Thanks to the great people of Holmes Honda for making this day great. I have never experienced such professionalism and customer service like this in my life, they really stick by their slogan "Making it Easy". This weekend I went out of town and while out enjoying my day, all the lights came on in my car. I didn't know what to do being so far from home. Monday morning, I brought it to Holmes Honda fearing the worst, but Laura, my service advisor, assured me everything was going to be ok and calmed me down. She was very patient and understanding and made me feel like she cared. I had to get back to work so I contacted my salesperson Quinton and he got me a ride home, once again very professional and great customer service. Then when they found the problem, they called me and told me what the problem was and I thought I had to get another car for a second. Then Jamal the service manager got involved and made sure I got my car fixed and running and at a fair price. I want to give a big THANKS to Laura, Quinton and Jamal for taking care of me and making me feel as if they cared. I would recommend Holmes Honda to anyone looking for great customer Service or to buy a car. Thanks Holmes Honda you have earned a customer for life.
