This is our favorite Casino Hotel from the Caesar s chain! The Pool is a nice spot to hang out and usually the casino is not overly crowded. Hotel check in can be long but overall Harrahs is always going to be our go to Casino.

My Son and I stayed here. It was perfect! Clean, The staff always greeted us with a smile. Not much in extras. What it lacks in extras, it absolutely makes up in quality! We wanted to live there it was so nice.

Went into the pool with 3 friends of mine, all 3 of us got toe nail fungus, I'm not thinking that's a coincidence. Im still paying for it months later with prescriptions and medical procedures to the tune of over $1000.

Stayed in Coastal Tower, room was modern and clean. Harrah's is gigantic with a fantastic dinner buffet. Over 21 pool with nightly entertainment. Self parking was easy to enter and depart.

The pool opens at 8:00am and closes at 6:00pm that is no good when you can t check in until 4:00 pm so you can t go to the pool that day!! I think they should open at 10:00am and close at 8:00pm better timing

Hotel accomedations were fantastic. Rooms were large and clean. Bathroom exceeded my expectations having a large soaker tub in it. The casino was very clean and the waitress came around frequently. Great selections of table games and slots. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire building with a great attitude. I would highly recommend. Wish the table limits were not as high. There were only a few low limit table games of poker but nothing else.

Clean, good scent choices in lobby and in casinos- it's a memorable scent of money a and...something(lol). Beautiful establishment! Dog(cat?) friendly. Nice rooms...although they were very damp and chilled since there's no way to air them out. The casino always smells amazing. I spent a good sum and won a medium sum. The pool is always my favorite part. The pool room was beautiful with high, glass ceilings and greenery surrounding.
The restaurants we're extremely expensive oh, and the food was mediocre. If you stay for more than 2 or 3 days, there's nothing left to eat that sounds good. Also, was very excited as my companion and I go to the buffet on the last day that we are there for dinner. Apparently they stopped serving snow crab, but they were charging the same price. People come specifically for the snow crab.
My companion and I spent a good amount of money in the few days we spent there, and I don't really think we were treated all that special. I

Harrah's in Atlantc City has been a quick-get-away destination for several years, an easy drive from home in DC. This includes the ability to bring the little pup to this dog friendly resort. Harrah's is both exciting and chill at the same time, so whatever your mood, you can find a situation to be happy.
One thing to note is that it is not close to the boardwalk, but they provide free shuttles throughout the day if you want to venture out, and of course there are taxis/ride-sharing. The casino is clean, the slots are not stingy, and the wait staff is attentive, friendly, and generally quick. Harrah's is known for its glass dome covered pool area, open year round with a constant warm weather temperature. At night the pool area turns into a dance club that hosts guest deejays and celebrities. There are plenty of food options too: quick sandwiches or burgers to more moderate and upscale restaurants, featuring Mexican, Italian, and Steak & Seafood. The Italian restaurant, Martorano's, has been a favorite with top notch martinis and meatballs, and I recommend a stop by there. The rooms are what you would expect in terms of size, and have always been clean when I gave stayed. Overall, it's a fun place and doesn't pretend to be something it's not.

Checked into this...at 5:20 PM (check in is at 4, last I heard). Rotten food, leftover pizza, empty bottles of liquor, garbage overflowing... unreal... I helped the cleaning lady after 1 hr of waiting... the hotel refused to assist. They offered another room, but I would have to spend additional time making my way to the lobby, wait another 45 mins, then get a room and hope it s not in this condition. And I already cleaned the room myself! I wish I could give minus 5 stars. Horrific customer service at the front desk, who pretty much told me it s my fault.

I've always loved Harrah's but during the pandemic you should not visit.....unless it's on the weekends.....the pool which is there main attraction is closed from Monday through Thursday which I think is ridiculous especially during summer time ...so if you do decide to do AC do any resort on the boardwalk because there is absolutely nothing goin on in harrahs from Monday through Thursday

Lived in AC my whole life and my first ever visit ...

Lived in AC my whole life and my first ever visit to Harrah's was for The Humane Society of Atlantic County's 21st annual Sickbay Benefit. This was HSAC's first year at Harrah's and I truly hope this will be a long standing relationship. They provided us with an amazing space and the catering was phenomenal. Their event staff was courteous and efficient and the bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable. I just can't say enough amazing things about what this very large company did for this amazing organization that is so near and dear to my heart.

