I bought my car here. And since it is under warranty this is where I go for service. Service department is very friendly but it is not easy to get through to them. It typically takes me four attempts. Also it is not easy to get an immediate appointment. You really need to make an appointment a week or two out. Shuttle service is available while your car is being repaired. However it does not run all day, stops before the place closes. Out of all the times I've been there I've really only been able to utilize it three times. I would buy a car from them again because on the whole the service has been good with friendly reminders for service, Etc.

I bought and brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler in January. I went in to see the new body styles, but they hadn't shipped yet so I looked at a Altitude edition 2018 Wrangler. It had a lot of bells and whistles I didn't need, but it seemed like a great car. I had a 2010 I was going to trade in and was hoping to get the value for trade in that I had researched it was going for. I wish I had taken a day to think about it, or gone to another dealership. As usual in car sales, they fast talk you than drag out the process so that you just want to get done and get out, so that is on me....I should have been more patient. I asked the salesman if it had the high end stereo system in it, which turned out to be a lie. I should have thought something was up when he was trying to talk up the fact that it has satellite radio and a DVD player in it.....like its 2001. I assumed the subwoofer was placed somewhere discreetly, so I didn't bother to check and took his word for it.
He asked me that if we got the payments where I wanted , and the trade in value, if I would be willing to pull the plug that day. He even said he would try to get them to go down a bit in price. I sad yes, and he disappeared for a while. He didn't get the trade in that I asked for, the payments were $150 a month more than I wanted, and they knocked $500 off. $500 on a $40000 vehicle. I said it needed to go lower but accepted the trade in value, just wanting to get the process over with. We got payments down a little. Then I went to fill out paperwork and they got me into additional insurance to cover paint chip repair, window chip repair and leather seat repair. It raised the payment back up, but I thought better safe than sorry. Do not get it. It doesn't cover much at all. The whole experience was a smooth, fast talking scam. I later called the salesman and asked if they could put in the correct stereo system, and he said he would get back to me. he never did. Do not give them reviews immediately...they will try to pressure you into it. It takes some time to figure out how much they bullshitted you. I wish I had looked at the reviews of this place before shopping here.

Came into this dealership and I have extended warranty on my car. They said it will cost $1200 to even look at my transmission to spot the problem. What s the point of having warranty on your cars if the service guys still want you to pay for something that s included in the warranty you purchase when you get the car.

Nobody get a car from here or go for service. They will just bend you over and rail you for your money

This review is overdue (I am incredibly busy these days). I used to come to this location when it was still Ford in order to service my Mustang.

Later I got a Jeep Grand Cherokee from the worst Jeep dealer (downtown) in LA (more on them in another review) Because of so many issues with the service department (not only) at Jeep Downtown I began looking for another dealer to service my JGC. That's when I saw Glendale Ford was now Glendale Jeep.

Some of the service personnel were from the Ford days so I was happy to see familiar, and reliable, faces. Glendale Jeep, especially Cristi, really went the distance to help fix some issues with my previous model. So I continued coming in for service.

About 5 or 6 months ago I came in for an oil change. While waiting I perused the inventory and ran into Jackson. He promptly sold me on a 4x4 V8 Limited X Jeep Grand Cherokee. Came with all the bells and whistles and I got a fantastic deal (I checked around).

The team made the entire process smooth, professional and pleasant. They really went the extra mile to provide white glove service and I couldn't be happier.

If you are in the market then this is truly and honestly the ONLY dealer you want to consider.

I have been taking my car for service for the past several years under different management. The service today had a twist. Unexpected attention to me and the work needed to be done.

This was welcome news since I did not buy my car from here. But nonetheless the staff and service stood out. Hence my review here.

Came in with the best offer on a Jeep lease. Rydell didn't even return my call for a counter offer. Russell Westbrook's was so high it was comical. Talked numbers and did the deal over text messages. Came in for paperwork and everything was just as we agreed to. Great experience!

On 7/11/19 spoke with Augie in parts department. Very rude, disrespectful, haughty and absolutely negative customer service. asked for the manager. After over ten times firmly requesting for managers help, he still refused to transfer and hanged up the phone. called back and through the receptionist left a message for manager Brant Dennis to call back with name and phone number clearly repeating in the message. No call back whatsoever from the manager Brant Dennis. Terrible management, terrible crew. Will NEVER EVER AGAIN deal with this dealer.

