Extraordinary service at the Pasadena location! They took my car in even though I didn t have an appointment. Helped me promptly and were beyond courteous! OMG Michael Tran was AMAZING and so nice. Another member of the team got my dog some water while we waited. Moving forward will always go to this location for service. Glendale location is terrible.
