Brought our Ford Explorer in for a few leaks axle seal trans. Some covered under extended warranty some not. Pay several hundred dollars get my car back leaking coolant a fluid that WAS NOT LEAKING BEFORE THEY WORKED ON IT when I call to let them know they ask if I would like a quote on the repair. I said no it wasn t leaking coolant before I brought it in they say it s an old car it ms just a coincidence. I m in the automotive profession I know what can happen when doing extensive repairs they cracked the hose coming out of the water pump and blamed it on old age. My family owns 7 fords in total and I will NEVER let anyone one of my loved ones bring there car to this dealership ever again. And if you love your car I would strongly advise against bring it there period
Great Service Experience
I contacted Crossroads Ford of Indian Trail after receiving a letter stating my Crown Victoria had a recall. I was put in contact with Michael Zimmerman of your service department. Right off the bat Michael was very friendly and helpful, he ordered the part needed and told me he would stay in contact with me with any updates. I've been to many dealerships and they all say the same thing, but Michael stayed true to his word unlike the other service departments I've experienced. Michael even called me and apologized about the delay on the part that was ordered since it was on back order (I have never had someone do this for me previously). After about 1 1/2 weeks or so he called and informed me that my part has arrived and is ready to be replaced, but due to my unorthodox work schedule I was unable to make it to your service department until weeks later. I never felt rushed, pressured, or like a burden due to the amount of times I called. I was finally able to arrive at your service department on July 8th. I dropped my car off with Michael and asked him to have the car ready for pickup by 10:00am on July 9th otherwise I would be unable to make it to work that day. In a few short minutes they set me up with a ride home, unfortunately I can't remember the name of the gentlemen that drove me home but he made the car ride home very enjoyable, not quiet and uncomfortable like most I've experienced. I received a phone call from Michael the following morning and once again he delivered as promised and had my car ready to go by 10:00am as asked. I can't thank Michael (and every tech I did not have the pleasure of meeting that was involved in repairing my vehicle in a timely manner) enough for the professionalism, hospitality, and gratitude I experienced while working with your service department. Because of Michael, the gentlemen who was gracious enough to give me a ride home, and your outstanding service technicians behind the scenes making it all come together I undoubtedly will be returning to your service department for future repairs and services. Thank you again!

My husband and I recently visited Crossroads Ford looking for the small Ford EcoSport or the Ford Escape. First of all, the showroom is incredible and extremely clean. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted by Doug. Doug was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Doug showed us the EcoSport. We still had other cars to consider. When we decided to look at the Ford Escape, Doug was out-of-town and Glen helped us. These two men could not have been nicer and more knowledgeable. We were treated as valued customers and with respect. Although my husband wanted to purchase the Ford Escape, I, in the end, chose the small Hyundai Kona as it was a car for me and I simply wanted a small car. Kudos to a well-run dealership and to two fine men, Doug and Glen! THANK YOU ALL!

I needed an engine light job done and talked to one person which said have it here by morning and it can be looked at. Needless to say, I picked it up at 5pm because I heard nothing from them. Reason was they had a power outage which is acceptable excuse. However, they could have called me and said there s a delay. Former longtime customer that will never go there again.
They do a good job but I realize when they say open to 7 for the quick lane they mean 6:15 ish

I had gone in to crossroads to purchase a vehicle and glen "my sales guy " who didn't really "sell" me anything he was able to listen to what I wanted and get me exactly what I needed within my budget! I had a few bumps in the road due to fords actual car.

