I will be bluntly honest I prefer going to the dentist than shopping for a new vehicle. With so many choices of makes, models, trims, features and other add on s, purchasing a vehicle is not something I personally look forward to. I did my research, I went to a couple of dealerships, and ended up buying a vehicle from the Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep dealership in Glendale. One of the biggest decision to get a vehicle from there is the Sales Manager Al. I have followed Al through 3 different dealerships in the greater LA area and including my Sunday purchase I have bought and leased a total of 3 vehicles from him. When I first met Al 3 years ago he told me he will take care of me and that s what he did and I have so far held up to this confidence that Al will make sure that I am happy. When I went to the Glendale dealership on Saturday, Al assigned the incredibly sweet Jerry to help me and my family. At no point I felt I was getting pushed to buy a car or get features that I don t need and won t use. I asked Al and Jerry to get me a car that drives smooth, has back up camera, 7 passenger seating, it IS NOT a minivan, looks good and does not exceed the $29000 price range I had in mind. Oh yes and the color once I got the car that we wanted it was the wrong color for me. I wanted the vehicle in white so Al did his magic and had a vehicle delivered from another place. I was incredibly happy that he was able to find the same exact vehicle in white. This is true customer service. When it is time for my next car purchase or lease I will be going back to Al again. I am strongly recommending the Glendale Chrysler dealership because they will respect you and take care of you.
