Fresh took care of my worn bike quickly with the utmost courtesy, professionalism and skill.

In the final days leading up this years big race in Leadville things weren t spinning so smoothly. After burning time with unsuccessful fixes at 2 other local shops I found Fresh the day before the bike needed to ship out. They did what the others couldn t, they promptly diagnosed and repaired the problems sending me on my way to race worry free.

There are a lot of logistics that go into arriving at your big event healthy and with a reliable ride. Fresh took care of the mechanical half of that equation. I am very grateful for their assistance. Here on out, nobody but Fresh will ever put a wrench to my ride.

This is the shop to go to for mountain biking. They have the best bikes around and their knowledge of bike repairs is the best around. They have repaired everything on my bike from simple rim fixes to full overhauls on my shocks. I won't take my bike anywhere else.

Made a stop by to see a specific bike this weekend. I was impressed with the place. I believe it was the owner's son(s) who were helping me at first. They did a great job as did the owner (?)! Good to see the young guys learning the skills to work with people and being knowledgeable as well. Waiting for the demo program to resume. Probably one of the best experiences in a shop to date.

i have a bike i like to call Old School: its a rigid mountain bike, rim brakes, no fancy shocks or super cushy tires and well...lets just say people are amazed i make it through the trails on it. So. I recently took my 5 year old Santa Cruz Blur to Shawn for some work. I had some play in the rear end and Shawn took the time to seek out his contact at Santa Cruz and talk about it. They found a solution that replaced one of the parts in my linkage that had been upgraded over the years. The difference it made to my bike was amazing. The stability improvement on down hills was quite noticeable as well and the added stiffness on climes. As a side note, this was not why I had taken my bike in for work; it was for something completely different. It was Shawn who went the extra mile to ensure my bike was in the best possible condition for me to ride. As a rider and not a mechanic, this is golden for me. It ensures I ll have a safe ride and will not breakdown on the trail. Thanks Shawn!

Shawn and the crew at Fresh are a great bunch. Professional service with a friendly atmosphere. Shawn pays close attention to detail, which I appreciate. How many times have you had your bike 'repaired' and have to take it right back, won't happen here. Just go in an hang out in a relaxed environment, just a bunch of folks who love bikes wanting to go ride and make sure you have a good experience when you ride. I have been to most of the local shops and prefer Fresh to all others. Another plus, it is also ideally located right next to big creek MTB park and green way. This combined with the rental and demo program and how can you go wrong. I ve had a few questions about my bikes that I ve gone into ask advice on. The mechanics happily took the time to listen to my question and help me troubleshoot solutions. Never got the vibe that they re trying to milk me for money or didn t want to be bothered but are more interested in helping out the cycling community.

This shop is truly the best. They care very much about the rider and getting them the right gear and bike, whatever the situation.

May 2020, I worked with Shawn again to purchase a full suspension bike for my under sized 13yr old. He had a demo bike that worked out great for my budget since my son will obviously grow out of it in the near future. My son absolutely loves the bike and he's smokin his brother and myself on the trails. It's so enjoyable to have a shop owner who's more interested in putting the customer in the right product rather than just pushing product.

This is a great bike shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Great bike repair service. If you want to make sure you get the right bike in the right size for the right purpose you need to see the guys at Fresh. Reasonable prices as well.

This bike shop is very much the best I've experienced in town thus far. I've checked out many in the ATL area, but Fresh gets my business. They treat every customer (inexperienced to experienced) equally - every question is answered, no pressure on the sales floor, always flexible in bike repairs, and very fair in pricing. I recommend this shop to everyone I talk to who's interested in bikes.

The location is great, almost directly across from big creek, however, their customer service is awful. Typically they have younger kids working the floor, no excuse for the terrible service. Possibly better if you re going in for a big ticket item.

