Well, here I am again. I got rear ended for the second time and my Navigator had to be repaired. I was told that I could choose where to have my vehicle repaired so I of course chose Alex Karras Lincoln in Bradenton, FL. I have had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the body shop people, Walt, Amanda, Jason, and the rest of the crew quite a few times now and I can't recommend them enough. These guys really are great. I have never dealt with any business before that I have felt so completely confident in going to them and walked away being more than satisfied every time I have dealt with them. They are professionals and do a really fantastic job with my vehicle and I'm sure they do the same for everyone. Don't hesitate for a second if you need body work done-go to Alex Karras, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again to everyone there for another job well done. I got very good service and a quick assessment of the cause of my mechanical trouble. I brought it in at 3 PM and was able to pick my car up the next day at noon. I was pleased to fine everyone from the service manager to the office personnel were pleasant and efficient. I have started coming back to have regular oil changes at Karras Lincoln on a regular basis because of their friendly, competent service.

The check in and out people were very efficient and friendly.
A day or so after we replaced the external sensor, the problem with the a.c, recurred. On the second visit the mechanic did some reprogramming, which seemed to fix it. He also told us that the issues may have been the result of critters chewing on wires, We re still not sure the a.c.. is working at peak capacity. Warmer weather will tell us.

I am was so happy with the service received at AKL. from the moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff. they were prompt, thorough and very professional. The manager Walter Terry kept in contact with me every step of the way answering my questions and even waited for me because I was running late. He accommodated me till the time I drove off the lot. Great Service I highly recommend!

My first time to Alex Karras Lincoln's service center for my new Lincoln MKX. I was catered too better than as if I were in the waiting room at a surgical center for a family member (and I do consider my new Lincoln as if a family member). I was routinely brought up date as to how my cars service and status was progressing. It was a most comfortable waiting room facility with free coffee, refreshments, TV and reading materials. Service agents made you feel quite confident and secure that your car was in the best of hands getting the needed TLC by Lincoln highly trained and schooled professional auto mechanics. Indeed rare commodities in today's auto market.

Bought a used car here and it's definitely a keeper. Car is now 11 years old but looks like new and rides and runs like new. Just had it in for first service and was very well taken care of in a timely manner. Plus, the price was right.

Excellent work, repaired my vehicle after an accident, great customer service.

My experience is with the body shop. Was recommended to me by Geico because of shop's lifetime guarantee which I am grateful for. Car crash affected the front and passenger side of my vehicle as well as all four of the rims. I do not recommend this shop for repairs after a car crash.

(+) Never have an issue reaching a staff member, nice service lounge, Jason in body shop is nice, paint job on bumper and doors looks really good.

(-) There was no rush to have my car ready and yet attention to detail is missing.
1. Upon pickup of the vehicle three weeks after drop-off I noticed the door handles were still rough and scratched, and the front bumper was not fitted correctly. I also noticed that the windshield wiper fluid was not spraying. I left the car at the shop for those details to be corrected and came back a day or two later when the shop called me.
2. Upon arriving to the shop a 2nd time I inspected the bumper which has two parts and both were still fitted incorrectly, the bumper was untouched from when I initially mentioned it and left the car to be worked on. I was ready to have my car back and since I know about the lifetime guarantee I returned the rental car i was using and drove my car home. I soon realized that the windshield wiper fluid was still not spraying, which I had already notified them about and was supposed to be fixed. I returned the car the next day to the body shop and rented another car. The shop ordered the wiper fluid pump and several days later called me to bring the car back to replace it.
3. I brought the car back in and they replaced the pump and again disregarded the bumper issue but I didn't mention it again. About three weeks later the car started making a noise so 4. i brought it back to Alex Karras and asked them to check out the noise and to please adjust the bumper. The body shop replaced the splash guard which had been making the noise and finally adjusted one part of the bumper, telling me that four clips had been missing (This on the fourth inspection by the shop). I took the car back home after this but where the bumper attaches on the left side still looks slightly bent and misshapen. The rims looked good overall but the color does not match evenly, I don't know why they weren't just replaced.
The failure to notice the windshield wiper pump after I had already returned the car for it once and the missing clips from the bumper that went unnoticed until I brought the car back three times make me worry about the longevity of the other repairs that were done on the car.
Part of me thinks that it was all done on purpose to increase the payout from my insurance. More likely the mechanics have not worked on my specific type of car very often before. Either way, attention to detail could have saved me from multiple trips to the dealership back and forth as well as having to rent a second car and it could have saved Alex Karras from having to work on the car several different times. It was very inconvenient for me, and I suspect I will have to bring the car back in once more if the bumper gets any worse due to the way it is adjusted which looks very wrong and noticeable.

