical on this car are made of poor quality/ defective. I love Honda, and think they make a wonderful vehicle, but I would avoid buying one from this place and having to deal with their service department/ managers who makes you feel inferior or even worse stupid for bringing in your brand new car for MULTIPLE SAFETY RELATED CONCERNS. Avoid this place. Buyer beware.

Had an appt to fix safety issue with seatbelts. They spent an hour removing them, then found out they did not have the replacement part in stock. They told me that they would let me know when the part is in, but weeks later I have heard nothing.