Bought a Ford Escape Titanium model last year. We've been very satisfied with it. In fact, this is our fourth Crossroad Ford vehicle! My wife drives it to and from work, in Southeast Charlotte, so the mileage is pretty low for a one year old vehicle. Just had it's first oil change at the Ford Quick Lane. Fast and efficient service. Very pleased overall.
I called ahead to explain that when I accelerated my LOW OIL PRESSURE signal would display and I needed to get it checked. Carlyn (sp?) suggested an oil change (I was due) to see if that alleviated the issue. I agreed and went over on my lunch break as planned. I was given a friendly greeting by Carlyn and informed of my time frame for service. I was asked if I would like to rotate my tires also (something I had not thought about) and I agreed.As the service was being completed the tech noticed my truck was due for inspection and informed me. The inspection was promptly completed. I was in and out in 45 minutes and for a VERY reasonable fee. Great staff, great service.
Very professional. I received a recall notice and called for an appointment. Big Dave told me he would investigate to see if they had the part in stock and get back to me. I received an e mail with my appointment date and time in a timely manner. The service department personnel were both efficient and courteous.

Very deceptive and out right liar's. I told salesperson i wanted to finance through Ford Motor Credit, to take advantage of additional rebates. They went behind my back and sold my loan to PNC bank. So, not only did I lose out on the rebates, they made money in a kickback selling my loan to PNC. They are CROOKS!!! I left that dealership believing I financed my truck with Ford Motor Credit.
I perched A 2016 F350 with 1100 miles on it. It had had some body damage from the previous owner, The body work was great but the detail to the small items were a little lacking. There was tape on the back window, when I opened the back window after removing the tape the seal was loose and the window would not close all the way. The door seal on the left rear door was sticking out at the top, I will try and address the two small issues myself. The salesman and managers were great to work with and I feel I got a great deal on the Truck. I would recommend the dealership to my friends.

They are great people. The only problem I have had is that that the quick lube told me I had to bring my truck in every 5000 to get it serviced. So I was. I had set it up for a service in the main maintenance department and found out that was not true. I have paid for the 100,000 mile service plan. And now because I was doing what I was told to do by the Quick Lube I have used 2 of the services early and will lose some of my service needs later and have to payout of pocket for what i already paid for.
Service department is awesome. Just remember to make an appointment. Love my Ford Edge!

I live 2 hours from Crossroads Ford and I willingly drove a 4 hour round trip to buy my dream truck. One reason, they are deal makers. And it s best / biggest Ford showroom I ve ever seen. They have a Diner in the show room. I repeat. A Diner in the show room.
it is a bad deller a disgust of service I have taken my car the radio was bad and I was charged 1200 dollars and they left me the same, it does not serve very bad service in the ford
Brought my 2012 mustang here to have TSB 12-8-24 done. The bushings were squeaking in the car. They replaced all the lower control arms per the bulletin. After a few months the bushings were clunking and squeaking. I brought the car back and the service group said there was nothing they could do about it, but it was safe to drive. I drove the car for a few more months like that, then finally decided to take a look myself as the vehicle's bumper to bumper warranty expired. I found that the front bolt on the left lower control arm was loose!. I tightened that up and the clunking went away, but the squeaking was still there. I contacted ford and they said there was nothing they could do because it had been over 12 months since the replacement control arm was installed. So I bought another new control arm myself and installed it. I also noticed that the dealership installed the heat shields per TSB 12-8-24 on the incorrect side of the vehicle. (LH was on RH and visa versa). After installing the new control arm myself and fixing the incorrect heat shield installation the car is back to normal no thanks to ford or my local dealership!
Our salesman, name TONEY was very interested in what features that we wanted on our F150 truck, and he didn't try to sale us something different.

Brought my F150 for a water leak coming from the brake light on top of the truck. Of course it's not covered under the extended warranty, but that's not my complaint. I brought my very clean truck in, left it overnight to get it fixed. Got back a filthy truck, muddy boot foot prints on the running boards, floor mats on the inside, and on my toolbox in the bed. Mirrors and seat moved, radio station changed to a station I don't have programed, and curb rash all over my drivers side front tire. Won't be going back! Pure lack of respect for my vehicle!
From March 17th 2020, service department said my brakes were bad and needed to be replaced. Today I picked up my car and my brakes are magically fixed And good again. Either someone isn't doing their job, or someone is lying on one of the service reports.