Thank you, Harrah's, from me and my HSAC alumnus fur family. This was a record breaking event for us and the funds raised this weekend will help HSAC take care of both homeless pets in need of medical care and will also facilitate care for pets of families who may be struggling.

Everything so far has been great, it's our first time here. However we waited on line over a half hour for the Waterfront Buffet, only to be told that the food gets taken away at 7:45 and we would have 15 mins to eat. At almost $50 a person that was outrageous to spend and then shovel food into our mouths for 15 minutes. There was still a line wrapped around the corner for the buffet when we left. There should be a better system for this as to avoid waiting on line all that time only to be told when you get to the front.

Harrah's is a great casino. It's not as nice as the Borgata but it's much more affordable. I prefer staying in the Coastal Tower.

The self check in they have is very nice. You can skip all lines.

Another good point, Harrah's is dog friendly.

Honestly, I would recommend this hotel better than all of the others. The hotel is amazing, I had a room on the 41st floor and the room was great. The view was breathtaking. The house keeping ladies was extremely nice. Casino, pool, buffet restaurant, and shopping area was fun and nice. The only problem I had was checking in and checking out. The communication is HORRIBLE!!! The lady name is christine , she was saying that she couldn t see my down payment or how much I owe. She was all over the place to a point it took 40 minutes just for me to check in. Checking out was another issue because I was told I owe money taxes and fee s while that was never explained to me from the beginning. Some of the staffs need to be trained again and the right way this time because u can lose customers that way. Other than that I recommend this hotel 100% , you will not regret it. Will be back soon .
Thank you!

Worst experience ever in AC

Worst experience ever in AC
I came here to celebrate my birthday and there was a blackout!! they didn't have the pool show and sadly they didn't want to give us a refund or any type of discount they even charged me a $25 hotel fee.
How does a hotel of this caliber is not prepared for disasters like this. Im really disappointed, we drove 3 hrs expecting a great experience :( so I went to Tropicana to have fun..!!

The room was not clean and the woman at check in was quite rude. The manager acted in a professional manner at check out and apologized for the inconvenience. If not for the managers interception I would not return to this location. I believe his name was Mendez.

Though it's off the boardwalk, there is still more than enough here to have a great time. We came specifically for the Gordon Ramsey steakhouse, which was fantastic. The casino is well kept up and clean. They don't validate parking though, that's definitely something they need to fix if you are dropping money there.

They have no respect for their customers and think they can play you, i called to discuss my reservation and ask to talk to a manager the girl put me on hold then comes back changed her voice and pretended to be a manager, during the convo she kinda went bck to her normal voice and started mentioning things i had told her previously and not to the manager . SMH , what a shame.

I really enjoyed my stay. We had a room in the Atrium. It was very clean, and we really enjoyed the spacious living area where you could sit and watch TV separate from where the bed was. The king size bed was nice and comfortable. I also used the gym while I was there, and it had a variety of machines, and they were all newer. I also love that there is a Starbucks inside the hotel too. Great casino to stay at!

Nice casino hotel in AC. The Bayview Tower has been upgraded and the Waterfront Tower while showing it age is still very nice. The addition of Gordon Ramsey Steak House has added a real culinary star to the property. I took a star off the rating for the elimination of Crab Legs from the Buffet. It's just not as good now on rating a low 3 stars from it's former 4 1/2 stars.

