Very courteous and efficient dealership. Every one I dealt with from the girl who made my appointment on the phone to the young man who took my info down when I arrived to the gentleman who helped me with my maintenance billing and info. All get an A+ as far as I'm concerned.

I have to say this dealer has been the best dealer...

I have to say this dealer has been the best dealer I've ever been to. I've shopped at many dealerships but Honda of Pasadena did it for me. Mr. Fred Kabrite went far out of his way to give me the most for my trade in and the best deal possible on my new Honda Civic. I would definitely recommend this dealer to everyone and refer them straight to Mr. Kabrite.

Henry was very professional and helpful in getting my car checked in and assisted with me with Honda shuttle services, so I may get back to work on time.

The shuttle driver was also professional, I did forget his name.
All in all Honda was fantastic.

Great service. Right now with covid happening, social distancing is so incredibly important. All the employees wear masks (and wear them properly might I add) and they have rearranged the indoor and outdoor seating to comply with social distancing requirements. All around a very good experience

I knew I could do business with this dealership. Very informative and friendly, they answered all my questions. I knew I could buy a car from them and I listened to all the options I had. They also have more models for me to choose from than anyone else I've been to. Very personable and professional. They also replied promptly online and kept in touch.

i was in the area a week ago i decided to stop by to look for a car for my daughter . i had been greeted by a very friendly salesperson he introduced himself as fred he showed me a few used car i was very satisfied fred knows what he's doing he treated me in a very professional manner. fred gave me his business card i'l be back with my daughter at the end of the month to see fred i highly recommend fred and honda of pasadena to do business with.

George was awesome! The service her excellent, I got constant communication, if I had questions I knew who to call and they always answered quickly.
I m surprised at the level of service here compared the Honda dealership closer to me, I came because of the availability but I ll only come here because the service is light years better than Honda Sierra.

I would leave zero stars if possible, but one star is the minimum number of stars I could enter. This review has nothing to do with Simone or Salpi, but specific to David Beard, the internet manager, and his supervisors. Absolutely terrible experience. Hands down the most unprofessional place of business I have ever experienced. David caused a scene on the sales floor and tried to fight with me (I m 6 months pregnant) and my husband in front of our two young children. The incredible lack of tact and basic customer service skills was outrageous. Contacted the CEO of Honda North America to escalate the issue appropriately. Go somewhere else. Not worth the time, the heartache and headache.

They have always been consistent as far as customer service and turnaround time, not to mention the quality of work. They will show you suggestions to either having it done that day or at a future date. Really reassuring as to not look pushy, which most of us are thankful for.

Went in to do a recall for an airbag and a faulty window switch. They told me it would take 4 hours, it took 4 hours which was a surprise to me. Ordered parts here too, it came the next day which was way faster than I expected. And Karen, (the service person) remembered my name after service which was also impressive. Would consider coming back here when thinking of buying a car due to the professionalism of this dealership.

I recently bought a car from Honda of Pasadena and couldn't be happier with the experience. The salesman I had was named Diego who made the experience that much better with his energy and expertise. Buying a car can be a stressful experience if you get the wrong person trying to sell you one. Trust me, I've been there before as we all have. By being very helpful, honest as well as funny, Diego eased any concerns I had about my purchase. Now I'm the proud owner of a Honda Accord and couldn't be any happier. Thanks to Diego and the friendly staff at Honda of Pasadena

I have had serviced vehicles at Nissan Mitsubishi and Toyota of Glendale , dodge of Alhambra and Audi Rusnak and have always had complementary vehicle washed on every service except for this time at Honda of Pasadena i am so dissatisfied that even when I picked up my vehicle I noticed it was dirty and service representative refused a car wash even when I offered to pay for it. Even an express car wash would have done it.

They are always friendly and very efficient in the work that they do. I am so grateful for them operating in a time like this. If you are looking to drive off the Honda car lot happy and in a shiny new car, make sure to let BRANDON, CHRIS + DANNY take care of you! I was stressed about my Civic Hybrid that had me "upside-down" + was exhausted with too many miles and could no longer accommodate my growing 3-year old daughter and 6 ft. tall boyfriend, but with the help of these three helpful individuals, I was able to drive home in a brand spanking new ACCORD SPORT in the color + transmission I wanted (black and 6-speed) with only a mild increase in my monthly payments and a small down payment. Make sure to look for these guys at Pasadena Honda if you're looking for great customer satisfaction! THANK AGAIN YOU GUYS!!!!

