I was totally impressed by Harrah's. Everybody was friendly and relaxed. Proper safety precautions were observed. Just don't attempt to buy all of your food there it's too expensive.... and watch out for the resort fees when you check out. I already knew they were coming but if you don't know what to expect watch out for the resort fees
I have beem to Harras a number of times and always have fun. They have a lot to offer including an indoor pool in a glass dome. I was there revently for a business conference and the hotel was great. My only comment would be that the cleanliness of the room could have been improved.
Nice rooms and good views. Front desk needs staff to help reduce lines and increase guest satisfaction. Better yet get your self-serve system to work for everyone!
Spent my birthday here in October I loved it.Pool was just to cold.