I booked a room in the month of May for dates July 1 4. I also called in the month of May and spoke with someone at the front desk, she assured me that my room would be ready by 1PM on the 1st of July. As I arrived around 2PM on July 1st, I was unsure of where the front desk is. The first employee that I saw I asked about check in and they were more adamant on recommending signing up for the Total Rewards card than checking into my room. I was able to find the Front Desk and kiosks. I approached the kiosk and hoped for a problem free check-in. I was wrong. As I attempted to sign in to the kiosk, an employee walked over and informed me that the kiosk I was using was broken. Instead of recommending a solution, he continued about the Total Rewards card. I found a working kiosk and after inputting all of my information after waiting in line after other guests for about 15 minutes, then dealing with another 15 minutes at the kiosk it promptly informed me to proceed to the check in line as it did not disperse my room key with no explanation why. An hour later of waiting in line, the employee who was extremely unprofessional looking, informed me that my room was not ready, but would be ready by 4PM. The employee took my phone number and assured me that I would receive a text message at 4PM informing me that my smoking room with a king size bed would be ready by 4. He also was unable to provide a map of the hotel and casino. I would also have to go into a separate line to obtain my room key.
The bar by the check in area has bar stools torn and dirty, beers tasted bad, bar snacks stale.
At 4PM the employee now helping advised that check in can be between 4PM and 8PM, ignoring the fact I was told my room would be ready at 1PM, then 4PM. A manager did offer me a smoking room with two beds.
Arriving to the room at 5PM, there was a food cart in the hallway by the room door. The receipt on the cart was dated June 30th and also had at least day old food on it.Both carts for the duration of being in the hallway acquired more food and even baby diapers - removal of these carts and old food should be removed on a daily basis.
Now, booking a smoking room, I was not expecting much. I do, however, expect a refrigerator with no broken parts. This was not the case (picture attached). There was also hair on the shower rod (picture attached), a hole in the bathroom wall (picture attached), the light in the bathroom was broken (picture attached), torn bed sheets (picture attached) on top of two beds that are not queen sized. The TV stand/dresser was broken (picture attached), and there was an odd amount of scotch tape on the wall above the window, that what I assume, was from a previous guest (picture attached).
Even the elevators were not up to par (picture attached) along with poor ventilation throughout the building, no direction for guiding guests as to where they are going and also a pathetic buffet with employees who clearly have no work ethic. I was also charged a Wi-Fi fee which was supposed to be included in the resort fee.
I highly recommend NOT staying here because the customer service is beyond poor and the quality of the hotel is less than sub-par. The check in process is atrocious and the fact that booking a room here (and paying in advance) is meaningless because you will either wait over half a day to get the room you initially booked or get offered a room you did not book with no compensation. The amount of money spent on the hotel itself, food, gambling and other amenities during a stay at Harrah s along with the poor customer service and housekeeping is not worth the penny you give to the homeless person outside the boardwalk.

Awesome place - it is that what the people say East Coast so wonderful, luxurious and unforgettable when you stay here. Spend some money and got new impressions. You can watch the Ocean and do nothing. It's like you have eternity and touch too close...

This place is getting worst and it s rundown. My room at Waterfront has major condensation problem with half of the window covered with moisture and water dripping from the top of the window. I spoke with desk and the operator told me all the rooms have this problem. She told me she would send towels up to my room to clean up the water on the windowsill. I am not sure if she expected me to clean up the water....It feels like a sauna in here and probably has mold from all this condensation.

Customer service is subpar.

Nice pool but it feels like Jersey Shore Cast meets Boogie down Bronx with durags.

Sheets were very dirty and housekeeping never showed to replace. Parking was supposed to be free with hotel stay but charged me 10 anyway. Wifi was so bad was not even worth trying to use.

The experience was extremely poor. The staff rudely denied to provide the room type that came with our confirmed booking. Then the room that we were given was actually not prepared for the arrival of new guests. And the staffs said it s not their duties to ensure which room is clean and which is not. Horrible horrible customer service..

Very pretty and pool looks nice. Sadly, though, the pool was closed the day we were there, as was all the restaurants and some shops for indoor dinning. Check in was way too long with huge lines and no sitting area. Room was dusty, stains all over the carpet and sticky stuff on it. Gross!! Mildew in cracks around sink and shower and the walls we re thin with people partying next door that I could plainly hear everything they said. Very disappointed!!!! Never again for me!!

My girlfriend and I had a blast with our friends at the Harrah's after dark pool party. We attended DJ Camello's event. Music was great, and the service was even better. The bartenders knows you from the first time you order your drinks so they know to keep it coming. The security was tight for a good reason because people that got too crazy were being a menace to others. The guards were very nice people though. Getting in the party was greeted by nice wholesome people. It wasnt the first time I attended a Harrah's party. I would definitely do it again.

I cant even begin to express how this establishment has given my husband and I reprieve. I was blessed and fortunate to have experiened front desk employee Christina T who was gracious kind patient and a true reflection of diamond status hospitality. Thank you for making a simple wife and mom of 7 feel like a VIP!

Avoud this place during pandemic. Nothing is open here. We stayed overnight and there was no place to eat after 9pm. Also, everything was closed in the morning. Only one restaurant was open at 8am till noon and their prices were outrageous. At 11am, even the starbucks was still closed. 24 hr takeout place was closed for two straight days.

Cool!

