I recently came into Holmes Honda for my maintenance autobutler service and decided to search the lot for the new Honda Ridgeline. I was a little interested but not certain if I was ready on trading up to a newer vehicle, but I've been having my eyes on the 2017 Ridgeline. I also was not certain if I wanted to be dealing with a pushy salesman at this time. Salesman, John Young walked up to me with a warm smile/handshake. He was friendly, professional, and not your typical pushy salesman who gives you a sense of urgency to buy now. He was sincere in his desire to find out what I was interested in driving. He was knowledgeable about the Ridgeline's specs and made the test drive easy. He was more than happy to generate a price quote for me without any pressure to buy now. My experience there was a comfortable one that didn't leave me with any negative afterthoughts. I'm glad to do business with John Young and Holmes Honda.
