Service department had two items to work on, one w...

Service department had two items to work on, one was done the other was aggravated...a simple change in a door handle turned out into my door would not lock...Deceiving "free" inspection by service technician was not performed, I know since my Explorer was just inspected in McLean, Virginia and there were two rotted back tires and one with below tire pressure... as I returned to the dealership to get it right, I was informed that I had to pay for another part and labor to fix what they did the first time...I do not think so!

Their motto by the service department "We Love Our Customers" is not true, after paying for poor service I was not offered any understanding by the service manager.

It appears I will be buying my new vehicles in Tucson from another dealer.

I had a warning light on my passenger side airbag....

I had a warning light on my passenger side airbag. I called to bring it in and the call was returned the same day .I took the vehicle in and the light was performing correctly but different than the manual stares. The service adviser and manager were very helpful and I will use them for any service I need.

Maintenance For Life-

Maintenance For Life-
Made an appointment...hour to hour and a half.
Took over 2. "We're sorry sir, the advisor went to lunch."
First line item on the work order states: " Upon inspection technician found that battery tested below factory specifications."
No readings were included on my work order.
Batteries are cheap.....why try to hustle a battery?
Or not have your advisors go over readings and recommendations?

I have given this dealership MULTIPLE chances to resolve service issues to no resolve.
$1000 for Maintenance For Life..... that includes inspections that amount to nothing.
I would have purchased a battery from you.
Would have.

I suggest finding another dealership to take care of your Ford issues.
And have a different shop follow up on their "findings"

I've only paid to have two or three services done ...

I've only paid to have two or three services done at this dealership and the rest have been the countless recalls on our Fusion. I've lost count of how many times this dealership has screwed something up on my car. I found out today that when I had my windows retinted due to vertical scratching on the tint that they didn't put the felt stripping back in right after performing recall work, which ruined the window tint. They also didn't screw the shields on under the car when they replaced the power steering (a $1,700 job) so those were mangled up. When they replaced the shield they replaced the wrong one, which I didn't even bother bringing up, because I really don't want anyone at that dealer touching my car again. They didn't tighten all the bolts on the heat shields around the exhaust either after replacing the steering so we had to deal with the sound of metal clanking every time we started the car until they fixed that. They also put the wrong tires on my car and charged me for the ones that were about twice as much! (It took the service manager coming out to get this resolved with the right tires on). Steer clear of this dealership. I'll probably take the car to Phoenix for recall work from now on. It's already frustrating enough when your 2013 Fusion is falling apart... dealing with the extra BS isn't worth it.

We worked with Aaron and he did a great job helping us find the right vehicle. He pointed out special incentives as well as helped find several financing options.
Once we went through the buying process he made sure we knew how to use all the features of our new vehicle before we drove off. Great experience start to finish!

I went in on a Saturday for my oil change. Jeff advised me of the approximate wait time without an appointment (2hrs) I reached out to my sales rep (Kevin Fee) and he called me back within 5 min of my message. My Boy (F150) was taken care of within 1 hr of my arrival :)) DEFINITELY COMING BACK

Horrible experience with Holmes Tuttle Service Dept.

We made an appointment for an inspection for an oil leak, to be followed by an oil & filter change IF we decided it was needed after finding out about the oil leak. Was told process would take less than 1-1/2 hours.
We made an appointment (3 day wait), and called back to confirm that they would do what we discussed, NOT a complete multi-day leak diagnosis.
When we came in for the appointment, we were told we would have to leave the vehicle for several days, for a power wash etc. We left, talked with the service manager later that day, and will never come back.
We have always had great service with other Ford service departments. They need to get their act together.

They do not deserve one star! I went to them when I was shopping for my New Ford Explorer and they were less than helpful answering my questions. I did purchase, but not with them! That is not the worst of it. I have had multiple interactions with their service department and they have all been terrible!!! There have been multiple occasion where I literally can't get a hold of service. Then when I have they have given me improper information and terrible customer service. I made an appointment and clearly explained what I needed for both of my Ford vehicles. When I arrived they had not set up the appointments correctly and told me there was nothing I could do and would have to wait in line for hours. After being incredibly frustrated the service manager stepped in and "handled" the situation. In the end even though I was told it would take less time it ended up taking hours. It was past lunch time and their waiting area is not child friendly at all. I had three children and was very pregnant at the time. Their play room for kids is a joke. I will never go back. I instead choose to drive an hour to N Oracle Ford who is wonderful! Their customer service can't be beat, it is very clean and their kids playroom is amazing!

