Room reeked of smoke when we arrived. Front desk offered air freshener and a humidifier but had no rooms to move us into. The room was unbearable so we let them know we were leaving for another hotel (having not stayed more than 15 minutes, never used the bed, and immediately informed them of the issue) and yet they insisted on charging us for a stay.
