After a very long day, we were able to purchase our new vehicle.. I appreciate the staff being so patient with us after being so indecisive. They were genuinely trying to help us out by finding us the best options with what they had, even going out of their way to look for stock where they can retrieve it. Gerry, Shane and Patrick were great I can't stress enough how at ease we felt after leaving the dealer. Thank you so much for your patients and helping us. I will definitely recommend coming back here!

From the time we arrived on a cold call to the time we left with a new Charger we were treated extremely well. Jeff Schwartz was our sales agent and worked with us to make a deal that worked - all with no sales pressure. The whole process was really very easy-going, possibly because they had the exact car we wanted in the color we needed. The rest was just discussing the numerous rebates and incentives to work out the best deal.

By far my best experience of any Fiat auto repair shop in CA. I took my Fiat 500C in for an oil leak that was not resolved at another dealership in Northern CA where I originally purchased it as a used car. As I waited in line, I met another Fiat owner who raved about his experiences here. He told me he won't go anywhere else & now I understand why. I was greeted with a smile & a handshake by the service manager Eder. He immediately detected a broken steering column & told me it could have come apart at any time while driving but not to worry, he would take care of it. The oil leak required extensive work so it was in the shop for an extended period but Eder set me up with a nice loaner car & expressed safety first. He was respectful, honest, responsive & very knowledgeable about my car & my extended warranty package. He saved me a bundle! The entire staff was very pleasant & their sophisticated equipment especially for diagnostic testing is incomparable. Eder ensured I received outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend anyone with a Fiat or any used car actually to bring it here. Service doesn't get any better than this. Thank you Eder, your professionalism is unmatched!

I went there twice. Twice they didn't service my car even though I have a maintenance policy with them. They will waste your time and won't care of you walk away without assistance. Awful time times 2 for me. I will drive farther next time to avoid this place.

I called the Service department to ask what kind of anti-freeze my Chrysler van took and the gentleman kindly transferred me to the parts department. The "kid" in the parts department told me he had no idea what kind of anti-freeze my 08' Chrysler T&C used. I found it to be extremely strange that a Chrysler dealership had no clue in the world what kind of Coolant to use in one of their own vehicles.. Luckily, a Toyota dealership had the information i needed and was able to assist me.

Came to spend hundreds for my parts at this dealer, but in the end they lost a customer. Therfore; I know that a person does not make for the bad experience I gone through, to judge the whole Dealership wrong. But that shows me that these employees were hired without much effort. My admiration was brought to my house and when it was ready they came for me.

Toward the end of the year, my business needed to buy a Dodge ProMaster Van commercial series. We came here because it was geographically close by and their inventory said they had one or more online. Mario was our salesman. Affable guy with a no-pressure attitude. Good sense of humor. He had to drive us over to another lot to check out the vehicle. He gave the impression that it was no trouble at all and did not rush us. He explained the advantages of this vehicle over the competing brands. Everything he told us was factual (we know because we'd already done the research,) no up-selling nonsense. When it comes down to negotiating price, we always do the research and drive a pretty hard bargain. As always we had to go through two rounds of the old "I have to take to my manager." But I don't fault Mario for this, the sales guy only has so much say. But he obviously communicated our sincerity to the sales manager, because he came back right on the money. Meanwhile, last year we bought a car through the Costco Auto program and had a great result, so we also wanted to do our due diligence and try it out. Costco uses dedicated vendors so we were directed to another dealership. It was everything I can't stand about buying a car. They revealed the Costco price, then said that we would be eligible for other dealership incentives. We said, "Great, what are they? What's the actual price you'll sell us this car for?" They guy says, "Well, if I tell you, you'll just take my price to another dealership and they'll beat it buy $50." To which we said, "So, we are supposed to commit to buying a car from you and then you'll tell us how much it cost?" Huh? Anyway, sorry for the long winded nature of this review, but we went back to Mario and he was very good about working with my schedule to make the rest of the transaction go smoothly. This is a straightforward place and Mario's a pleasant, polite guy that won't drive you nuts. Good luck!

