Horrible experience with Holmes Tuttle Service Dept.

We made an appointment for an inspection for an oil leak, to be followed by an oil & filter change IF we decided it was needed after finding out about the oil leak. Was told process would take less than 1-1/2 hours.
We made an appointment (3 day wait), and called back to confirm that they would do what we discussed, NOT a complete multi-day leak diagnosis.
When we came in for the appointment, we were told we would have to leave the vehicle for several days, for a power wash etc. We left, talked with the service manager later that day, and will never come back.
We have always had great service with other Ford service departments. They need to get their act together.