Really happy I chose Honda of Pasadena to get a new car, I m a first time buyer, new mom and they really worked with me plus gave me a great deal. They answered all my wacky questions and explained everything to me from buying, leasing, to how my car works. When you go look for Lucky! He helped me through the whole process and I appreciate him for he did a great job hands down five stars for that guy!!

their finance department is nothing but a scam...

to qualify any honda/acura special lease, all you need is 720+

honda of pasadena's finance department will tell you it's 760+

if your not aware of your credit score or honda's minimum requirement...

YOU WILL GET RIP OFF !

the sales will tell you your credit score did not quality for the "lease special" and you need to pay more if you want the car....

that is at least $25.00 (seen $50 a month at yelp reviews) a month extra they can ask you to pay, if you do the math, a 3 years lease, that is an extra $900.00 in their pocket ! if you have money to blow, buy/lease cars from them, $900 is a lot of money (that's 4 months of civic lease payment) for me...

since 16 (i'm 40 now) i owned at least 20 cars & this dealership is by far the worst i experience, i didn't get rip off because of my experience with sales on a commission... but imagine college kids buying their first brand new honda with no experience ??

Thanks to Karen in service. My battery died due to lack of driving during the pandemic. She was willing to have it charged to check it would be retained. It registered good on the diagnostic after the charge. There was no charge for this service. Thanks.

After a couple phone calls, deal was made, came into the dealership and little after 2 hours, I was out of there.

They promised what was said and did as requested. They helped speed up the process by having everything ready and was helpful with the explanations.

I was helped by Karen who could not have been more professional and courteous while assisting me with all of my needs. The issue was quickly resolved and they even rinsed off my car which was a much appreciated bonus!

Everytime I have been to this Honda dealer for service everything has always been on point. With any problems I may have with both of my Honda Civics it is always resolved. Mike Tran has been a great help with any aspect, from explaining what is wrong with my vehicles, to letting me know what deals may be available to assist me in the payment of any service needed. Watch out !!!
Make sure you get the vin number and out the door price first !!! before you heading to this dealer.

I had many emails (internet sales person David) before I had to dealer. I discussed with him about 3 days. he told me to stop by on president's day. I showed what he given me for Honda Accord Sport with sensing ($23K). David wasn't there. I had to deal with Diego. Nice guy but He did not given me price I prior talked with David (internet sales person). I showed emails to him and he did not honor the price... instead....

They start adding Dest. fee and Accessory fees. I TALKED about this as well in email. Our negotiated price + only tax & registration fee. Alarm became an option.

They were not upfront about price with the car. They did not given price according to their stocked cars. When I alive to dealer, they are charging hidden fees although I discussed through email.

Danny was really helpful in showing me the vehicles, particularly the Accord. He explained and showed me the differences of each model. When I finally decided which model to go with, Danny and manager Mike showed me my options for lease or purchase. After a few negotiations, I got the deal I was looking for and decided to purchase. Great experience unlike other dealers I visited before stopping into Honda of Pasadena.

Bought my Honda here in 2013 and have been getting service here ever since . Service department always friendly. I try to work with the same advisor every time and he s great. I decline to give his name for selfish reasons. Before, making an appointment online had some glitches but it has been redesigned and was much easier this last time. I ve also phoned and gone in person to make appointments in the past. Shuttle service if you need it. Got reminder emails, texts and phone calls about appointment.

I had a phenomenal experience at this dealership. Alex Bolanos and Mike Abramov were extremely helpful and accommodating in getting me the car I wanted. They were attentive, answered all my questions, and were very professional. I also worked with Dan Nguyen in finance, who was fantastic with explaining all the paperwork.

I love my new HRV and will definitely shop at this dealership again in the future!

