This is the third time I brought my $50,000 MKC in...

This is the third time I brought my $50,000 MKC into Jim Tuttle. It has
24,000 miles on it. They want to be so much like Lexus but they don't have the personnel to do it. Every time I bring it in there it's there for about a week and a half. It's obvious they don't have the train mechanics to do the work so it sits there. My Lincoln sat there for a month and a half because they couldn't figure out what to do. Sure they give you aEnterprise rentals but that's not like your car. I have 24,000 miles on my car and it's been in the shop about three months since I bought it. If they gave those mechanical technicians another $10 an hour starting today you wouldn't see the pipeline a bad service . Maybe Lexis can attract journeyman mechanics the Ford Motor Company cannot. My vehicle stalled n thought because it is time for the "maintenance for life service" Yes, was around 2pm. They said couldn't do it as the technicians were ready to go home.
I asked if at least check the oil to see if needed some oil n condition of oil. Mr Flores was able to have it checked, but suggested that I make an appointment for "maintenance for life" service.
But your notice sent to me says "walk in available"

Very unprofessional, poor customer service, won't stand by their work, made up excuses when questioned about their work, and they will write you off quickly. They won't even go an extra inch to make sure you are taken care of properly and I would not recommend.

Also would give zero stars as this dealership gives zero F's about the customers. Drop of my 2016 fusion cause the transmission seems to be doing a hard shift from gears 1 to 2. First i call for an appointment, oh you are like 2 weeks out. Wait the 2 weeks cause the are no ford dealerships in tucson. Then they call me and are like you dont have an appointment we will need to hold your car for 3-4 days just to do diagnostics. I could have gone anywhere and they could do diagnostics same day, but they cant up date the ford module. Seriously, worst experience i have had with a dealership and I have dealt with GMC and Chrysler with no issue. This place is so bad. Avoid of at all possible.

From beginning to end i felt that these folks genuinely cared about our practical and financial needs. Looking forward to our return when we upgrade my wife's vehicle.

I've bought many cars here over the years. Moved 4 hours away and haven't been in for years. I was in the market for another car for my wife and gave them a shot again. I was introduced to D.Westling through the website. To say it was a pleasure would be an understatement. He had the car I was interested in ready and waiting when we showed up. Then was overly patient while my wife and I changed our minds a couple times. We ended up driving away in our new Escape Titanium. Had a small issue 30 days later and he made sure it was handled immediately! The service has been amazing from the start, Thank you D! Not only will we be back but we will also send our friends and family. If you need a new or used ride definitely give D a chance, you won't regret it!

I had service done to a car I bought in 2005 at this dealership. They took nearly three months to fix a damaged roof that they caused fixing a door panel. Now I brought a car in for a warranty issue and they were rude and told me that they did not fix "the original problem" I brought it in for. This service department is untrustworthy and incompetent at all levels.

Beware and make certain you get everything in writing. We just purchased a new 2016 Ford Fiesta as our lease was expiring. Our sales person indicated that the dealership would waive the final lease payment. Only after we took delivery of the new vehicle did we find out he had "selective memory" and indicated he never committed to waiving the final payment. We left two messages for Steve Smith, General Manager, to discuss the situation and surprise, surprise, he has never called us back. Trust me ... go to a different dealership, it's not worth the headache!

Was told that it would be a month before I could get an oil change because "they have a full shop".. WOW will never purchase from Holmes Tuttle again!!! I am getting ready to purchase my wife a new car WONT be doing it here!! You have really let me down

By far the best experience at a dealership I've ever had. My salesman was John Collins, a knowledgeable, considerate guy who has taken care of me since the moment I walked in wanting to trade my front end damaged Fiesta for a brand new Edge. Not only did he make it work within my budget, but anytime I had a question after the sale he was always available and ready to help me with any sort of concern. The service center, although usually backed up with customers, has always done right by me. I don't think you can beat this level of customer service nor the deals that Ford offers (like lifetime free oil changes and tire rotation). This is my Ford.

When you can get your vehicle in for work to be done they do a quality job. The problem is they are so short staffed that, even if the problem is a safety issue, the wait is three weeks. This does not eork if you have to take a trip in two weeks. It would be different if they appeared to be concerned, but they Don't. I had to PAY for warranty work because I did not want to break down on the trip.

I want to state that Tom and Fred in the service team are great! They are working to take care of me as best they can, but this review is more about Ford Motor Company (and some of their supposed customer service (more like customer disservice) team on an area/corporate level.)

Back story.