I am very happy to have gone to Ellis dodge Chrysler jeep dealer in Glendale . POE, is the sales guy, and Michael Walden, Al kutakh, all are amazing I'm very thankful for meeting with them, which they helped me in every way they could and things were not going the way I wanted it to but they pulled it off and made it happen for me and I left that day with my new 2020 Ram limited built to serve eddition. Let me try to put it in the right perspective. POE thank you again for being patient and while it was raining you were standing there and didnt care we went through 15 different cars as well as did a test drive and that car felt right. Michael Walden thank you for being that guy you know what you did for me so thank you, and AL thank you for being understanding and helped us through the process and made the deal happen for me , you all stayed up late at night when every wanted to run, also I called 4 other dealers and every one of them quoted me $50 more then what the deal I got . SO THANK YOU ALL AGAIN .Everytime I went there on a few occasions I was greeted respectfully and with gifts and treats and it does t matter big or small it's the thought that counts. I am in a car Buisness myself I do car wraps and modifications , I know one thing everything comes from the owner how they demand as well as what to expect from their team . My experience was absolutely perfect. Everyone there was so kind, and helpful. I searched for, and found my new Jeep from 3 hours away, and Adam worked with me via email. He was very up front, honest, and got me a great deal. I knew what the out-the-door price was going to be before I even got there, and worked out what my payments would be with my Credit Union. The gentleman in the finance office worked with my husband to get all the paperwork signed, and he was terrific. Very nice, and never once did we feel pressured to buy more than what we came to buy. Everything was just as we were told it would be, to the penny. They didn't try to add "accessories" to the car , so they could ding us with added charges later like the other place we visited - they were very straightforward with me about everything. We appreciated a dealership that knew good customer service will earn them more in the long run than trying to trick customers into spending more. Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy!
Adam, thank you for your service - it was easy, non-pressuring, and we left VERY happy. I LOVE my new Jeep, and I am happy to give a good review. The entire staff was great.

I have a problem with my new car. I take it to my dealership for 3 times and i wait for 1 month, they still did t do the work and even lie to me.
the problem happened to my new fiat spider 124 break, and i gived it to my dealership (Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep), they kept my car for a week and didn t fix it. when i have the car, the problem come back again, so i have to take it back. However, they take the car for more than a week and retured the car to me with out even fix it. they said that they gonna ask the fiat company. and i take my car back, still not fixed, i wait for another 1.5 weeks and keeping asking them, they always lie to me that the parts gonna be ready tomorrow. finally,i contect fiat company and i sent my car to Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep. i wait for another two weeks and they still not even start on my car. Also, they said it was a small factory problem which just need to change the break pad , but they turns out to change at least 12 part(whole breaking system and part of suspension system.) they keeping lie to me that the work is gonna be done the next day or week. but the truth is they not even start.
Because of their inefficience and dishonesty. i no more turst their work.
I really don t know what to do right now, the only thing i can say is DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!

I would recommend speaking to him directly. The service department still couldn't help in my situation. I gave it 4 stars not because they could not rectify the problem, but because the service advisor was a little short with me.

I have a fiat and being a foreign brand it s not easy to find places that can work on your car. I regularly come here to get my oil changed and i recently came to get my BCM fixed (very expensive fix). They always treat me like gold. It is sometimes difficult being a female at a mechanic shop because it s hard to tell whether someone is trying to take advantage of you. I can proudly say that here this isn t an issue at all. Prices are fair and the staff are amazing! Kind, compassionate and they always have your best interest at heart. Special thanks to Edar for helping me out

They will tell you a price and then add extra fees . Was told 190$ and ended up paying 380$. I wasnt told about this until the papers were done( i decided to do it because vehicle needed this service done and didnt want to drive it as is)Guy pretended like he didnt know what was needed to be done to get that extra cash after making all the paperwork and just threw the total fo 390 at the end like it was a $20 difference.

So high in fact, I decided to do my own math to figure out what the lease price for one of the cars was myself. It turned out that they were charging an extra $100 a month for a 10,000 mile per year lease. I've done business with this dealership for many years and many cars, but it has really gone downhill recently.

Veterants and active duty stay clear!!! Worst dealer I have been to in my life! I know how dealers work and this place is the worst, customer service is terrible! Besides their awful treatment they denied that Jeep offers a Military discount! They looked at us and said NO! We dont offer anything for you!!! The Manger is a demeaning, arrogant human being who gives car sales men a new low! He acted like we where stupid to even walk in his dealer and make an offer. The entire conversation he kept speaking to us in a condescending tone! I am a very patient person but this got so bad I had to get up and walk away! He acted like he was doing me a favor by offering me a ridiculous price on this vehicle! I did my home work I know what I should be paying for this car and it was not what he claimed to be the best deal!

I had a great experience at this dealership. Sako was great! He helped me get the car I wanted for the price I wanted. The deal was great and the experience was event better. It was a hassle free, no cringe experience. I kept putting off getting a car because I knew I'd have to deal with the "pushy salesmen" experience. Or the let me try and sell you every car on the lot except the one you want salesmen. Luckily that was not the case at all here. Like I said, Sako was great. He listened to what I had to say and helped me get the car i wanted. He is a great salesman. I would definitely recommend him to any one who is looking for a positive, hassle-free experience.

Looking at the bad reviews of their service depart...