I have been to Fresh Bikes multiple times after only discovering the shop a few weeks ago. The are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have made retail purchases and gotten service done on my bike. Everyone has been extremely nice and accomadating in every situation and done great work. I plan to make Fresh Bikes my new home shop.

The best bike shop in the Atlanta area.....PERIOD! I have been to most of the bike shops in the area and although they provide adequate service, none have the knowledge that Shawn and his staff possess. Although it is an hour drive, I recently purchased a new bike from Fresh Bikes because of the after sale service and support that Shawn provides his customers.

We absolutely love Fresh Bikes! I started buying my kids bikes from them 6 years ago. Since then I have moved to Dalton.. 70 miles away... and I STILL will only buy from Fresh Bikes. Great bike shop! I was looking at a SB4.5 or SB5.5 Yeti for a possible next bike. I live in Memphis and the closest demo I could find was Fresh Bikes. I contacted Shawn and we discussed riding conditions and benefits of both. I decided the SB4.5 would probably fit my trail conditions better. Shawn used to work at Yeti and is an expert on the capabilities of the Yeti, having ridden the "lunch ride" in Golden, CO. I set up a trip to Atlanta to demo the SB4.5 and the IBIS Ripley LS. The shop is located close (less than 1/4 mile) to the Big Creek Park trail head. This was a great placed to demo the 2 bikes with a wide range of trail difficulty. I fell in love with the SB4.5. The shop has a great inventory of Yeti, but I special ordered the one I preferred. He was able to tell me the delivery time immediately (3-4 days). I came back 2 weeks later, picked up the bike, and took it for a ride at Big Creek to ensure it was dialed in. I can't say enough about the personal service provided by Fresh Bikes. My only regret is that I don't live close enough to make it my "local bike shop".

Fresh Bikes is just a great bike shop. Shawn treats his customers well. They sell some of the best bike brands like Yeti, Ibis, and Pivot. My wife and I got our Yeti SB5s from Fresh Bikes over two years ago. First off Yeti makes awesome bikes. But any bike needs regular maintenance. We just had our bikes in for full maintenance including pivots, fork and shock. My bike needed to have my rear shock sent to Fox to have a part replaced. Fresh Bikes handled everything well. And as a courtesy Shawn eliminated the estimated labor charge for the rear shock because I had to spend more for the extra parts and fees from Fox. Those actions are noticed by the customer.

Last year during service they noticed a cracked bushing that they replaced as a courtesy. Bottom line mountain biking is an expensive sport and it is important to work with a good shop that has skilled mechanics and treats their customers well. You will find that at Fresh Bikes.

I have had several remarkable experiences at Fresh Bikes:

1. Joe, the part time mechanic, always provides top notch service, and I now consider him to be more of a buddy than a bike mechanic.
2. When I cracked a frame (on a bike purchased elsewhere!), owner Shawn Brunner helped assist me with a seamless warranty when the other shop wouldn t. I ended up with a fabulous NEW bike, thanks to Shawn and his efforts.
3. I finally pulled the trigger on a really sweet ride recently a Yeti 5.5 Turquoise Series Build with all the coolest upgrades. It wasn t cheap, but Shawn delivered VALUE and my dream bike.
4. I kept trying to bring my wife to Fresh, with plans of putting her on a high end hybrid. Instead, she stopped in on her own, and Shawn (knowing full well that I had plans of spending real money) matched her up with a bike that made far more sense for her for a fraction of what we were prepared to spend.

I can t imagine why anyone would consider using any other bike shop. Shawn s as talented a mechanic as you ll find and backs what he sells. FRESH BIKES ROCKS!

Fresh Bike Service ordered my Raleigh SSCX bike and had it built in about a week. I have purchased bikes in different shops all over Atlanta, and I have always had some type of problem. This was the easiest transaction! You cannot beat the service plan or quality of service that you get with their bikes. This is the only bike shop to use for your bicycle needs.

