I needed a minor part replacement, called, and was told to bring the car by because they had the part in stock. When I arrived, I pulled into line but there was no one around to greet me or give instructions. I noticed the cars around me were empty, so I got out and figured I just needed to check-in inside. However, when I got inside, I had no idea who to talk to. One worker was on the phone. The others appeared busy and didn t bother to look up or acknowledge me. There was no visible waiting area or line. Finally, someone seemed to notice me and ask if I needed something. I explained my situation and was told to wait by my car, that someone would come to me. From there, it was a positive experience, and the representative who did eventually work with me was really friendly, but I was kind of thrown off by the lack of friendliness or clarity when I first arrived.
