Fresh Bike Service never seems to disappoint. This has been my go to bike shop for several years now. I can always count on they guys to be straight up with me on what my bike needs to be kept in top condition without trying to oversell me what isn't needed. It was this approach that lead me to eventually buy a new custom built Yeti from Fresh. Shawn made the process an easy step by step project showing me where to go the extra mile with an upgrade that fit my budget. It is the clear communication the shop provides to help me understand the issue I'm having when needing repairs, how it will be fixed and knowing the costs before the work it completed that I really appreciate...just feels like they take the extra mile for you to learn more about the bike which I think makes you a better rider in the long run,