I greatly enjoyed my experience at Alex Karras Lincoln. I worked with Jimmy and purchased a used-vehicle. Jimmy didn't hide the ball, I told him what I wanted (i.e., this is what I want to pay a month) and he told me what I needed to do to get there. It was easy, and I was in and out with the used vehicle that I wanted, and at the price I wanted much quicker than I expected. Thank you Jimmy and the rest of the team at Alex Karras!

Walt Terry, body shop manager, treated us like part of his own family when my daughter had an accident. The whole office staff is efficient, patient, honest, and friendly. Body work on the car was excellent and guaranteed. Our insurance company recommended them, and everything about our experience was reassuring to that recommendation. We were treated with kindness and had superior results. The office staff always recognized us when we arrived. You don't find this quality of work and staff very often.

From the time of purchase, I have been extremely satisfied with the service and customer care that the Alex Karras team has shown. Unfortunately my eyesight is failing, and it is only a matter of time when I can no longer drive. so there will be no more new car (or any car for that matter!!!) purchase in my future. I highly recommend Alex Karras body shop. I have a 2007 Ford Mustang that had a leak under the dashboard. Walt and his staff took my car apart to clean out clogged filters, pulled up carpets and did everything necessary to not only fix the leak, but to eliminate any mold problems that may have incurred. I was shocked when my bill was only a fraction of the price that I thought it would be. I will continue to use this body shop and recommend them highly.

I was directed to Alex Karras Lincoln to replace a spark plug that was fouled. After their lunch i was told they couldn't do it. Upon arriving home in NY it took my son about 15 minutes to replace the plug. I was very unhappy with the lack of knowledge and skills that we're available.

After a very long time trying to get a recalled air bag replaced, it finally happened (I made repeated calls). After I finally got an appointment the service was excellent as expected. Why did it take so long to make the car safe? What about the other air bags?

I dont have a car from Alex Karras but I do use their body shop. The people in the body shop have always been so nice. Amanda that works at the desk in the body shop is so sweet. I will always use them for any body work I need and highly recommend them

In July of this year I was able to lease a 2017 Lincoln MKC. My first new car EVER and I couldn't be more thrilled with the vehicle and the payments. Thank you to sales, especially Rick Karras, Tony Lullo, and Jerry Carroll (who taught me how to use all of the buttons :) I appreciate everything.
UPDATE: I had the same MKC repaired in the Body Shop after someone got in to me in a parking lot. The repairs came out perfect. It looks as though nothing ever happened! Thanks to Walt, the Body Shop Manager and the whole crew for a great job!

If I could give a negative star rating I would and I couldn't give zero stars. Visited this dealership where I had an appointment with Tony Dibeloo which I confirmed prior to my arrival. Also had a discussion earlier in the week about what I was interested in. Never felt welcomed by Tony whom I wouldn't call a salesperson ( must be a relative of the owner). Requested a test drive and was told he was the only person there and couldn't do a test drive. Indicated he thought I was coming in to 'see' the car. Why would I make an appointment to 'see' a car, I could walk off the street for that. If you know you have an appointment with someone interested in making a purchase and you know the time of the appointment is it not your job to ensure someone is present that would allow you to take someone on a test drive. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. I would hate to believe my treatment was based on my gender/race but in the current climate it makes me wonder.

Jason and the rest of the staff were super helpful when I took my car in after an accident.

A. Karras Lincoln is an excellent dealership. Honest and efficient and I would highly recommend them over all the local dealerships which I have experienced.

Rick and Stacey, in the service department, are the most patient people I've met. They make sure you're comfortable in knowing what will be done and how long it may take. They're always keeping you updated on the progress of you vehicle when necessary. I travel 45 minutes and pass another Lincoln dealership in Sarasota to have my vehicle serviced there.

