I took my van in to have multiple issues addressed...

I took my van in to have multiple issues addressed. My service advisor s name was Mike Hill. He is super unprofessional, rude and has 0 customer service skills. I spoke to the service manager about the issues I was having and he gave me no resolve nor did he apologize for his employee s terrible behavior. It took longer than the quoted time frame given to pick up the van. Once I got the van there were things that had not been fixed from my list of issues with the van. They have a phone # for you to call once you pick up your vehicle for customers who are not happy. The manager called me and his resolve was to have me waste more of my time dropping off my vehicle AGAIN on a Saturday and paying for the unfixed issues that they failed to address the first time! I will be taking the van to Jim Click Ford to have these issues resolved.
This is a terrible dealership and I wouldn t go back if they paid me to!
