James at the front desk has the absolute worst customer service I ve ever seen at any establishment anywhere in the country. His lack of education definitely shows when the word start coming out of his mouth. I will be calling corporate to make sure he is terminated
The only reason I go to Harrah's is because it's pet friendly and at the last minute it worked out .However never liked the thin walls that allow you to hear conversations from both rooms next door. It's also not very clean dust behind furniture, while taking a bath I notice the toilet underneath was so dirty. The only good thing they did right was get rid of the carpet. I won't be returning just have to get a dog sitter.

Always enjoy going here, mixed crowd does tend to be more of a younger crowd on weekends. The games and tables are good, live music at bars is excellent. The help is friendly and the rooms are very nice. McCormick & Schmidts restaurant is very good. Always on the list for us.

What a wonderful place. The food and room were very good. The staff were excellent....like Disney level excellent, especially security guard Monica! Even the fellow patrons were lovely. I will return.
was not as expected. Went to my room and one of the beds looked like it was used and sheets were out of place, wanted a non smoking room and it reeked of cigarettes. The process of getting a new room was quick and easy but when I got to the new room the bathroom had been used with urine in toilet. We had also reserved a king room then they said that there weren't anymore available
Booked a room and when I got to the hotel I was told they didn t have when I booked available and there s nothing that could be done .They put us in a room that was on the very far side of the hotel that was very noisy and dirty.Nothing is open in the hotel but the casino (No pool or activities).Don t waste your time or money going .The Harrahs ain t it !!
Entire room smelled like smoke, like someone had been smoking constantly before me. Called to get the room changed but was told I was in a nonsmoking room and that I couldn t be switched. Bummer.
Also, the room and bathroom don t seem very clean. Seems like the beds were made and towels were folded but not necessarily clean.
Here for a conference so mostly concerned with the accommodations. Definitely wouldn t stay here if I was paying for it personally!
The room was nice with a great view. When we got to our room after checking in there were no towels. We had to ask for them. However, they came quickly. The hallways and elevators were hot. Parking was difficult, but I think that's true for every where in Atlantic City. Overall, it was a very nice stay.
Came to celebrate a birthday at the casino. The resort is located away from the boardwalk, but they have a shuttle bus to Ceasars and their other affiliated hotel. They have a variety of machines that allow you to directly order drinks and at the tables you can catch waitresses to bring you drinks. The casino is a mostly smoke free environment, with most sections non-smoking. There are a variety of restaurants including Gordon Ramsey Steakhouse, Mexican, burger and chicken joint (which served pretty good food for price), fast food (not a chain), and I think 3 bars. What's interesting is the pool becomes a club at night. I didn't get a chance to go inside, but I plan to go next time I return. Make sure you sign up for the free rewards program to get discounted parking and points when you pay for anything within the resort. I stayed in a room overnight and the bed was comfortable. The floors were wood instead of carpet. The room did not have a refrigerator. It had a HDTV, 2 beds, sofa, chair, and a desk. Overall this is a good resort to stay at. The parking is a flat rate regardless of how long you park.
We were less than satisfied with our trip to Harrah s. First off, the walk from the parking garage to the front desk is far. The people aren t very friendly. The hotel has nothing for kids to do. Yes there s a swimming pool but the one they publicize on their website is mainly for adults and the pool for kids is small. Let s get to the room - we were in the Marina tower. Yes it s updated and looks nice but if you look closely you see mold in the bathroom vents, the tub didn t drain and there was a mouse in our room. Yup a mouse. After complaining we were upgraded which was nice considering but we will not be visiting Harrah s again.
Bayview tower room was very nice. Restaurants are decent and overall a fun place to stay.

I enjoyed this place. Basically clean but the vending area had a sticky floor that hadn't been cleaned for awhile. The hair dryer in our room didn't work. ( cold air only) and the adjoining room had a very loud male that yelled all night ... We couldn't half sleep. Still a nice room and fun visit.
The gentleman at the reception was very nice talking to us at late check-in. Bedroom is alright with partial ocean view. Casino layout is pretty easy to understand.