We recently had our newly leased Lincoln MKZ in for a sunroof installation. The loaner we were given reeked of cigarette smoke and had personal debris and pocket change in the small compartment in the console. When we picked up our vehicle after the installation, it had not been washed and there was a large grease spot on the interior of the windshield where, it appeared, that someone had leaned their head against it while doing the installation and never cleaned it up. When I dropped the car off initially, I told the service person that my tire pressure indictor was registering low pressure. She assured me that they would take care of it and that it was probably due to the cold weather. When we picked the car up, the low tire pressure indicator was still on and I had to take it next door to inflate the tire to the recommended pressure and pay for the use of the machine. This was not a pleasant experience at all. I do hope service improves or this will be the last time we lease or purchase a vehicle from Alex Karras.

Nice show room, but no place to sit down while you are waiting for the sales representative as he is getting information and talking to other employees for you. After a time he offered me a chair and a bottle of water in his office. They had a good selection of 2017 MKZ's to choose from and offered to get one from another location if I didn't see exactly what I was looking for. Good experience with no pressure. I will check back with them.

I had a great experience at Alex Karras Lincoln body shop, they finished the car earlier than projected, color matched perfectly, can t tell my car was repaired. Awesome service and kept me informed of the repair process.

I feel they do their best I am very happy with their service . But who ever sendis the part needed needs to be more accurate time is pricey.

We took our car for a fender problem. Jason Deenik looked at it and fixed it right away. He knew what the problem was right away. He is certainly an asset to this business.

Not what I expected did okay job on body work won't bring my car back.

Have been a customer since purchasing my Town Car in Dec 1995 and have received excellent service which is why in 2008 I purchased my present MKZ. I am looking forward to purchasing a new car in the next
year or so from Alex Karras.

I ve a customer over 15 yrs. I always had very good customer service. Any issues with both of my SUV s they diagnose it and are very detail in the labor. Stephanie is my service advisor; I m extremely happy with the service. Michael the manager goes above and beyond. They diagnosed the issue with my Aviator.

Service team ALWAYS goes above and beyond. Rick is always responsive and helpful.

Everyone in the service department is WONDERFUL! Love you Rick. They are extremely honest; caring; knowledgeable and in one word amazing. I live in Venice do not usually drive that much but all the above qualities make my drive worth while. Infact, when purchasing a car I would only come to Alex Karras.

On a comparison basis, the pricing for my lease was quite acceptable.

In more than 50 years of driving and buying cars have I EVER had such a pleasant and enjoyable experience! Steve listened to what I was looking for, made my test drive easy and fun. Working with Rick Karras to finalize the deal and prices was more enjoyable than ANY car I've ever had to purchase or lease. We often hear about "service" but I am here to testify that Alex Karras Lincoln is the epitome of CUSTOMER SERVICE. And this applies to the used car side, too. Since I started looking at a used MKZ and ended up in a new leased MKZ both the used and new sides worked together to put me in a car that fit my needs and at a price that also met my needs. I think that THAT is customer service. My experience in the service department is limited with this car: I had a question about a WiFi connection request with Sync3 (which is AMAZING!). My problem was fixed in less time than I could drink a small bottle of water!! Am I satisfied with my business with Alex Karras Lincoln? That is an understatement!!

Very courteous, all worked as planned. I'm not one to complain, but feel the workers should know. When I received my car it was detailed and looking great. The interior smell was to much. I'm not sure of the odor they were going after, new car smell..., but it is lingering on and I can't wait till it all dissipates. Alex Karras did a wonderful job repairing my 2015 MKZ this is the second time I've had to take my car in within the last 2 months for repairs first repair was replacing my air conditioning unit and 2nd repair was body work after an accident both times the staff is very helpful and professional and all repairs were done in a timely manner great job thank you.

Body shop did an excellent job on our Jeep Cherokee that had built up mold due to poor manufacturing on the rocker panel passenger side. They cleaned out the mold and sealed the part that JEEP did not bother to when they built the truck. It has less than 20k miles and as of now is only three years old. Don t buy Jeep..called corporate and they did not help. Our insurance company insisted to take it to our local Lincoln dealer as the JEEP dealer would not do anything. Highly recommend Alex Karras Lincoln for all your automotive needs.