They were quick to get me in but i left with problems i didn t have when i got there. Like new service lights. Went to get my breaks done ended up having to get some electrical work. And now i have lights on inside that never were and they said its going to run me 900 to get those off/reset. I was warned but moved here from Ohio and wanted to build a relationship with a jeep dealership.

It was average, I had the same experience everytime I get my auto for service at this location,because is convenient to me.I don't know exactly if depends of what kind of service you go there for but, for some customers they send their car to be cleaned on side carwash. A few times I hear in a very friendly manner saying to others costumers that they have send their car to the carwash wich make me think over and over what is what they had done to deserve that tipe of service and other times I see how friendly they approach others patrons not with everyone for sure. I mean we all have to pay for what ever reason we take our car for, I usually pay attention to how they approach every individual and noticed those little things while I wait for my car and believe me I'm the tipe of person that not take this issues personal but Google ask for my experience and well here is. We all deserve same quality of attention if my I say or not?

Communication at this dealership could be improved but the sales manager is available and happy to help if things go wrong, as they do from time to time. We had our hiccups with this car purchase and I think this is down to the dealership being very busy and staff not communicating with each other correctly. However it was all resolved and I would use this dealership again.

I got my 2017 jeep Cherokee Trailhawk serviced at Glendale Dodge. Needless to say,my jeep after only having it two years needed a new engine. And I don t feel so good about jeep right now because I ve driven a Ford for many years and never had an issue like that. Specially not two years old. So I m not feeling that great about jeep, however I thought I ll get it serviced everything Will be fine it s still under warranty. Well, when I go to pick up my jeep, which took three weeks to come in and get fixed, they wanted to charge me for an oil change!! How in the world would someone try to charge for an oil change in a brand new engine just installed??Hilbert the service rep told me that they were merely a service Center and I needed to pay for oil change. I said I m not paying for an oil change for a brand new engine. If I m not mistaken engines have to be filled with oil to run , No it should ve been included the new engine re placement. So why would they charge me?. I refused to pay and he told me that I could never come back to their service center again. I said fine gladly. So I would not recommend Glendale Dodge. And for sure not Hilbert the service man. I would have paid for an oil change in my old engine that was Due for an oil change. But feel it was absurd to pay for an oil change on a brand new engine. I m a very fair person, when I feel like I m being taking advantage I stick up for myself. That was the case here.

I've been considering buying a vehicle here since it was close but after dealing with this rude employee named Alfred on multiple occasions I would suggest doing any type of business this this company. Respect should be given to everyone and this employee apparently doesn't care about that.

Ripoff! go to Glendale Dodge for vehicle service if you enjoy paying way too much.

My 77 year old father brought his dodge to Glendale Dodge to troubleshoot a check engine light. They performed a diagnosis and found that one or both O2 sensors needed to be replaced. Here was the cost breakdown:

$120 Diagnostic fee: (only paid if customer declines job)
$95 Downstream O2 sensor
$240 Labor

$335 Total

I thought this was pretty over-priced so I called Simi Valley Dodge and requested a quote for the same job. Here is that cost breakdown:

$95 Diagnostic fee: (only paid if customer declines job)
$95 Downstream O2 sensor
$130 Labor

$225 Total

I went down to Glendale Dodge on my father s behalf and talked to the service writer Marvin Melara. I asked why they were about $100 more for the same job and he basically just shrugged his shoulders. I feel bad because I recommended going to the dealership to my dad so he would be assured of getting genuine parts and could expect expert service. Now I feel bad because I sent him to a business that over-charged him. I m pretty sure the tech only spent 30 minutes diagnosing and 30 minutes replacing the O2 sensor- I might be wrong but $240/hour is a pretty crazy labor rate.