I bought a 2013 Ford Focus. Got a great deal on it, and it is a fun little car to drive. After a year or so, I noticed that the transmission just didn't seem to be functioning correctly. I brought it in and was told that it was within limits. That it was a newly designed transmission and that was how it was supposed to function. Okay, cool, I can deal with that. Over the course of the next few years, it starts to shift harder, the clutch doesn't engage when I accelerate, and more issues start to arise. Well, behold the "recall letter" from Ford Motors about errors in the transmission clutch and TCM. Any issues will be taken care of. Shortly after receipt of the letter, my check engine light comes on, and throws a code for a transmission error. Take it in, it gets "fixed", and I go on my way. About 8 months later, the same scenario occurs, take it in, it gets fixed (a little longer this time). I was left without a car for a couple days, and asked if they would provide a rental for me so I could go to work and school. I was told one wasn't part of the warranty provisions, so I left it at that. 5 months later (just last week) the transmission gets all screwy again, and the check engine light comes on. I take it in, and am informed that it would be two weeks (maybe longer maybe shorter) to get it fixed. I asked for a rental car again, and was told no.

Well, I figured that this wasn't an acceptable answer. It isn't my fault that Ford has designed a faulty transmission. Why should I be inconvenienced for a problem the manufacture has? So I call Ford customer service. Let me tell you that their customer service line is a joke. It's anything but, and I am tired of being read the provisions of the warranty. Look, I understand that the warranty doesn't cover a rental, but since this is the THIRD time for the SAME problem. Maybe act in good faith for the customer and provide one, even if the warranty says they don't have to. I spoke with Kelly, and then her boss Michael who are corporate Ford representatives and got absolutely no where. The only suggestion that they could give was "well try the other dealerships and see if they can work you in sooner, and if not I suggest you keep your current appointment."

Ford has NO compassion towards their customers. They just want your money. Once they get it you are SOL if your vehicle has problems. To be told to take it to another dealer? The car isn't safe to drive! It's failed on me in the middle of an intersection! I can understand why there is a class action lawsuit against Ford Motors for their defective 2013 Focus. One reason, faulty car; and the other reason TERRIBLE customer service. I really don't feel like I am asking for much. I get it, a rental isn't promised under the warranty. Honda doesn't have that either, but when my steering went out, they not only towed it in for free, they offered me rental car because they VALUED me as a customer. I made a $20,000 mistake in purchasing a Ford. Their lack of customer service has absolutely hammered the final nail into the coffin of me never buying any of their vehicles again. I honestly feel like I was robbed. Moral of the story? DO NOT BUY FROM FORD MOTOR COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS.

Gave them one star because can't go lower. I would be careful of this place. They wanted to give my dad's trade in a value of 22k when traid in value on blue book is 31.5. Then they were trying to sell a lariat as if it was a platinum or a king Ranch. Please if you are buying go elsewhere don't get ripped off

I had an appointment yesterday for an oil change and had to wait 2 hours for them to complete. When I asked afterward if it normally takes 2 hours for a oil change, they said it normally take 1 to 1.5 hours oil changes. I would not use their service department for anything if this is how long it takes for an oil change.

Edit: Had my car called in for a recall with a provided long term rental. Spoke with the Service Manager June 4 and was promised a call back in the next day or 2 to get a loaner. 10 days later and still hadn't heard anything so I called back. Spoke with an assistant who was very apologetic and told me he submitted my paperwork to corporate and would call me back the next morning. Had to call back the next day and he's apparently not in the office.

I've never had such horrible experiences with a Ford dealer. I hate to say it, but if you live in Tucson, go to another dealership or don't buy a ford.

The warranty is null and void the minute you hand them your $$,$$$. I had a few minor issues with my Ford Van. My dealings with the service department left me feeling violated. Nothing was ever resolved. But they sure wanted more $ to look at the problem!

I always dreaded having to come to a dealership. These guys are steriotyped so bad. Don't believe everything you hear about dealerships. My salesman was Juan Sanchez, this guy was awesome, straight to the point, and no BS. I did my research for months before I came and he got me a better deal than I expected. I actually left the lot not wanting to cry and my pockets still full. Richard Baker was my finance manager and he worked with me through the entire process and when he found a better bank with a better APR he called me in to redo the contract instead of leaving me out in the desert to fight with the vultures. I truly had a great time coming here, these guys are hilarious. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or used car. They have my family's business anytime. Go there, stick your toes in the water, see what you think, I promise you won't be disappointed.

He went out of his way to find exactly what I was looking for and ensure I was happy. I would highly recommend Holmes Tuttle Ford Lincoln, you just don't see this type of customer service anymore but they sure deliver it here.

Brought my 2019 Raptor here for an ailment because the dealership near me was all booked up. They did my alinement and drove it for about a week and the alignment was all messed up again after only highway driving. I tried calling them see what they can do, but they said they don t warranty alignments. Then I brought it in to the dealer near me and they did my aliment for free along with a bunch of other things under warranty. I will never go to this stealership again!

I'm not to happy with this dealership, just 2 weeks after purchasing my vehicle I was having issues and they wanted to charge me $175.00 to do a diagnostics on it. I knew it wasn't going to be free but come on I had just got the car. I was hoping to get a break.... Well more less a "discount" I know where I'm not going for my next vehicle purchase!

