Very clean. 5-7 employees said hello or waived. Service underwriters very friendly. Only thing is I feel anytime I go to a dealership I m being upsold. I was told my battery didn t pass a charge test. I ve put 3 batteries in our Honda van. I ve switched my inside lights to off to make sure kids don t leave lights on to burn the battery. Service writer did mention some things to keep an eye on for me which is good customer service. I do feel when car shopping at Honda dealerships the sales folks boast about their vehicles durability but when I go to get service on their vehicle all kind of issues come up. Overall great customer service and very friendly and welcoming but trying to up-sell can come across as a little too much.
