They are conveniently located at the south entrance to Big Creek path & Mtn bike trails. Their name says "Service". Stopped in because my Avid Mtn bike brake was sticking. They recognized the issue, had the tools but could not perform while you wait service because "they might have walk in traffic." Um, my brother & I on $9,000 worth of bikes are walk in traffic & we were the only customers in the store! Missed our ride, fixed the problem at home. Thank you for no Service Fresh.
