Sunny, 75 degrees, no clouds = Ride day! Checking my air pressure on my fox shock I snapped the schrader valve = BAD DAY!!!
Took my bike into Fresh Bikes and Shawn and his team stopped what they were doing to make sure I got the part I needed ordered, then offered to overnight it so I could get back on the trails faster!!! Literally turned my bad day into a great one! Then they gave me some Fresh Bikes stickers so I could sticker bomb my car!! Great work guys! I can t say enough good things about you!! Literally turned my bad day into a great one!!! Top notch customer service and quick service! What else can you ask for?
