Megan Isaacs is in my senior living community many times per month and we highly recommend her! I am the manager at a senior living community in Blaine. It is imperative that the healthcare professionals that come into the community are caring, respectful, educated, compassionate and share our commitment of helping seniors live safely and independently for as long as possible. Home Health Care Inc. is a great company. The nursing staff are very caring and provide excellent service to our residents. Chelsey is on top of things and always there if we need anything. She is always positive and just a joy to work with!

I feel like this is a Horrible company that does not care about anything but the dollar they are making off your loved ones. I feel they do not provide the best care, and I feel as thoough they are a terrible company to work for.

I have to thank Home Health Care Inc Dana specifically she has helped many of my family members with home care and always goes above and beyond for clients.

I gave it one star because I could not give zero. I see the ratings of others but have to tell you I say STAY AWAY! The nurse came to my house with her mask all loose. She had nothing to treat the wound that she was supposed to check on. I guess that she was to do an evaluation and then come back - so they could charge us twice? She used what I had on hand and then proceeded to make all these promises to get product to help heal the wound. Not one thing showed up! The only thing that happened is the office called to schedule and appointment and I said the nurse had already been there. Then said about all the product that was supposed to come and AGAIN not a word or shipment. Run, don't walk away.

I have worked for HHCI for over 4 years and cannot say enough good things about this company. I am excited about the work I get to do each day, and feel as though my ideas and inputs are truly valued. Each member of our team is constantly working to provide the best possible care for the clients we serve. We realize that to provide great service we have to have passion for what we do and the people we work with, and this workplace helps foster that opportunity. I would reccomend HHCI to anyone looking for an awesome employment opportunity as well as individuals who may need to access services.

After the owner reply, I just would like to say that I appreciate the company trying to rectify the situation. But in all honesty, the facts are the facts. I DID have scheduled HHA representatives NOT call and NOT show up, twice. I asked for simple communication and notification from the specific HHA and the company IF they could not make it. This NEVER HAPPENED. I after waiting an hour both times in question, had to call the company. ONCE, a replacement was sent, the other time, I was told that they (the company) could not get ahold of the worker and this was a Friday. I then had to wait for a new person to be assigned, the following Monday. These ARE THE FACTS.
I appreciate someone contacting me this morning, but I have not seen a HHA from the company since last Wednesday. And FYI, I am supposed to have help M-W-F.
And, I will say a GREAT THANK YOU to my nurse who actually DID show up today.
I hope this company holds true and straightens out this mess!!!!!

Dana Bergerson is a delightful and compassionate resource for home care services. She represents Home Health Care Inc well.

I am a patient that was supposed to have IV infusions three times a week monitored by the nursing staff. They were were the rudest, snarkiest professionals i have ever worked with. As someone just released from the hospital after suffering from sepsis, i had hoped to have a nurse who garnered a lot of trust capital, as well as (at least) being kind and friendly. After the way they treated me, it would not be possible for me to trust them with my blood and infection monitoring. I would think that a home health care agency would want to work FOR me and in my best interest. The exact opposite happened with Home Health Care Inc. Think very carefully before you hire them to be in charge of your healing and recovery process.

All of the reviews are from the high paid, favorited staff. Don't let this fool you. Services... sure..maybe. Wouldn't recommend anyone to work here. Management is crazy and will mess with your money and raises!

I am a social worker and I have had the pleasure of working with 3 of the best liaisons in the industry for the past 6 years. Dana, Kim, and Karissa are so professional, kind and caring. They have become more then just someone that stops by, they have become my friends. I have never doubted their ability to converse with a patient or a family member. I trust them to take care of my patients as if they are the only one. They are willing to go the extra mile and their communication is THE BEST!!!

I've been working for HHCI for a couple months now and it has been a blast. Everyone I work with are so nice and helpful. You never feel left confused or unsure about the day-to-day. Something cool I just did, was help with the final preparations for the Grand Opening of the Nagel Assisted Living in Waconia just this past week! HHCI rocks!