Went to this dealership to look at a vehicle that caught my eye online. Loved the truck! So I decided to give it a try and see if I could work it out to take it home. Got to a figure I was happy with. Specifically told the sales person that I would only authorize them to run my credit for financing through one specific bank and if it was denied then it wasn't meant to be. So needless to say I was quite surprised when they came back telling me a rate and payment that wasn't discussed. When I confronted the sales person he states that he told them only to run the credit once he went back to see what happened the Finance Manager came out to talk about the situation and proceed to try and give me a lecture about how credit works. I am fully aware of this hence the reason I didn't want them to run it multiple times. I left very frustrated so I checked my credit report and they ran it 4 different times. I am a die hard ford fan. Have owned 7 mustangs, 1 fusion,1 focus and an F150. So sad to see that the people at the dealership are only looking to line their pockets and not help the people who are helping pay their bills. It's sad to see that this is the way they have chosen to do business. Maybe this is why they are in the news about declining sales.

Their employees for oil changes are rude and inattentive. Oil Stop is a much better company and can change your oil plus other fluids in 30 min without an appointment. Holmes Tuttle takes over 2 with an appointment

When I bought the vehicle they offered free oil changes. What they didn't tell me were the oil changes take all day to perform. Even if you schedule an appointment first thing in the am don't count on getting your car until late afternoon. This has happened every time. I purchased a new Ford in 2015 and had it in for repairs approximately 10 times and two recall notices. I also own a Toyota and there is no comparison with the quality of service. Never again.

I purchased a truck after being told it had a tow package and a 3.5 liter V6 engine. It has neither. It has a 2.7 liter V6 engine and no tow package. I am 72 years old and a woman. Despite my complaints to the business regarding their deceit, no one has responded to me. Stay away from this business as they will cheat you. I have filed a complaint against them with the BBB.

Had my Focus towed in due to some manufacturing issues, Garret and the team who fixed my car are amazing! He helped me every step of the way and even notified me of other dangerous issues my car had with no pressure to have it fixed on site... Thanks to this dealership my car now runs like new!! I just purchased a brand new F150 here. We are from Sierra Vista and can't stand the Ford dealership there, so we decided to try Tucson and visit a few places to get the best deal. We went here to just look at F250 trucks and was greeted almost immediately by Sergio. He asked what our need was and recommended a completely different truck and gave us the rundown on it. We had to leave to go look at another truck at another dealership, left and hated the place that we went to (Premier Auto Sales..whole different story). Before returning to Holmes Tuttle, we went to the other Ford dealership in town (Jim Click) and no one even bothered to look at us the whole 15 minutes we walked around the lot. We hurried up back to Sergio at Holmes Tuttle to see if we could test drive a few more vehicles.

We came back (7pm) and not only did Sergio stay with us and stop everything he was doing, he got us a great deal on a new truck instead of one of their used ones. Not only did Sergio stay until the deal was completed (9:30pm on a FRIDAY), his entire staff stayed to help out and offer us anything we wanted.

I know we purchased a new vehicle and it's a big payday for them, but the sincerity and caring they put into every bit of information they gave to us, they all took extra time (above and beyond normal) to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted.

I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford.

I was in the market for a Used vehicle and was at a different dealer and was not satisfied with what I had found. My nephew talked me into stopping in to Ford dealer , it was right there and I had made me a check list , really long checklist of things I wanted in a vehicle even down to the color. And lo and behold I give them my check list and they found my car. Just like that. A 2018 Ford Eco sport SE. Beautiful blue. And only 16 miles on the vehicle. So check off a mark of my bucket list for driving a brand new car off the show room. Dee Westling is so personable and knowledgeable about just everything. He showed me all the bells and whistles my car has. And said if any questions to call or come see him, he'll help out. Made me feel like a Princess, or a VIP. i'm a single older woman and it's very nice to have people treat you with respect. Thank you. Love my Blue Gecko, I mean Eco. Merry Christmas to me! Excellent!

We have bought a few cars from Ramon. We keep coming back to him because he is an amazing salesman. He always goes above and beyond for us. He is very helpful before and after the sale. Ramon is very knowledgeable about the cars and always answers any questions we have. He is efficient and most importantly he always makes us feel comfortable. Thank you Ramon!. Ramon helped us find exactly what we needed! He helped us find a truck that was in our price range and was even better then what we thought we could get. He also took the time to show us how to work the controls and Ford pass.. The whole experience at Holmes Tuttle Ford Lincoln was excellent! Everyone is so helpful, welcoming and really work hard for their customers. Homes Tuttle Ford Lincoln is the only place my family buy our cars. We feel very comfortable and feel that Holmes Tuttle Ford Lincoln always goes above and beyond for us. The finance was easy and efficient.
