This was my first Honda. I was coming out of Bankruptcy and had been driving my other car for 7 1/2 years, hoping and praying that it would last me until I could get discharged. I went into Holmes Honda when I got something in the mail that I thought was my discharge papers ( it turned out that it wasnt ). I got to drive the Honda Civic Coupe and immediately fell in love with it. My heart was broken when I found out that it would be another month before I could buy the car. My salesman, Charles Powell, was wonderful. He was very sensitive to my situation with the bankruptcy. He was very reassuring that he would take care of everything as soon as I got my discharge papers. A little less than a month later, I did receive the papers and I called Mr. Powell up and he was ready for me. From the sales people to the finance people, Holmes Honda has been absolutely wonderful. Even when I was having trouble from the finance company of my old car not wanting to send the title, everyone at Holmes Honda was wonderful at making it happen for me. I drove out of Holmes Honda in my brand new 2013 Black Honda Civic EX Coupe. I have had so many compliments on my car already, and now, as promised, it is back at Honda for the detail and to put leather interior in it at my request. I dont think I have ever had a " car buying experience " that was as nice as it has been dealing with Honda. I am a very satisfied customer!!!! Thanks Charles!!!!