Brian Juul, who is a positive reflection of this company, is very responsive to our needs as well as our clients needs. I do follow up with our clients post discharge and usually do not hear any complaints about the staff or services. When I do hear concerns/complaints Brian is ready to hear about them and follows up on them. Brain is also willing to educate on the workings of the insurance aspect of his job. The time he is willing to spend responding to questions with our clients is much appreciated by them as well.

Another aspect of this company that makes it desirable is the willingness to take on the complicated and last minute clients and be successful with them.

A major benefit of this company is the ability to take on a client that has Medicare covered services as well as the need for private pay services.

I have no reservations in referring our clients to this company for the reasons stated above.

Kim Wagner is by far the best rep I have worked with at HHCI and I have worked with a few others over my social worker career. When working in the TCU I always knew that I could count on her and I knew as soon as I made that referral that she would take care of the rest and I did not have to worry. She was always so responsive and if I had a question she would get back to me with a response within minutes. HHCI was my go to home care agency because of her. Kim is an huge asset to HHCI. I would have not made as many referrals to HHCI if I did not have so much faith and trust in Kim. I always looked forward to seeing her come to the facility as well. She always had a smile on her face and she would brighten my day. She is by far the best rep I have ever worked with and because of her HHCI is my favorite home care agency.

I like working with Dee in physical therapy. I am very satisfied with her and she does a VERY good job. She has shown me some good exercises for my back and they are working!

If I could give it 0 stars I would but that s not an option. Do not let this company take care of your loved one(s) and do not ever consider working for them. Home health care INC and Legacy Home Care are the worst companies to be apart of or associated with period. They are highly understaffed, have way to many clients and not enough people to take care of them. Majority of the staff that goes out into people s homes are highly uneducated and not qualified. The company has no compassion for anyone, no values, no morals , poor communication and horrible problem solving. Many employees and clients complain daily about poor services. This company tries to cover things up rather then bring solutions! As a former person being associated with home health care inc and legacy Home Care I would warn every one not to place your loved ones in their care and not to apply here for a job. Don t waste your time!

The PT aids have always been really good, clear, and direct in person! (I'm communicating on behalf of my father) - BUT I have *rarely* had a simple communication with the administrators in this company. Calling the office yields an unprofessional series of forwards and it's not clear that in my most recent attempt - that I was even forwarded to the person I was supposed to be sent to. (Their voicemail didn't match the name of the person I asked for.)

I gave up.

I manage a senior facility of independent residents age 55 and older. Brian Juul, with Home Health Care, has been my "go to" guy if I have customers who want the comforts of home but may still need some additional services they were receiving at the hospital. With a common goal of keeping residents within their homes, Brian has been a huge asset working with on site staff as well as the families. He also takes time from a busy schedule to run a blood pressure clinic out of our community room. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about the health of your loved one, give Brian Juul a call...I highly recommend.

My elderly mother did a round of physical therapy with Anastasia Safonov to help with her severe back problems due to advanced osteoporosis. My mom can be extremely hard to please - she tends to be very critical and dismissive of doctors, nurses, therapists and any other medical professionals - but she could not be more complimentary towards Anastasia. In particular, she spoke very highly of Anastasia's skillfulness around age-related issues and her warm and caring approach. I cannot stress how nice it was to hear such positive feedback from my mom for a change. Huge thanks to Anastasia for helping my very sick mother feel a little better!

This company was such an awesome company to work with. My grandma needed their services for the last few years of her life, and ended up being paired with Megan Issacs, and she was such a great fit for her. My grandma was a very loving, and giving person however she was stubborn at times and no one could make her move more in therapy than Megan. After she had worked with Megan for awhile, Megan became known as "her Megan." Something that this company offers that not many in that field of work do is their compassion. Not only did Megan fulfill her job in her field of work but she took time off of the clock to really bond and connect with my grandma. They knew each other like the back of their hands. It gets me very emotional to even type this as my grandma is no longer with us but, even when she did pass Megan was there to wish her condolences to my family. I would recommend this company to anyone!