Ok we arrived Sep 19, 2020 for a 2 day stay. So Ireserved a comp suite 1 month in advance. We get there and the desk clerk said my suite was not available and he had another room but No suite. I expressed my dissappointment again at Harrah's. We go up to riom and it was handicap accessable. Weird. I called desk kind if angry. Ya see my wife had major back surgery 1 year ago and a Bath would be nice. So we go down and they switched rooms. Going to the watertower I was just exhausted and wanted a nice room. Well..we were given a MODERN 1200 sqFT SUITE. I was so impressed as we soaked in the Huge tub. That is what im talkin bout. I play slots and we had fun. We earned it. A nice make up for the screw up. Thank You again Harrah's for a good 2 day stay. CAESARS/HARRAH'S AC ROCKS!

I love Harrahs hotel this is literally the only hotel i love staying in when i come to Atlantic City! the night life in the hotel is AMAZING party at the pool every Wed and Fri, if you are staying there you have an opportunity to get in free with a voucher card before 11p or play 10 if you are staying there but reach after 12. Meaning you don't break your pockets. I love it here!!!!
DO NOT COME HERE. They don t clean the rooms and the service is horrible. They left my room without cleaning it. The tv doesn t work and the floor has vomit on it. Don t come here, it s trash. Horrible service Harrah s.
I was disappointed as soon as i walked to the check in desk. I was told the Harbor tower where my room was booked was full and some rooms closed, they offered to put us on the water front tower for an extra $60.
That didn't go well with me so we ended up getting the room for the price of the reservation. Room service has a bit to be desired, smoking room ash trays don't get clean and garbage cans get left in the middle of the room. 30th floor, there is a table out side the elevator that had a cigarette butt on it for 3 days. ?? I am giving a 4 Starr because i liked the location, shuttle was perfect.
One of the better successes of casinos still in Atlantic City. The Pool after Dark can be a great night out. The buffet is a little on the expensive side, unless comped ($35 base + additional $41 if you want the unlimited lobster). AC Burger Company is a good Burger and probably the least expensive of the dining options available.
I go here to get my Brazilian wax at their Spa I love them super nice n they were n always baby friendly
Worse hotel ever. Spend a week for convention. People smoke weed everywhere it s smell in your own room. I had to call security almost every night. People were partying in their room. Worse experience ever.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with so many things to do. However, Our room wasnt very clean. Visible dust on eye level items throughout and we literally had to go to the front desk ourselves for disinfectant for the shower; as that was not clean at all. No one wants to shower while looking at anothers hair on the glass.
Never again!!! I paid alittle under a thousand dollars and ended up being put in a simple 2 bed room when i PAID for a luxory king
It was our first visit to this beautiful Atlantic City and had a great stay in this resort. A resort offers lots of family fun with the beautiful indoor pool, along with an array of shops and dining options with walkable spaces for socializing. Was impressed by the front desk check in services as well as the express self check out kiosk. Great guest efficiency! Making future trips to this great fun place! Thank you Harrah s!
I did not enjoy my stay at Harrah's. The some of the staff at valet were rude. After waiting for 40 mins to an hour for my car, they could not tell me where my keys or car was. I suggested looking the computer after giving them my vehicle information (is tag number, make/model...) and they were short with me as if I had lost the car. Rooms were okay, but I don't think I'll be returning. The buffet had a good selection. This was my first and last time staying at Harrah's. Will go back to staying at Caesars.
Upon the first night during my stay there were loud people on both sides of my room. I was unaware of having a conjoining room and the inappropriate parties kept me up. I was here for business travel and the only convenience is that my event was in the same building. My coworker went through the same experience. The only good factor is that the room was clean. I would not return to this place.
They charged our debit card after we left the hotel even though the rooms were already prepaid!! I called the billing department to follow up on that but after being on hold for an hr, no one seems to have a clear answer why we got charged again. I was told it might be related to tax and daily resort fees. However, it never mentioned on the website that there might be an additional charges after we paid the fees. This is not right.
I just stayed here for the first time in years and even during this covid craziness it was very nice. I was in a king bed room in the water tower that had a very nice view of the bay and was very clean. They even offered room service on weekends during covid when many other hotels/casinos are not.
Everything was great. Even the people who work there were great. All the employees said hello and easily helped us with anything we needed. They have the most comfortable pillow I've ever felt in my life. The bed was huge and comfortable. I slept like a baby. They allow dogs inside. I didn't have any pets, but keep that in mind if you do, or if you or others in your group have a fear of dogs. I'm sure accommodations will be made. I didn't go in the pool, but it's inside of a really cool room. Sometimes they have DJ event pool parties. Massive windows to let in sun. The elevators are also fast but so smooth. Overall, I really like the place.
So much fun! We came for a free trip. Free flight from ATL and free room for 3 nights. We played, we drank, we ate so much good food. We would love to come back.

