Karen at Honda Pasadena was great in helping me fix my Honda Fit. Be aware that 100,000 miles certified used does not give warranty on all engine light repairs.

I had an issue with the fuel injection and that wasn t covered. It came close to $2500 and Karen helped in getting in almost under $2,000

She gave me a frozen ice coffee which helped in this summer heat in LA

I bought a Honda CRV-EX last April 16, 2014. My experience was compared to none. My salesman Juanito Enrera was exceptional! He was very patient with me as I go through with him the things that I was looking for in a vehicle and finally got the right vehicle that worked perfectly with my needs. He was very knowledgeable with product details, what were the recent improvements from the past model. When we came to pick up our CRV, it was all set, polished, cleaned and was set to go.I would highly recommend Mr. Juanito to my relatives and friends on their future car purchase. I will definitely come back to Honda Pasadena because of Mr. Juanito. I truly believe he is an asset to the company and should be commended for his dedication and hard work. More power to you Mr. Juanito and Honda Pasadena!!!!

Mo, the Manager, was also very professional, cordial, and kind! They both made our experience magnificent! They definitely get a standing ovation!!!!

Went in for Honda B1 (oil & filter change) + tire rotation service. Got done in about 1.5 hrs. Sat outside to maintain social distance.
went in 2nd time to fix gasoline door buzz. Done in a little over an hour under warranty.

Great service this time. Michael Tran and Laurence were friendly and helpful. Michael informed me that I needed a new battery for my 2018 Civic. I was surprised because, I purchased my car in January and it was only June (5 months). Since it was on warranty, they would put a new one in. I hope my new battery will last for years.

Was at AAA on Saturday 09/14/19 and spoke with the lovely Maria Lin and gave us more info regarding their Car Buying Program for members. Me and my husband thought it sounded really helpful so with the help of Maria, we got an appointment the same day. She asked us which dealership we'd like and we picked Honda of Pasadena and so grateful that we did. In less than 30mins we received a call from Johnny and decided we'd drop in the same day. The entire process was smooth. Compared to my car buying experience 7 yrs ago from another Honda branch, I can say that Johnny was excellent! From showing us the different models and his knowledge on those we were interested in, his transparency on prices, his patience (on a hot weather) in allowing both me and my husband to test drive the car, and just his friendly demeanor and listening skills that made me see how he was not only interested in closing a sale but ultimately to help us choose the best car based on our budget/needs. We traded in our precious Civic 2012 and are now happily driving a 2019 CRV (a dream car since I was in college). Bottom line, I'm grateful to be a AAA member and be able to utilize their car-buying program as the pricing was incredible! And although we were at the dealership for about 5 hrs, the entire process was hassle-free! Also I highly recommend Johnny La (Internet Sales Consultant).

If you want to buy a car, who knows lol. Their charging station was awesome. Till they put plastic on it. That lock needed an actual lock but the dealership put some unofficial lock on the fast charger

Got a decent price from internet sales department without fussing with salespeople. Relatively no-nonsense, but still took 2.5 hours to buy a car...as quick as it gets I guess--took me over 4 hours at Norm Reeves Honda, even paying cash. Sleepy location, not very visible.

Great service department! They've teched up and track courtesy shuttles by GPS, and when shuttles weren't really available, ordered me an Uber on their account!

Nicholas spent endless time with me after I called to inform him that I had an extended warranty for my car which might cover part of my repair costs. I couldn t reach the warranty company , but he persisted and finally reached it. As a result, all of the recommended repairs were done at reduced cost. A young lady checked me out when I went to pick up my car; she wiped the inside of my car surfaces after giving me a sanitized pen to sign and sanitizing my charge card. Honda Pasadena always provides superb service.

Edgar my service writer is excellent. He communicates the work and price and he never recommends work my car doesn t need. I ve been taking my car to Honda of Pasadena for 14 years. The shuttle service is a great extra they offer. Shuttle drivers Ruben and Delia are wonderful. Great people make a great dealer. Very happy with the service and value. Five stars!

Thanks Chris (service) for the fabulous customer service!!! In addition, the person I spoke to on the phone was able answer my question effectively and got a same day appointment.

I purchased muy brand new Honda FIT from Fred Kabrite at Honda of Pasadena and I'm super happy with my purchase. I felt that Fred really did his best to get me a great deal. I thought the process of buying a new car would be intimidating and exhausting, but all the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Most importantly, days following my purchase, Fred made sure to call to check up on how the car was working out, which I consider very thoughtful because it showed he cared that I was still happy. I don't plan on purchasing a new car for a long time, but when I do, I will definitely go back to them.