Very disappointed. I normally go to the ford dealer for my service, but this was my first time at this location since I've relocated to AZ.

All other ford dealers give you some kind of courtesy car wash. Didnt happen in either of my 2 visits. Last visit the mechanic left his greasy hand prints on the door...

They claimed they took my transmission out to diagnose a leak from it. they charged me $140 just to tell me its leaking again. My cars engine is still just as dusty and untouched as the last I dropped it off. So wondering if they even really looked any further. Couldnt show me any proof of the leak. I didnt really want to pay for the diagnostic but the service agent made me nervous about it by saying you cant check the transmission fluid level and no sensor will notify you so I had it done to try to know more.

To top it off I noticed a new leak coming from my engine that wasnt there when I took it in. My service guy claimed oblivious like he didnt see what I was talking about so I took my flashlight out and make it clear. He said the mechanics probably say it but must not even anything to worry about or they would have said something and it that it wasnt even a real leak anyways.

I came here for a simple oil change and they tell me I need to re seal my whole transmission for 3k. They clearly dont care about return business or customer service.

If there was a zero stars I would be selecting it. I recently purchased a new car from this dealership and had a few questions about a month later. Over the course of about a week I left 3 messages with the finance person asking for a call back. After not receiving one after 3 attempts, I reached out to the General manager, Darren, assuming he would want to know about my experience. After calling twice and being told he was busy, I left him messages letting him know I recently purchased a car and needed to talk to him. Now I understand where the dealership gets their horrible customer service skills.

This is our second purchase from Ramon. Our daughter also just recently purchased from Ramon. We actually looked around for two days at a few other dealerships. We narrowed it down to one Ramon had and one at another dealership. Ramon was very patient and gave us our space while we discussed. After comparing the two vehicles we went with Ramon at Ford. Ramon will go out of his way to work the very best deal, but at the same time respect if you buy somewhere else. Not making you feel bad. We love the car, but more so love the service at Holmes Tuttle Ford here in Tucson! Couldn t ask for a better Salman/friend and team to work with at Ford!! After looking at 3 different vehicles we narrowed our serve down to a new Ford Explorer. We are glad we did! Ramon could not have been more patient and helpful through the process!! Glen with finance was outstanding! He went above and beyond to get our interest rate significantly lowered we also got the extended warranty for very little extra!! Thank you for going the extra mile!.

Great service, very Pleasant employees. Only one small thing. At the Cafe area , I noticed one of the employees left her purse on the counter all this time I was there for over an hour and a half. And her purse was still sitting on the counter that's a health problems. Other wise great service.

So far not a good experience with customer service...

So far not a good experience with customer service. Sadly, they offer no transportation for recall repairs/services. Not sure why this is as this is a Ford's manufacturing error. This is poor service on Ford. I moved here from a semi small town, customer service is a lot different. Will have to wait and see how the service is on my vehicle. Let's hope good!! After reading some reviews on the airbag I am a bit nervous!!

My name is Nimer and I work in The University of Arizona. I have never experienced a bad service as I have received from this dealership. My Ford Fusion was under warranty of Land Rover dealership. Both service managers at both dealerships know each other. I got check engine light on and the service manager in Land Rover gave me a business card for the service manager in ford and asked me to take my car to them. Ford service manager charged me 175$ As a diagnostic fee and did not tell me upfront. I just received the bill. I don t understand how this business work on ripping off people in such way

They're always really busy but the service is top notch. I'm convinced Will Saul and Gabriel Gonzalez are the two best auto industry employees in the nation. Both guys are super helpful and do whatever they can to help customers.

I took my van in to have multiple issues addressed. My service advisor s name was Mike Hill. He is super unprofessional, rude and has 0 customer service skills. I spoke to the service manager about the issues I was having and he gave me no resolve nor did he apologize for his employee s terrible behavior. It took longer than the quoted time frame given to pick up the van. Once I got the van there were things that had not been fixed from my list of issues with the van. They have a phone # for you to call once you pick up your vehicle for customers who are not happy. The manager called me and his resolve was to have me waste more of my time dropping off my vehicle AGAIN on a Saturday and paying for the unfixed issues that they failed to address the first time! I will be taking the van to Jim Click Ford to have these issues resolved.
This is a terrible dealership and I wouldn t go back if they paid me to!

