Was in the ATL from Baton Rouge for the weekend for the SEC Championship game and to do some MTB ing north of ATL. After riding Big Creek just down the road from Fresh Bikes I stopped in late about :20 prior to closing at 5:40pm to see if I could get a quick unplanned derailleur adjustment on the MTB and to pick up some parts that I needed. Shaun, the owner was swamped with scheduled repairs that needed to be finished and also trying to close up the shop for 6pm, but him and his worker Parker took the time to treat me like I was their #1 Customer and get my bike dialed in and tuned up, and even find an issue that I didn t know that I had. They didn t have to do this for me as a walk in that close to closing but they were Happy to keep one of their customers HAPPY! Because of the A++ service I ended up buying an extra MTB helmet that I didn t plan on, but they had one I liked and I was so pleased with their customer service that I said what the hell, I ll help out a LBS that helped me out. Oh, also their stock of bikes and equipment is SICK!!! I ll be happy to come back whenever I m in the area again!