I found the certified pre-owned Fusion hybrid that I wanted at this dealership on the internet , I submitted a bid online; Rod Hunter called me back and we negotiated on a price before I drove the two hours to the dealership.
I was pleased that they did not try to renegotiate after I arrived. I was also pleased that I did not get a high pressure sales job for add-ons in the finance department, although I did end up buying a 100K bumper to bumper Ford factory warranty at a reasonable price.
I was very impressed with this dealership and was surprised at the sheer number of specialty cars that were on hand at this store, it was like walking into a car magazine.
Big Dave was a superb advocate for my repair needs on my F-150. He demonstrated resilience and composure in dealing the 3rd party warranty company to get the necessary repairs reimbursed correctly. Throughout he ensured that I had loaner for my needs and kept me updated, always explaining the details to my questions. He was cordial, responsive and empathetic. Our company bought a 2016 F-250 at the end of January. We received quick responses when working on buying the vehicle, but the situation changed once we bought the vehicle. We had an issue with the vehicle and tax registration and I could not get a return phone call back nor would anybody honor their promise to rectify the situation. I had to take numerous trips to the tax office and make multiple phone calls to Crossroads Ford. I finally had to deal with someone in management to get a return phone call. I am not holding my breath that the situation is resolved, but they claim that it is.
customer service is poor compared to other area dealers. you are not promptly greeted upon arrival and the service reps seem to be to busy for you. I have had my truck here for service for the same problem twice and the problem still exist and I am debating weather or not I should return for a third visit or go to another dealer. The experience here has not been good and I am starting to get frustrated.

I've been taking my truck here for regular service for the last 3 years. A littler pricier than doing it yourself, yes, but they do the job right and get it done quick.

My wife sent a friend over to see the GM Justin Clark to buy a vehicle at the end of January 2015 and he promised her a $100.00 refferal fee for sending him over. He bought the truck and after over 6 months of calling, texting and stopping by to get the check we still have not received it. It seems logical that if the GM cannot be trusted to get this handled that they cannot be trusted when you go there to do business. Just food for thought...
Dropped my truck off at 8:00 by appointment, it sat there 8 hours and no service was done, wasted my time, gas and had to take it to another mechanic to get the work done.
All the service guy could say was no charge, I'm like well I should be charging you for wasting my time, two trips one making an appointment a second trip bringing you the truck having to get someone to pick me up take me back to get it while it sat in your so called service parking lot for 8 full hours
First let me say that I'm very pleased with the 2019 Mustang GT I bought in August. I brought the car in for service because there was a slight knocking noise when turning left or right. After reading through Mustang Forums this problem has existed with Mustangs as far back as 2005. It turns out that it's related to the strut mount. Anyway, the service department solved the problem under warranty and I'm happy about that. However, I did not receive returns to my phone calls about when the the car would be fixed. I'm fine with it taking a week and was very happy to have a loaner car. Not knowing what the issue was or when it was going to be fixed or hey we're still troubleshooting was not good. Customer phone calls have got to be returned even if a solution to the problem hasn't been discovered at the time.
Don't feel very welcome during services of my vehicle and Communications are poor, mileage sticker put on my windshield had wrong mileage for next service due, was told by advisor correct one will be in the mail for me and till this day I haven't received it.
THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced from a car dealership. Came in a month ago to get some recalls done on my Explorer. They fixed one but had to wait on parts for the other. This was fine I didn't mind waiting. Well something had went wrong with one of my keys and I called the service dept and spoke with Paul and he told me to come on in and they would take a look at it as well as fix the other recall. When I arrived I was greeted by Paul's smile and his upbeat personality. After they were finished Paul informed me they had fixed the problem, fixed the recall, and on top of that gave me a courtesy key!!!! I was actually expecting to have to pay some out of pocket cost. I have never had a better experience. Paul you are great at your job!. Keep smiling and doing what you do. Next car purchase will be at Crossroads Ford!