I was extremely disappointed in Harrah's. The room wasn't very clean. The door didn't open and shut right. We literally had to use our shoulder to open it and had to push it hard to get it to close. The picture in the room was broke, the bed skirt was stained. The carpets were stained and buckled in the hallways. There's not a lot for kids to do. Just extremely disappointed for the high price of the room. Not to mention cell service was awful and the wifi was extremely weak.
Do not quit. Hang on the wings of hope ....BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW.

They charge your card for your room a couple of days after you leave, but take the hold of a $100 right away. The staff is okay. Rooms are nice. Doors on some floors don't close all there way until you slam it.
Welcome to the 80's....popcorn ceilings! Stayed in the Atrium Suite. Had no hot water the second day. Rooms are very dated! Standing in ankle deep water when done showering. Bad drainage! Is that black mold in the ceiling?!?!
the suite we stayed in was beautiful! definitely more than I expected. And the Pool after Dark has great entertainment and fun environment. I've been here a few times and have never had an issue.
I attended a business conference for a few days and stayed overnight. The rooms were nice and well appointed. There was a problem with water seeping from the wall into the bathroom. I reported it and they would have moved me without hesitation, but I was leaving so it didn't really matter. The gambling options looked good. I didn't care for the bar service. The bartenders were slow to respond and not very personable. All in all, if I was there to gamble, I would have been fine.
I dislike harrahs. We stayed here for something different since we usually stay at ceasars or bally. It was clean but the slots were eh.. and food places are limited and closed early. We took the free team to ceasars to eat.
The convenience of checking in through the kiosk was very nice. The room was fine, nothing spectacular but it was good. We were down for my girlfriend's birthday and the pool was such a great time. The employees were very accommodating and made our time there extremely fun. I'd recommend the hotel to people in the future.
Fist and main complaint...check in is HORRENDOUS! This was our third stay and the third time our room was NOT ready by 4pm...this is peoples first impression and its not a good one. We stayed in the waterfront tower, nice room, quiet and clean. Very low water pressure and the water wasnt very hot. Disappointed the buffet is not open for breakfast. If checkin could be fixed, i would give 5 stars but that is a definite turn off....fix it harrahs!
We had a great time going for a show. We had a room included with our concert tickets. Eventhough it was given away because of people extending their stay. We were upgraded to an even better tower and an amazing view. The pool after dark is a must. Definitely will be coming back with my husband.

Despite the rainy weather they still made time to move an event hosted by the casino from the original area to another covered area instead of canceling the event. Rooms were clean and check in/out was easy and convenient. They need more food options then a coffee shop and 2 shops in the cafeteria area.
Went there after a month of pandemic reopening on a one night vacation.... room very clean, but hotel still charge resort fee even though alot is closed or not opened as before when resort fee was acceptable..... needles to say I will not return until we have some normalcy.... just not worth the money right now.
First time at Harrah's. We usually go to the Borgata, but we were seeing a show here. I was impressed with the casino. It was very nice. I liked the layout of the restaurants. The concert venue was nice but nothing special. Overall great experience and enjoyed our dinner at Martorano's.
Great hotel! Choice of restaurants was awesome..And with a Starbucks down stairs from our room,and that beautiful indoor pool-You can't go wrong at Harrah's! Loved it
Not very generous when i took a bed bug down to the front desk. Yes, they gave us a different room but i had to repack and carry the luggage to it. The first room when we went in had no towels, no coffee and no toiletries. Had to call house keeping and wait 30 min. Also had to go get our own luggage, they said there was no name tag. There was a name tag all they had to do was turn it over. They did apply 50 dollars to my account but that seem very small for all the things i had to deal with. We took pictures of the bug if anyone wants to see it.
The worst hotel experience. Filthy room. The picture below is one of many examples of how dirty. I request a room change which help but the cleaniness is still an issue. I will never return here again.
Nice clean rooms and tons of games to play. Only couple of concerns. Room doors squeak a lot and wish there was an easier way to get to self park garage from inside the hotel, need to walk a lot.