Looking at the bad reviews of their service department going back years, you can be sure they haven't gotten any better. Spent many hours waiting on multiple days for the same problem, and they just kept trying to get more money out of me and didn't even do the basic part of a simple oil change. When they gave me my car back finally, one tire had a low air warning, they put the wrong type of oil even though it was written on the fill cap, and the warning stated that the oil needed to be changed when I turned the ignition on. And of yeah, they tried to tell me the vehicle needed over $2000 in service even though it was at another Dodge dealer just months earlier and it only has like 60k miles on it. Do yourself a favor and BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!

Manager, Joe Piane, and sales associate, Scott, got me exactly the car I wanted at the price I wanted with zero up sale attempts. Not only that, they got me in and out within the time frame I specified (under 2 hours)! They also took the time to help me with service questions afterward. BTW, I've had my old Jeep Grand Cherokee as well as my new Grand Cherokee in the service dept and it's top-notch too. Would def recommend this dealership, as I've had terrible experiences at many others (Alhambra Jeep, Beverly Hills BMW, etc). THIS IS THE TYPE OF SERVICE YOU WANT BUT THOUGHT NO LONGER EXISTED AT CAR DEALERSHIPS!!!!

Car went in to service for computer issues. There was a recall on the gas tank so I told them to go ahead and do it since it was in the shop. They gave the car back to me with a broken fuel pump. I explained to them it wasn t broken when I brought it in but they insisted it wasn t their problem and would be $1200 to fix.
To me it seems common sense. The fuel pump worked. They messed with it. Now it doesn t work. But evidently it s my problem!

My car had electrical issues and I had to come in 2 separate times to "test drive" with the service people. Instead of diagnosing the issue they told me I drive the car incorrectly.

It's like turning the car right and it goes left. The technician would tell you "I have 3 of the same car. It does the same it's normal. We don't need to fix anything. You shouldn't drive like that." Imagine trying to argue with someone that cannot admit that they are wrong.

I left the general manager an email of the experience and no response. Left a voicemail too. No response.

Unprofessional.

I had to go to Rydell Dodge fix my car. The workers at Rydell told me they weren't suprised of the way I was treated at Glendale Dodge.

Do yourself a favor and pick a different dealer. Do they offer free car washes for people to write positive reviews here? Unbelievable. The service department here needs a whole new management. They promise 1 thing, and when you get there , all you hear is "sorry". Management have a talk with Victor. Something isnt right here. Reporting all of this to Chrysler/Jeep executives.

BEWARE!
Let me preface this by saying I working in the car business for years and these guys are just plain SLIMY and LIARS!

Agreed on numbers over the phone with SAKO from internet department, I asked about Price and Rate (rate is negotiable believe it or not, there is a buy rate and a sell rate- Dealers make money on the sell rate). I asked for a specific price on the car with a rate of 2.9 if I could show steller credit.
Anyways, he said he would check on the deal. He checked and said his desk manager would do the deal. Got there, waited until we ran credit and then SAKO SAID HE NEVER AGREED TO THE DEAL. I told him to check with his desk then left us sitting out there for ever.

I had to go into the sales managers office as they just left us out there. Then his desk manager LARRY Hurley talked to me like an idiot and said he never approved the deal. I told them to check their recorded phone calls, which he admitted they do, but he said he would not. He said it was up to his discretion. Then Larry tried some ammeter sales tactics about trying to change the subject and avoid the questions I asked. He has no idea how to handle a sale and could use some Grant Cardone training. He just has no idea how to talk to people.

Larry is an idiot and he is desking deals like he is in the 80's Pre-Internet. Modern customers don't want this level of service. The reviews for this dealership are terrible and the good ones are fake. Come to this dealer if you want to be spoken to like a Moron and Lied to.

These guys here are absolutely amazing here. We had so many issues over a week period and Marvin went above and beyond to help us on 3 different occasions. You guys have an excellent service department that will give you the shirt off their back. They could have said forget you guys after the first time but they took ownership after our issues persisted and gave us drastic discounts. You guys are amazing. We still owe you a drink haha

I left my vehicle one week ago today, been communicating with Marvin at the service department, vehicle was supposed to be done since Monday, called and asked to speak to Marvin he stated he will call me back, did not get a call I called him back asked him about the status of my vehicle, again stated he will call
Me back, again no call back. I called him again this morning to find out status of my vehicle, Marvin again stated it should be done today and will call me back between 3-5 pm, it was already past 4pm and did not get a phone call, decided to call because of his track record of calling back it never happened. He is gone for the day, I was already fuming because of the service that I have been receiving. If you are spending over 2k to get your vehicle fixed , at least give me that courtesy for a call back. So disappointed of the run around and customer service that I have been receiving from Marvin at the service department. I will never take my vehicle here again.

The service department at this establishment opera...

The service department at this establishment operates more like a cattle call. Appointments are weeks into the future, they keep the vehicle for days, and if you are lucky like me, they take your car on a 105 mile joy ride.

I have reached out to their management, but it seems they are too busy to respond. My question is, if Jeep vehicles are problem free as suggested by Jeep Corp and their dealers, why are they so busy repairing newer Jeep vehicles?
