Holmes Honda turned a horrible experience into a wonderful one. Bought a used Chevy equinox through a salesman that is no longer there. Had multiple issues with the way business was conducted and the vehical itself. After writing a review on how dissatisfied I was with the entire deal, the GM Mark Johnson got in contact with me to try and make things right. They put my equinox in the shop and gave me a loaner 2014 Honda accord sport to drive in the meantime. Needless to say, I fell in love with the car and wanted to trade my equinox in for one. They went above and beyond to help make sure this happened and the transition was as smooth as possible. I greatly appreciated that. Jason Sims was very good to me. And salesman Eddie Metcaf was wonderful also. Took the time to go over the functions of my brand new 2014 Honda Accord sport, introduce me to me sevice team. & made sure I left that place with a smile on my face. Thank you so much for making my 2nd experience so wonderful. Love my new Accord and will be back to buy my next vehical there and would recommend them to anyone.