The staff was friendly and professional. The pools staff was attentive and very helpful. Come lose your money here and enjoy the the beach while your pet is safe and sound in your room.

Cleanliness was a major issue. Mold was present around the windows and the carpets were stained. We called from the room phone to let the front desk know but nobody answered. We had to call from our cell phone to talk to someone. They offered us a $50 credit and kept us in the same room even after everything we explained to them. This was about 8 days ago and I still have yet to receive my credit. I called the hotel just now and they told me it takes 3-7 business days for the credit to go thru. They said their system was slow regarding it. They re pretty fast however when it comes to taking your money. After our experience there, my wife and I are telling everyone to STAY AWAY FROM HARRAH S!
loved it here. the waterfront tower was very comfortable and clean. the view from the room are awesome, definatelt recommend and will be going back.
Horrible!! Dirty and house keeping employees Are thieves! The hotel management did nothing about the missing items in my room like as if it happens all the time! I lifted the comforter hair all over the bed the shower was full of hair the bathroom door handle was dirty and sticky! Never again I didn t even feel safe to sleep had to cut my stay a day early!
It was a decent resort. The problem i has was the hotel fees that we received upon checking out. We played that when checking in. We had no house keeping, the pool and resturaunts were closed and 90 percent of the casino was closed too. So why should we pay a hotel fee? I know its covid-19 time but damn.
Tje room is clean and has a beautiful ocean viwe! Also going positive in the casino is a big pluse!

Customer service was not that great. Was told by front desk clerk that there was no smoking in hotel at all due to Covid. When I arrived at hotel I was told there were smoking rooms but they were taken. Very displeased.
Harris has the best pool party . Lost of girs are half nakied in the pool. It's full of fun. Their rooms are big with modern look. The bathroom is really nice with shower and tub. Everything was clean in my hotel room. The Mccromick seafood restaurant you definitely want to go, if you are in mood for best stake and seafood.
The price is right with Jerry Springer was hilarious. Highly recommend. Definitely going next year
Booked my room of preference, then it wasnt available due to the towers being closed. I couldve stayed at another hotel. My room smelled. No cleaning was being done the same tooth cleaning pick greated me outside the elevator my whole stay. We come here often and this was the worst experience.
We love Harrah s !!! We normally stay here really cheap because of the Caesars rewards I get for comp nights at casino. HOWEVER, I put 3 stars this time around because ONE- if your traveling during COVID the POOL is closed MONDAY TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY . We didn t know this and I literally came here Bc the pool area is the best!!! And also couldn t give it 5 stars Bc the Parking garage is DISGUSTING !!! Trash everywhere - birds everywhere - like I ran from my car to elevators

It has lot of things to do inside hotel including lots of shops, pool party and also casino. Hotel rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay, and in next trip we plan to stay little longer.
We did explore other places but we liked this much better.

Great place. Amazing coastal room. Great room service didn't bother us at all. Will deff make another trip soon. Didn't like that you needed a rewards card to ride the shuttle. Amazing view food was expensive. Found a liquor store inside resort that stays open 247 it was 25 for a big bottle of Amsterdam 8 for a 16oz Corona can.
The experience here is so underwhelming. They charge you so much money for nothing. It s so difficult to get real food in this hotel. Everything closing early, staffing is rude. Waste of $500 I ve ever spent. Will not be coming back here. Super unorganized.