Shawn is an amazingly thorough technician. When the problem becomes difficult and the factory representatives are involved, he does a great job keeping you updated about the repair, the reason for the problem and how it will be resolved. Shawn notices the small things that many shops overlook, such as wearing hex or torx screws - replaced; the beginning of a creaky bottom bracket - bring it back in 3 months. He's a top end wrench and patient teacher. I learn something every time I visit Fresh Bike Service.

Bought a Yeti SB4.5 Turq XO1 Eagle from Fresh Bikes this past winter. They give phenomenal service and did a fantastic job building the bike. Shawn knows his mtn bikes and I will definitely be returning here for my next bike.

Took my bike into Fresh Bikes and Shawn and his team stopped what they were doing to make sure I got the part I needed ordered, then offered to overnight it so I could get back on the trails faster!!! Literally turned my bad day into a great one! Then they gave me some Fresh Bikes stickers so I could sticker bomb my car!! Great work guys! I can t say enough good things about you!! Last fall I narrowed my new bike search down to 5, three of which Fresh bikes had for rent. To make a long story short It took a few days and I test rode all the bikes I wanted with Fresh. When I finally made up my mind which bike, wheel size, upgrades etc I still had not made up my mind about tires. Shawn took a set of wheels off of another bike to put on the bike I wanted for one more test ride. He really helped me confirm what I wanted in a bike.
I appreciate the knowledge Shawn, Bill and the team at Fresh bring to the table to educate the consumer. I've been riding for a long time but am not necessarily up on the latest developments whereas they are.
As for service after the sale, it's great. I was riding in N. GA and smashed the derailleur pretty good and shifting went bad. I limped back to the car and gave Shawn a call from the trail head. I got to the shop just before closing and dropped it off and they had it back up and running before the next weekend. Every time I call I get a concise expert answer.
If Fresh has what you're looking for in a bike, look no further, they will take care of you. If you're not sure what you want, they can save you a lot of time by pointing you in the right direction. If you're going to spend what it takes to get a great bike, ride it before you buy it. Fresh is the place to get it done.

Went 4 minutes before closing the owner was there he was very accommodating. He fixed my wheel which the cassette was loose and sent me on my way. I am very grateful I have been to a few different shops and I have never been as satisfied as I was here. Very cool bike shop I will be going there for all of my bike needs!

I bought a Yeti SB100 here a few weeks ago and these guys were great. Shawn and the kid that helped me purchase the bike were friendly and easy to deal with. This is a really great shop. The guys in here are super laid-back and friendly. There's not a lot of selection in the store, but the head mechanic / proprietor really knows his stuff. He's definitely more knowledgeable than many of the bike shop mechanics that you run into, and he's quickly become the only person (besides myself) who I will really trust to work on my bikes.

They are conveniently located at the south entrance to Big Creek path & Mtn bike trails. Their name says "Service". Stopped in because my Avid Mtn bike brake was sticking. They recognized the issue, had the tools but could not perform while you wait service because "they might have walk in traffic." Um, my brother & I on $9,000 worth of bikes are walk in traffic & we were the only customers in the store! Missed our ride, fixed the problem at home. Thank you for no Service Fresh.

Fantastic shop. The owner and employees are all knowledgable, personable, and passionate about bikes. No high pressure sales here--they just want to make sure you're stoked with your bike for how and where you ride. Excellent selection of bikes and parts, especially higher-end MTBs that many shops don't stock. Fresh Bikes also gives back to the community, supporting the local trail system with events and group rides.

I wanted to buy a "decent" bike for my 8 year old after a series of Toys R Us specials and even though I wasn't looking at high-end expensive bikes, Jack who helped me and Shawn (owner) treated us as though we were just as important as someone buying a high-end a carbon fiber mt. bike. When the bike came in, it ended up being a little bit big for my son and there was absolutely no problem returning it (we never rode it outside) and ordering the next size down. Great atmosphere and great to see a local business that treats customers right growing and thriving. Fresh Bikes is the best place to have your bike repaired. They always do what is necessary and get your bike back to you in better condition and operation than when you left it. They love bikes and treat all with respect. I would never even think of taking my bike somewhere else.