Very frustrated customer. Bought car for wife for valentines day and clutch failed within 50 mile of purchase on the way home. Car has been at dealership for warranty repair for 4 days now. A clutch replacement should take 4 hours. Difficult to get a straight answer on status or get a returned call. After 7 days since purchase, I have no car. Will report to see how they resolve issue and charge for service.

The two service writers Javier, Marvin, and the Diesel mechanic Mike are the best. Look them up when you go in for service.

Amaing! John worked hard to find me a perfect deal, even though I am not a citizen and have good credit but not enough history, he exceeded my expectations, he was able to sort out a very well priced lease for me without any co-signer, he took care of everything over such a short period of time and I drove out with a brand new Jeep Wrangler 2017 with only 4 miles!! I would suggest this dealership and John in particular if you want to find the ideal situation!

I will be bluntly honest I prefer going to the dentist than shopping for a new vehicle. With so many choices of makes, models, trims, features and other add on s, purchasing a vehicle is not something I personally look forward to. I did my research, I went to a couple of dealerships, and ended up buying a vehicle from the Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep dealership in Glendale. One of the biggest decision to get a vehicle from there is the Sales Manager Al. I have followed Al through 3 different dealerships in the greater LA area and including my Sunday purchase I have bought and leased a total of 3 vehicles from him. When I first met Al 3 years ago he told me he will take care of me and that s what he did and I have so far held up to this confidence that Al will make sure that I am happy. When I went to the Glendale dealership on Saturday, Al assigned the incredibly sweet Jerry to help me and my family. At no point I felt I was getting pushed to buy a car or get features that I don t need and won t use. I asked Al and Jerry to get me a car that drives smooth, has back up camera, 7 passenger seating, it IS NOT a minivan, looks good and does not exceed the $29000 price range I had in mind. Oh yes and the color once I got the car that we wanted it was the wrong color for me. I wanted the vehicle in white so Al did his magic and had a vehicle delivered from another place. I was incredibly happy that he was able to find the same exact vehicle in white. This is true customer service. When it is time for my next car purchase or lease I will be going back to Al again. I am strongly recommending the Glendale Chrysler dealership because they will respect you and take care of you.

I was initially upset, but I realized I did not give dodge the chance to make everything right and for that I apologize. Hilbert & Andres were so professional and very nice. They showed compassion and was genuine in empathizing with me. They helped me tremendously and represented Dodge company in a very professional manner. They communicated very well with me and everything worked out. It s the employees like Hilbert & Andres that makes your decision easy in returning for follow up service if needed. Well, it started off smooth with the salesman John and his sales team, however, I didn't appreciate the strong-arming and cockiness sales approach to try to sell a car. I most definitely won't think about letting this place be my first place to shop for a car unless I have my own financing and check in hand to grab the car I want.

I had to add more because the sales guy tried to disrespect me by trying to confront me in front of his manager about my earlier review, so allow me to explain in more details! First like I said, we got a friendly invite and proceeded to the test drive because we ve been looking for the car at other places so far.

Came back to talk numbers and this is where the problems began, I know how to point out strong and unnecessary sales tactics when I see it. So here are the things that were said that I felt were unnecessary

There was a trade in, and there was a comment made after reviewing it oh my manager don t even want your car because it s so old. So there s not much we can do but I worked hard and got you $2500. First off that was very offensive, that person brought that car brand new and has been proud of that car that he paid in full with his hard earned money. They were looking for a change

The sales guy John later turned and said hey, how much money do you have? Not once, not twice but 7 times or more and became pushier about it each time. If they didn t answer the first 3 times, perhaps there s a reason.

There were more things said like No, we're not coming down on the price of the car because it s priced to sell. you won t find a car like this anywhere because there s only 3 in the states like this, and if you don t like the price someone else will buy it at this price and don t believe the hype about if the car is for me I ll get it because it would be gone so thank you for coming.

Lastly where I just had enough was when he completely shifted the focus on the person who came to get the car to the spouse since there was an issue with credit approval which was odd. Mind you that wasn t the plan since we already had a pre-approval for the person who s buying the car and after speaking with my peoples to see what the hell they were thinking they just felt intimidated at one point and because they really liked the car. They felt like they were losing the deal.

