Service department had two items to work on, one was done the other was aggravated...a simple change in a door handle turned out into my door would not lock...Deceiving "free" inspection by service technician was not performed, I know since my Explorer was just inspected in McLean, Virginia and there were two rotted back tires and one with below tire pressure... as I returned to the dealership to get it right, I was informed that I had to pay for another part and labor to fix what they did the first time...I do not think so!
Their motto by the service department "We Love Our Customers" is not true, after paying for poor service I was not offered any understanding by the service manager.
It appears I will be buying my new vehicles in Tucson from another dealer.