Shawn the owner is first class. I've been involved in the biking industry my whole life and Shawn for being a young business owner under fourty years old has extensive knowledge and experience in the bicycle business. He has experience in the technical aspects as well and he has even written and presently writes for bicycle publishers. I bought a Norco and I needed an emergency adjustments on breaks and derailer and he went out of his way to accommodate me even under tough circumstances with pandemic. Atlanta is lucky to have a great bike shop and business owner with Shawn and Fresh Bikes!

TLDR: One of the best bike shop experiences ever. Buying a new bike is a big deal. Fresh made it seem every bit as special, and informed, as it should be.

I'll be honest, my first time visiting Fresh a few years ago was intimidating. Specialty models, lots of MTB-specific gear and parts, and very knowledgeable staff all can seem overwhelming at first. But this is the sort of shop that is great at breaking down those things into digestible chunks, and really helping you get the right setup to fulfill your mountain bike dreams.

I returned because I wanted to test ride a few different bikes, and their location near Big Creek makes it easy to try out a lot of great bikes in one session. They set up four different bikes for me to try, and were great about talking me through what I liked about each one after each ride. This helped me to better reflect on what I wanted. They swapped out parts for me, were meticulous about shock settings and saddle height, and were constantly enthusiastic and patient.

Buying an expensive bike is a big deal. Fresh made it seem every bit as special, and informed, as it should be. Every staff person was friendly, eager to help out, and genuine about their love of riding. They helped me create a unique setup for my final bike that was better than I could ever have reached otherwise, and every ride I'm grateful I went back to the shop.

Shawn and his team are awesome, and run a shop worthy of your time.

I would recommend to check with them about first come first serve policies on the service part of the business. While buying experience was good, we ran into a snag on the service part. However owner of the store did reach out and corrected the situation which shows dedication to service and taking care of his customers.

If you're in the market for a mountain bike, look no further! The folks at Fresh Bike Service know their stuff. They keep up with the current trends and are able to educate you every step of the way.

I've gotten two bikes from Fresh Bike Service and each bike has been impeccable. When I was getting my second bike they managed to help me, a guy doing some demos/asking questions, a guy picking up some parts, and a guy coming into shop for a new bike. Shawn and Cooper helped us all, and no customer was left standing around - super efficient. The same night a couple even came in *just to visit* a bit with Shawn - you know you're in the right place when a shop takes care of its customers so well they take the time to come by to socialize!

The shop is riding distance to a great trail system (Big Creek Park) - great for demoing, and they run weekly group rides (night rides in Fall/Winter). When choosing my second bike, I demoed a few bikes over two weekends and each time they dialed in the bikes for me so I could focus on letting the bike choose me.

Check them out: they sell the best brands, offer the best service, and you'll have the best time!

Best bike store ever! Rented a bike here for the morning. They custom fit it to me and then fixed it again to my personal injuries so that I could ride it again in the afternoon. GREAT SHOP, OWNER, AND SERVICE! A privately owned company (i think), that feels like you are in a bike shop you'd find out West I had driven by several times before i stopped in. Please, do. You'd be glad you did. I liked it so much i bought a bike from them. They have excellent bikes, accessories, and service that will be hard to find elsewhere.

Was in the ATL from Baton Rouge for the weekend for the SEC Championship game and to do some MTB ing north of ATL. After riding Big Creek just down the road from Fresh Bikes I stopped in late about :20 prior to closing at 5:40pm to see if I could get a quick unplanned derailleur adjustment on the MTB and to pick up some parts that I needed. Shaun, the owner was swamped with scheduled repairs that needed to be finished and also trying to close up the shop for 6pm, but him and his worker Parker took the time to treat me like I was their #1 Customer and get my bike dialed in and tuned up, and even find an issue that I didn t know that I had. They didn t have to do this for me as a walk in that close to closing but they were Happy to keep one of their customers HAPPY! Because of the A++ service I ended up buying an extra MTB helmet that I didn t plan on, but they had one I liked and I was so pleased with their customer service that I said what the hell, I ll help out a LBS that helped me out. Oh, also their stock of bikes and equipment is SICK!!! I ll be happy to come back whenever I m in the area again!