I went in yesterday to see if I could trade in my car and get a newer one. I was worried because I don't have good credit and on top of that, I had negative equity on my old vehicle. When I first got that car, I spent all day at the dealership trying to work out a deal with the banks and finally got approved with a sky-high interest rate. BUT yesterday I dealt with Juan Rivera and I was only there a couple hours, walked out with a brand new 2020 Kia Soul, a way better interest rate, and my payment barely went up. I'm so happy they were able to help me out. If you're thinking about getting a new car, stop thinking about it and go see them TODAY and ask for Juan !!!!

After reading multiple negative reviews, I was concerned about taking my car in for service. Traveling from out of state with an engine issue, I decided to give this service department a try. They were not only fast, accurate, and efficient, but the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The service director, Jason Davis, was especially helpful. I highly recommend the service department and would return for future care for my Ford when in Tucson.

I am a avid Ford enthusiast and I love going to the dealership to look at their new vehicle lineup and used vehicles. Their salesman are very attentive but to the point of annoyance, in that they want ty our information no matter if you want to give it to them or not.

Their service department is outstanding, especially Prince, he is very knowledgeable and helpful with sorting out any problems a customer may have. He is always on ahead of thing and getting the ball rolling.

He was very patient with us, did not try to hard sell us and took several hours of his time to get everything set up for us to feel comfortable with our new car. I moved to Tucson April 2019 and I had to take my car in for an oil change. I went to Pep Boys and I was charged $75 and they did not even do a 30 point inspection. Dissatisfied customer. Time came around for another oil change and I made an appointment online for a Saturday appointment at Holmes Tuttle Ford service and it was so easy. I arrived 1/2 hr early to my appointment and was quickly greeted by a friendly service attendant and he briefly told me the process and gave me my paperwork. Went the cashier for my pager and I was amazed at the waiting room. Clean, lots of seating and even a cafe. In About 30 minutes the service attendant approached me with the inspection report and explained the report to me. 10 minutes later my oil change was completed. Paid my bill which was 25% lower than Pep Boys and MUCH better service. I will be returning to Holmes Tuttle Ford Lincoln for future service.

They took care of my Motorcraft Battery that was originally installed by Galpin Ford in Dewey Arizona, which they Screwed up by not tighten cleaning the battery cables before installing a new $200 battery. Holmes Tuttle Ford professionally assessd the situation and took care of it for me

If I could put less than 1 star I would. My parents went in last July to trade-in and purchase a new car. They are on a fixed income( they are 75 years old) and was trying to stay close to their current payment. They walked out with a $687 payment (almost $300 more than their current payment). Looking at the paperwork I noticed the income that the dealer stated on their credit application was over $3000 a month more than what they really make. I called the dealer and asked to speak to a manager to discuss and was told that they didn't do anything wrong and the "income was close to what they made", really?? They would have never qualified for this type of loan without the dealer falsifying the credit application to the bank. I asked to speak to the General Manager and was told they would call me. I never received a call, imagine that! I also told the manager Chris that I spoke with that I guess I need to contact the Attorney General he said "well I guess you do what you gotta do" I shouldn't be surprised.

I was recently in the market for a truck. However, I wanted a specific truck that was lightly used and within my budget. I started at Watson but the atmosphere there was very hostile. So I took my business across the street. I was lucky enough to meet Henry, who was very relaxed and comedic at best. He wasn t a typical pushy salesman, that s a complete turnoff for me and my wife. After our introduction he asked what I was looking for. So I gave him my requirements and he went to work. Our first stop was to his sales manager Rocky. Anyone that s ever dealt with a vehicle purchase knows that trust is limited with sales folks that work on commission. These two professionals put a side their needs to ensure mine were met. It took a little over two weeks, but Henry worked his butt off to find my unicorn! Then Rocky went to work to get the price as close to where I wanted it to be as he could. Let s be honest, our jobs are to put bread on our table at home, as well as their job is to do the same. We were able to make that happen with the team work at Tuttle-Click Ford. In my 41 years of breathing, this experience has been the most pleasant one ever! Thanks Henry and Rocky for taking care of me.

Avoid this place like the plague, my wife and I purchased a vehicle less than a year ago and already it needs major work done to keep it running. They're incredibly rude and condescending once they have your money and it's gotten to the point we've contacted an attorney to figure out how to handle this.