Got to the hotel at check in with a reservation and one of our rooms were not ready. We had to wait 2 hours for rooms to get clean.. then they gave us a problem when we had asked for an upgrade because of their INCONVENIENCE! When they messed up our plans and made us late to see a show tonight! So thank you Harrahs Atlantic City for making our night exhausting instead of fun and exciting!

The bathrooms are gross and the casino is not what it once was.

Bathrooms are still gross and broken. It is freezing in the whole casino.
They need heat in the hallway you come in from the parking garage. Bathrooms are always broken too.

I really enjoy ours it is now my favorite casino to go to. The food there in all the restaurants are spectacular. And I'm very picky when it comes to food. The pool is so great there is fun to have to go in a morning and have happy hour 1130 at the bar the food there at the pool is good to. This is my new favorite casino I can't wait to go back

I appreciate being comped (excluding taxes and resort fees) for the room. The room was great (except for the flying insect in the bathroom. However when you arrive at 10pm and your room is still not ready something's wrong at this place. This is not the only time I had this happen. There is always a long line of guess waiting at this time of night. After driving for 2 days to get here this is disappointing. After finally getting settled into the room my guess decided it was too late and went to bed. I decided to go down and spend time in the casino. I wanted to know about breakfast and shopping. I tried to play but gave up trying to chase all the large flys and other flying insects away from my face, arms and legs. Casino has a dirty appearance and upper management really needs to do a unannounced visit. Outsiders look.

Room reeked of smoke when we arrived. Front desk offered air freshener and a humidifier but had no rooms to move us into. The room was unbearable so we let them know we were leaving for another hotel (having not stayed more than 15 minutes, never used the bed, and immediately informed them of the issue) and yet they insisted on charging us for a stay. A lasting first impression, Harrah's. See you again never.

This place used to be good, especially with the slot machines. Now these days, you can't win anything. Lost $300 in 45 minutes playing conservatively. Shame on you Harrahs for adjusting the machines so terribly. Will never be returning. I don't expect to win a ton but I at least expected my money to last a few hours at least. It took me longer to drive there.

Great stay at the Harrahs! The modern suite was comfortable and I enjoyed looking out the floor to ceiling windows. Big bathroom and comfortable bed. The new Gordon Ramsay Steakhouse is beautiful...but my favorite place to eat was the Coastal Craft Kitchen and Bar. Shout out to Judy and the Tatiana s!!

I have been several times to Atlantic city, but first time staying at harrahs hotel. The hotel is good there is a party pool, a buffet that open at 4pm but I didn't get to eat there, also I notice dog are allow and free drink while playing in the casino. The only thing I didn't like is that they allowed people to smoke beside that I like the place.

Beautiful place and so much to do, even when you do nothing but people watch. So much to choose from. One thing, can't figure why the pay for parking thing, it's not the money, good thing it goes to AC, but the long wait to actually get to the booth to pay :-(. Golden Nuggett has the right idea!

The bed was too soft and being handicapped I was unable to nearly get in or out of the bed. I wasn't to happy with the room because I was on the 43rd floor where they had no ice you had to go to the 42nd floor. I booked a room for 2 days and was only given it for 1 day and told I had to check out on the 5th of March which I refused. I was only suppose to pay $59 dollars for 2 days and tax but had to pay more due to customer service error. They gave me a new card so it looked like I never played with Harrah's. I fixed it when I came to the casino. There were no ashtrays in my room so I had to find some. Other then those errors everything was OK.

Our complaint is we arrived at noon. Too early to check in. They would notify us when the room was ready. No problem. However we asked the front desk later same answer. At 5pm my wife goes to the desk. Room was ready and who knows for how long! We are still waiting for that notification. Check out was slow because ther was only one person.
We did have a great time.

nice place to stay. they get you for every dollar they possibly can but there are restaurants, stores, casino and pool all right there without leaving property. they were able to get us into our room hours before check in time but for an additional fee like everything else there. room was very clean, hallways in smoking section smell heavily of pot though.

Harrah's is a nice hotel/casino, it's located in town and not on the boardwalk, but most of Harrah's is surrounded by great ocean views. The hotel rooms were decent, but I personally didn't care for the pillows, they were a bit uncomfortable to me. The room also has pretty thin walls and upon entering the room it smelled a bit funny to me. OtherwiseThis hotel has lots of shops, a good buffet, and a very nice pool area. There pool I believe is the highlight if Harrah's Resort.