Awesome experience from start to finish. Shawn and his team are very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and super helpful. This was my first carbon fiber, dual-suspension MTB bike, and it was a big purchase. After visiting most of ATL's bike shops, I decided to go with Fresh Bikes and they delivered. Thank you guys!

The technician suggested I replace my entire drive train, turns out it was just the b limit screw. I will never go back.

Bought some gloves here today and was not told there was a no return policy on them due to COVID-19. Owner was not present when I bought them, but he was there when I returned them. My request set him off and he was quite rude about it. We probably could have worked all this out if he would have spoken with me directly but that never happened. It wasn't worth the $30 to me to be treated like that. He did refund the gloves, but it made me feel like I was a terrible person for even asking.

I d been researching and shopping for my dream mountain bike for a long time. This research brought me to Fresh Bikes, where I found exactly what I wanted. Mike did a great job of helping me with the bike, set-up and just took great care of me answered my questions, no pressure and just really helpful.

There was a misunderstanding, however, during my purchase. Shawn s approach, fairness and attitude in taking care of me was impressive. He cares about his customers, does right by them and is more than fair and that s at least as important as the product they carry. Oftentimes, it s how a team handles a challenge that is telling and Shawn and the team demonstrated they re good, honest people that care.

So, I actually found more than I was searching for at Fresh Bikes not only my dream bike, but a great local bike store, terrific customer service and a shop with folks that I trust and give good advice. I ll be coming back to Fresh Bikes for my kids bikes (and my next dream bike!).

Great folks and awesome customer service. I've done business with a lot of shops in Atlanta and Fresh Bikes is the best of them all. Purchased a Yeti 4.5 and I love it. All their staff are very knowledgeable. Great selection no matter your skill level.

Hello All... my last post turned out to be a slight miscommunication... I can honestly say that these guys are official! i had another issue with my "bike" (and i say that loosely). for some reason my tire was going flat and I just bought the tubes from these guys a couple weeks ago.. so I take it there, and they do a bang up service! adjust my brake line change my tube, and adjust some other stuff on my bike... im no expert.. but they spent a fair mount of time on my baby... so thanks guys..AWESOME JOB!!

Over the years I've purchased two bikes from the crew at Fresh Bikes. Also, I get them to perform my yearly tune ups. The team is always welcoming and willing to answer questions. When you get your bike after a new purchase or maintenance visit, you will be ready to roll. Attention to detail is what you can expect. If you are looking for a place to have as your local bike shop, give them a try.

Shawn and the rest of the staff at Fresh Bike are always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. No bike problem seems to be too big or too small, and most of the time when I walk in with a problem, Shawn fixes it without me even having to leave the bike with him overnight. Definitely a mechanic you can trust: if he says something needs to be repaired, you can believe him. Pricing is reasonable, hours are great, and his location near the Big Creek Trails in Roswell is hard to beat. Great example of a high quality local bike shop with outstanding customer service!

Went to one bike shop to get an opinion on a rear hub assembly and left the shop with my head spinning. Came to Fresh Bikes and they not only tried their best to get me set up, but ordered the right parts for me on the spot. Cant thank these guys enough!