I like early AM appointments on Saturday. I was easily able to make one within 2 weeks. This was my first service of my new clarity plug in hybrid. My service consultant was Karen. Very personable and knowledgeable. I Left the car at the dealer and got shuttled to the gym (but I walked back). My car was done in less than one hour. I returned a couple hours later to find it all washed and shiny new. Excellent service. I highly recommend Honda of Pasadena.

I came to Honda Of Pasadena after reading all the great reviews and I m glad I did! I ended up buying my first car on July 24th and I absolutely LOVE it!

Honda Of Pasadena was the best dealer I found. I had gone to a couple prior and was never pleased. The cars were either too expensive or the employees weren t helpful. Honda Of Pasadena had great deals, great cars and staff that actually wanted to help. Even during a pandemic they make sure to follow the regulations by keeping distance and wearing a mask.

As soon as I arrived to the parking lot and started looking at cars. I had Chris approach and greet me offering help. Chris was extremely helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. He really took the time to explain the cars I was interested in answering every question I had. He even stayed past his off time to make sure I was properly helped and got the car I wanted.

Thank you so much Honda of Pasadena and especially a huge thank you to Chris for helping me purchase my very first car!

After a tree fell on my car and it was written off as a total loss, I was referred here from a AAA office in Pasadena, and I was very satisfied with my experience. The salesman, David, very clearly explained everything to me, and helped me find the exact new car I was looking for. The finance person, Simone, again explained everything and all of my options. She did a great job explaining not only the cost of all of the package options, but more importantly the value of all of the services offered. She helped complete all the paperwork very efficiently, and even fixed a typo in my name that a previous dealer had entered. Overall, it was a low pressure and enjoyable car buying experience.

The process was smooth and was the easiest car buying experience that I have ever made. The whole sales team would greet you when entering or exiting and congratulated me on the purchase once I left. Was able to get a next day appointment at Honda of Pasadena. When I drove up to the service center, an attendant quickly helped me and wrote down my issue. Jason took great care of me and made sure I had shuttle service to get me back home while they inspected my car. Jason told me he would have an answer on what was wrong with the vehicle at 3pm I received a call at 2:56pm. When the car was ready for pick up an hour and a half later, Jason made sure the shuttle came to pick me up from home to take me back to Pasadena.

Great customer service from Jason and Honda of Pasadena!

Last month, I went in to buy a new 2013 Accord. I had negotiated with another Honda dealership for the same car and Gabriel countered with a better offer. I've bought three cars from the Pasadena location: they offer the most fair deals. Both Gabriel and RC were personable, helpful, and extremely professional. The paperwork was quick and easy and I couldn't be happier with their service.

I had an issue with the smell in my air conditioning which they said there was no issue. I told them to start the car a different way because the smell sometimes starts when you click on the remote start they never got back to me after that request and they said they also would wash my car which they did not. I felt like I was being rushed out because I didn t need additional service. I still have not had a good experience with any Honda service people.

The staff at Honda Pasadena were all friendly and professional. David Galvan in the sales dept was especially helpful, polite, and courteous. We didn t have an appointment but he was able to help us promptly when we arrived and addressed all of our questions. He made the whole purchasing experience a pleasant one.

Had a great experience AGAIN with Honda of Pasadena. My husband and I are repeat customers and absolutely love our salesman Juanito Enrera. He worked with us catering our needs and preferences. Juanito is amazing. You can count on him for any questions you have regarding your vehicle and he will assist you not only during the time of purchase but after the sale. Now that is something.. Not all salesmen are like him... This place is unlike other dealerships, you feel comfortable and people here are friendly. To add, David Tu is very accommodating. Everything was a breeze. We picked up our 2013 Honda CRV-EXL last Saturday after Gabriel Schwartz assisted us with our on-line purchase. Without question, Gabriel made the entire experience pleasant. Previously, when my wife and I have purchased a new car, the experience has been both tiring and unpleasant. But, this was not the case at Honda of Pasadena and we recommend the dealership without reservations. We have a Honda dealership near our home in Sherman Oaks, but we chose to travel to Pasadena where friends have spoken very highly of Honda of Pasadena. Gabriel took over one hour to acquaint us with our new car. Thank you again Gabriel!