The credit was run on more than one occasion and he most definitely didn t get the approval of the customer to keep going because they never wanted the car in the spouse's name only!

We asked for a purchased order to continue working with the avenue s prior to coming to this location and the sales guy John wanted to run the credit yet again, he more than likely told his finance team that he got the approval to keep going which wasn t the case.

Lastly, I came and got a car from here about 5 years ago and was happy with the outcome. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. But this time around it was not cool at all. What a total disregard for customer service, and looking out for the customer. I get it you have to sale for a living but there s a more comfortable way of doing it when your asking people to buy one of the biggest purchases that come with life in general.

Scratched the paint (probably using a flathead screwdriver) removing the rubber/plastic plugs on my door. Also broke a plastic piece on the door and just left it. Wanted 3 hours of labor for a job I later found out takes about 45min. Claiming they had to remove the door panel...later found out that s about 10min of work (to do it carefully). When confronted Paul says the $150 charge to look at my car would be applied to the service and that I can work with you on the total for the job. SCAM - stay far away.

Worst dealership I ever had, they refused to lease return because, I leased truck from other dealership!!! But I did all maintenance past 3 years at this dealership!!! And manager Larry was very rude, with bad attitude he told me: you want to replace with other one, I said no, then he said we paid $100000 for parking lot !!! We cannot take the lease return at this place, go return at that dealership you leased from, Really!!! Is that Customer problem? And this is customer care at this dealership.

Customers mean absolutely ZERO to this dealership. I bought 7 vehicles from here over the last 18 years or so. When I tried to negotiate for TWO new cars, they didn't care enough to respond to my offer. THREE of of the last SIX times I took my truck there for servicing, they put dings on the body. The last time I went there for simple servicing, they told me it would be a TWO HOUR wait.

If you like being treated as a ZERO, this is the dealer for you.

This review is solely for the service department. I came in on 7/10/18 at around 2:30 for the quick service oil change in my new Durango SRT. I pulled in and only 3 cars were there, 2 of them already sitting empty. I waited for nearly 20 minutes while plenty of blue-shirted workers ran around and even got out of the car and stood around and was not acknowledged. Needless to say the quick oil change wasn t going to happen so I left.

Unacceptable service for a $70k truck.

This place sucks! I called and asked if I needed to make an appointment for an oil change and check up. "No, it's walk ins on weekends, we can get you in!" I left right away and 15 minutes later was told I was way too late and wouldn't make it in. The guy at the service desk was terribly rude and had no motivation to make their customers feel cared for at all. If it's busy on weekends that's no problem for me, but there needs to be more communication and organization when it comes to talking to customers on the phone and getting them served. Really wanted to update my bluetooth radio so it actually works (a $350 upgrade that Dodge just lost). Not happy with this place.

BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY A NEW CAR MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IF IT COMES WITH A SPARE TIRE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HEARD THE SPARE TIRE IS OPTIONAL.

I bought my grand caravan in 2015. Just this morning I finally end up with a flat tire. I know how to change the tire, so I started to look for the spare. I look inside and under the carriage but did not found one. I called Triple A and had the car towed to Costco, Puzzled I asked the Costco tire guy if they any other place my spare has been put in. The guy look around and at the same placed I was looking he stated I don't have the spare but he can see the cable that holds it up. He told me that I should call the dealer to ask about my spare tire that supposed to be included. Spoke to the assistant Manager Paul Bautista, he then stated some of the cars will have spare and some won't , for the one who does not have the spare its because they have road side assistance and a patch kit for us. I told him what happen if it happen in a remote area such as the mountain or worse like what happened today today can't even fix the tire, I will surely need the spare tire.He then told me I just have to buy a spare tire from them

I brought my car in to be serviced, I had the car for 6 years and decided I wanted to trade it in. I bought the car from here six years ago. I had a hard time making a decision but From the Service department (Marvin) to the sales guys Alex, Ryan, Patrick and Finally Jeff, they were so patient with me and got me the best deal and made sure that I was okay with everything. Its hard trying to buy a vehicle. This is my second vehicle purchase with them and I'am so grateful for this Dealership.