Fresh Bike Service never seems to disappoint. This has been my go to bike shop for several years now. I can always count on they guys to be straight up with me on what my bike needs to be kept in top condition without trying to oversell me what isn't needed. It was this approach that lead me to eventually buy a new custom built Yeti from Fresh. Shawn made the process an easy step by step project showing me where to go the extra mile with an upgrade that fit my budget. It is the clear communication the shop provides to help me understand the issue I'm having when needing repairs, how it will be fixed and knowing the costs before the work it completed that I really appreciate...just feels like they take the extra mile for you to learn more about the bike which I think makes you a better rider in the long run,
If your looking for a trusted local shop with guys that are passionate about what they do, stop in and give them a try. You won't be disappointed! And give the weekly Thursday night or monthly family rides a try.

Great service. Bought a bike from fresh (the team took a lot of time to show me the ins and outs of each model) and there ended up being a front fork issue from rock shox. Fresh contacted the manufacturer and I came back to a $400 upgrade. Would highly recommend!

Just an awesome shop. I brought my Capra in for it's first tune up and to convert to tubeless and they got er dialed. Also bought my dad a Norco Fluid here and the experience was great. Good people, good times!

Customer service is basically non existent. They have a good selection of quality gear and bikes.. they are even super conveniently located near big creek but all that goodness is sadly blown away by the way they treat customers.

Asked if they can adjust my front derailleur - they offered 2 tuning setups - $85 and $110 which will include everything. When I asked if they can only adjust what I'm asking - they said they can do it, but it will take 2 weeks! I asked if they can give me a date or call me when they actually ready to work on my bike so I can bring it the same day - they said they can't do that. 2 weeks for something that can be done in a few hours max! Seriously?! Of course, I don't know how good they actually at fixing or maintain the bikes - so that's why it's only 3 out of 5 stars. If I own that place - I'd be more flexible with all the customers who want to bring you money.

What a great bike shop. I live 2 hours away but wanted an ibis ripmo. They talked with me on the phone multiple times about components, setup, riding style etc. steered me away from some stuff and boy am I happy they did. I have an awesome ripmo that is dialed in.
When I went to the store to pick it up they spent plenty of time with me dialing in the suspension, etc. they are super knowledgeable and treated me right.
I am only sad that I probably won t get to use the free tune ups since I live 2 hours away. But then again, I might. They do good work. I was amazed with the quality and number of top dollar bikes in their showroom.
Only negative I have is that they don t serve beer. ;)

I had some warranty work done on a dropper post that was installed. Shawn called me to tell me he was still waiting for the part to arrive but he knew the weather was going to be nice that weekend, so he offered to set me up in a loaner bike if I wanted to ride. I didn't take him up on the offer but it was nice that he gave me the option. He fixed the post and made a few suggestion about some items I might want to look at but didn't hard sell me on anything. Great service!

As a returning customer, Fresh Bikes continues to impress! There are plenty of places to buy/service bikes locally, so what it comes down to is the overall experience. Fresh Bikes goes above and beyond expectation to provide the best experience around!

Great service everytime. Shawn, Mike, Matt, and the others take special interest in making sure you get the attention needed with each visit. I ve purchased a few accessories, and they ve tuned my Yeti several times over the last couple years. I feel like my bike is new again when I pick it up, and have renewed confidence that it will perform perfectly. Check them out for all your biking needs!

Best bike shop around! Super easy to work with, knowledgeable and nice staff. Have bought a 5yr old bike and a women's cruiser/hybrid bike there in the last couple months.

FRESH BIKES in Roswell: Management and technicians are high class people.
The 2 bikes were tuned up, cleaned, checked and fixed. And easily, personnel exceeded my expectations in Customer Service, knowledge and "Honesty".
The two bikes sound like a million $>>"fine tune machines".
These guys know their stuff and aren't afraid to share it and their attitude is even better than GREAT!

Fresh Bike Service is no less than amazing at what they do. The owner is very hands on, and had helped me out several times before even opening his doors (as a complete stranger), saving my ride and time. Most recently, they did an emergency fix on my nephews bike, 15 minutes until closing for New Years Eve! I was embarrassingly "that guy"... They have the best bikes and service around.
