If there was a zero stars I would be selecting it. I recently purchased a new car from this dealership and had a few questions about a month later. Over the course of about a week I left 3 messages with the finance person asking for a call back. After not receiving one after 3 attempts, I reached out to the General manager, Darren, assuming he would want to know about my experience. After calling twice and being told he was busy, I left him messages letting him know I recently purchased a car and needed to talk to him. Now I understand where the dealership gets their horrible customer service skills.