Fast and top notch service. Cat overheated the other day, but they troubleshoot the issue successfully and was able to fix the problem quickly. Happy camper here with their service and professionalism. There is a dodge dealer closer to my house but I rather come here. Service person Eder does an fantastic job of communication and letting me know whats going on wirh my vehicle. The cashier is the friendliest lady on the planet and gets you in and out. Overall, im fully impressed and will continue to patronize i bought my car here when I moved to Cali and I will continue to purchase cars here.

We got a brand new Chrysler van on this dealership a month ago and the the customer service they gave us was awesome. Unfortunately, I forgot the person's name who help up, he was very efficient and friendly. We got a really good deal on that van that we got because we went to many dealership and they were actually the 3rd dealership that we went. We were very happy with the deal and we got the right color and right model. The person who help us did an extra mile and effort to get that van, the one we really like and he actually pick up the van on that same day from another Chrysler dealership because it was not available at that time on their inventory and also I wanted to thank your for your time and showing us how this van works and its new technology. GOOD JOB! I also wanted to shout out Jeff from finance department who guided and explain to us the purchase agreement step by step until the end.. THANK YOU CHRYSLER OF GLENDALE!

I purchased a preowned jeep cherokee trailhawk a few weeks ago. Within a week there is an issue with the air conditioner. After dealing with their notoriously bad service department they have informed me it will be at least a week until the part comes in. They should not have had this car on the lot to be sold, now I am stuck in a terrible rental car and am waiting over a week for a fix on a two week old car. Not impressed at all.

2 hours for an oil change, nobody smiles and nobody greets you. Customers kind of standing around not knowing whats going on.
For the amount of people running around in the shop, i would have expected quicker and more professional service. The first time i came here i had a similiar experience. The guy i picked my keys up from inquired on my experience, i shared that i felt rushed and essentially just hurried to the next guest. He said, "your next oil change is on us". So i came back, and it was a similiar experience and there was no free oil change noted on my account. No one goes over what was done to the vehicle. I paid $60 for an oil change and that is all i got. They tell me that my jeep is ready, i pay and wait...15 minutes now and still waiting for someone to bring my jeep up...as i write this review. Stupid stressful experience. I will not be coming back to Jeep Dealership in glendale.

Third time here, third horrible experience, this last time, was as bad as the first time, I was ignored for 15 minutes, no smile, no "welcome", no "I'll be with you in a minute". the driveway was empty so it's not like they were busy. Have to mention that because of the first incident here I was given 2 free oil change coupons, well as soon as the service writers see those free coupons they roll their eyes at me. The First time here an oil change took over 2 hours!!! This time with an empty driveway it's taking over an hour. I know it's a long drive but I'm taking my Fiat to Santa Monica or Downtown, I think I was fair giving this place plenty of chances to turn it around with their horrible service writing department, I even spoke with the general manager or service manager at some point, didn't make a difference.

First time took almost a month to find the problem on head light why one side didn't turn on now for second time they fix arm and suspension but main thing why i took it still un fix which i got go back for it i don't know if they doing it cause my car is cover with warranty and i only pay deductible .keep used them cause is closer home dealers

LoL - was searching for a bigger car and was wandering this dealer's own website when a pop up of a gift card offer for a test drive of a pacifica was presented on screen. Oh good, what a coincidence. Filled out my info, got a confirmation email with a code which gave the directions to set up a test drive to get the dealership to validate the code and get the gift card. I set up a test drive and then the sales person emailed me to tell me they don't do the promotion. It was beyond getting angry as it was just well into the hilarious territory. So you don't participate in your own promotion? lolol ok sure. But oh well. Will go elsewhere.