Fred K. was terrific with my used car sale. Found him online, came in the next day to see the 2009 Ford Focus, the car was clean, well kept, and almost had that new car feel. Lynn the Sales Manager was helpful guiding me through the final parts of the deal

Had a regular service needed, oil change and filters etc. and 5 recalls on my minivan and tire issues! Honda of Pasadena was wonderful about scheduling everything and flexible with drop off and pick up. They did everything in 24 hours and even washed my car! Also felt COVID-19 safe as well! I love this Honda Dealership - they are the BEST!

Honda of Pasadena does not listen to their customers. I have asked repeatedly to not solicit me with these emails, calls or text but they continue. I have explained that I would let them know if they failed but they continue to send these request. Why can't companies like Honda of Pasadena learn to communicate with their customers in the manner in which the customer wants to be communicated with. Why can't they just listen? Because they only think of themselfs.

I have been a cutomer of Robertson Honda and for the past couple of years moved to #HondaPasadena. Today I had the regular service of oil change and tire rotation. I got my car back, and for the second time now, while driving, the tire pressure activates while im on the freeway. WHY? I had to work my busy schedule around to take it back and they told me, " they forgot to reset it after rotating the tires."
Please tell your mechanics, it should be a protocol to reset the gauge after rotating the tires.
It might not be a big deal for you, but for people who don't have a lot of time to spare, its a big deal.

Was a bit disappointed this time around. I made an appointment and it was canceled. Why? Not sure but did not get an explanation. I was able to drop it off for an oil change. However I asked my advisor to take a look at other small problems and I was told nothing was wrong. I don t see how this could be. My van shakes and it seems that it wants to turn off. How can they say nothing was wrong. Anyway maybe I need to start looking at other places to take my van to.

I've been interested in getting a new car. So today (Saturday) I came in want to have a test drive of their new cars. To my surprise, since I entered the door, for 20 minutes, none of their employee would like to speak a single word to me. All right, I understand, they've been busy. But actually, there aren't many customers there. The couple arrived later than me been helped. So really, am I so hateful that I have to left alone for 20 minutes? I walked away since there are so many dealers.

Edgar and the Honda team did a great job of helping service my car and letting me know what was needed in terms of maintenance so I could choose to do so with them or by myself!

Ruben is also a super kind shuttle driver and it's great that they offer a complementary shuttle service in a 5-mile radius.

Me and my family went car shopping on Sunday 8-18-19 I went to another Honda dealer and had a bad experience. We showed up to Pasadena and were greeted by Tony La. He went above and beyond to show us the car we really wanted and the financing worked with us to a price to meet our budget. Tony explained in detail how to set up airplay, Bluetooth, features,etc. Will refer my friends and family to Pasadena Honda.

Not a good place for service. The staff is not responsible to customers. I dropped my car on Monday and the staff called me said one part need to be replace, however, he did not make a note on where need to be fixed, also, no one called me to pick up my car on the second day, so when I was calling back the second day, the staff is take the day off without make a note on which part need to be fixed, so on the second day I picked up the car, nothing have done, so I waste time with them and leave my car with them one day, I was hoping they can get it fixed but they didn t. Very disappointed and will not come again after the staff told me which part he wants me to fix :(

I had an unexpected engine light come on and immediately drove to the Pasadena Honda dealer. Chris Hansen was the service rep I worked with. he was great with communicating with me and was accurate in the time estimates. A part had to be ordered but it's fixed now and running great!

The overall service was good, Julia at the customer concierge was fantastic! Would have been 5 stars if Honda issued the door lock actuator warranty for ALL doors, not just the driver s door.
I never received a notification for the warranty, so when the driver side needed to be replaced 2 years ago I had my mechanic fix it. I was told about the warranty for the actuator when I had the airbags replaced.
Corporate customer service needs to take a lesson from Julia. Went above and beyond to make sure things were handled for me.
Thank you, Julia! You deserve a big fat raise!!

I had Honda of Pasadena handle the paint warranty on my 2015 Honda Fit. They were responsive, communicated effectively, and washed my car twice because a bird had pooped on it. I will return for any other car needs I have in the future.

Took in my 2019 honda insight for a recall on rear camera. I was given back a car with none of the electronics working. Including all safety features I bought. Will change review if they fix it within a week. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