Customer Service was great. Karen is the best! Funny, helpful and even disinfected the car before we got in. Took quite a while, but they did wash the car and kept us updated. Overall great experience.

The customer service was good

The customer service was good
But the manager should try to make a sell when a customer offers cash on the deal and not lose the sell.
We come in with $19,000 cash and he was trying to sell the car for $22,000 so we left and got the car at Car Max for $19,500 same miles.

Our family just purchased a new car and we had to bring it in to get the alarm installed. Our service manager was not there when returned to pick our car up, but we were greeted by Diego, who was a huge help. I asked about having our car washed and while this service is only done on request at the time of drop off, he took myself and my two boys over to the car wash and had the car washed while we were in the car. Our expectations were exceeded! So far, great service!

Since moving to California from Indiana, I've taken my 2000 CR-V here a number of times for regular checkups. My CR-V is one of the most valuable assets I have, since I put a lot of miles on it in a typical week, so taking care of it is extremely important to me. In the two years I've been taking my car to them, the service department at Honda of Pasadena has always been honest about what the car needs important, because I'm not made of money! helpful when I need more information, and very friendly. Their location is extremely convenient for me, as well. I'll keep having my car serviced here as long as I'm in the area!

Michael Tran was very friendly and professional when I first dropped in for an initial consultation. I didn t have an appointment and he took the time to speak with me and look into the issue with my car. He explained what needed to be done very clearly so I made N appointment to come back. The day of my appointment went very smoothly and Micheal gave me the itemized cost estimate for the work to be done with two options. One was more cost effective then the other and I really appreciated the fact that he was trying help me save costs. I went with the more expensive option because it was better. I was pleasantly surprised that both options were not as costly as I thought it would be anyway. However, clear communication made it easy for me to make my choice and I really appreciate Micheal taking the time to explain every detail to me.

I also appreciated having the shuttle service.

I m so glad I chose Pasadena Honda for my service. It s where I bought my car and I would come back here for service and a new Honda when the time comes.

I went in for an oil change and came out with a brand new Pilot and I love it!! Hats off to Daniel Guzman for all of his hard work and patience. He really was a joy to work with and I did not feel pressured into buying the car. He made the experience a breeze and I did not even know I was looking !! LOL!! I used to go to a different dealership that is loc...

I used to go to a different dealership that is located closer to my house. I stopped going there because the service advisors are not honest and insists on upselling services such as wanting me to an alignment at the first factory service. Then at the next visit they insisted on selling me the full synthetic oil service because I have the premium model. After these high pressure tactics I decided to drive further and go to Honda of Pasadena. Have had my car serviced 4-5 times there and can only report good experiences. No upselling and service advisors are good honest people. I recommend anyone with a Honda use this dealership

Excellent service from Michael, I've gotten him twice to help with oil change maintenance and both times he's been so friendly and courteous. He doesn't try to sell me on services, estimates the wait time perfectly, keeps me updated and is so polite. Highly recommend!

The employees at Honda Pasadena were absolutely amazing! Fred, the gentleman who convinced me to buy a Honda Fit EX, was incredibly kind and patient especially during my breakdown over whether I should trade my car in. He was very understanding and willing to make the process as easy as possible. The employees were even kind enough to keep a little trinket I accidentally left in my old car and return it to me! I ve never had such a great experience buying a car. The staff at Honda Pasadena is certainly unique and worth devoting time to!

This review is for service/repairs - great service, speedy repairs, did a good job on fixing what was broken. Honest pricing with some room to negotiate. Appreciate the pick-up/drop-off service they offer for longer repairs as well as the free exterior car wash. I opted to purchase the exterior/interior car wash ($20) and they did a fantastic job on it.

Buying my new Accord Touring hybrid was easy and relatively quick, although I was surprised that they wanted to do a credit check even though I was paying cash for the whole purchase price. I was very satisfied with the car, until ten days ago, with less than 3000 miles on the car, when the brake system failed, and then I got a cascade of warning lights saying that many other systems had failed. This was while I was driving the car and I managed to stop without having an accident. I had the car towed to Honda of Pasadena, and it took four days to attempt a repair. I got the car back six days ago, and tonight the same thing happened. So the car wasn't fixed. The brake system failed again while I was driving the car. Again I managed to stop in time. But this condition is very dangerous. I was on surface streets both times, but what if I had been on the freeway going 60 miles an hour? I no longer have any confidence in this car, or in the dealer's ability to fix it.
