I wanted to buy a "decent" bike for my 8 year old after a series of Toys R Us specials and even though I wasn't looking at high-end expensive bikes, Jack who helped me and Shawn (owner) treated us as though we were just as important as someone buying a high-end a carbon fiber mt. bike. When the bike came in, it ended up being a little bit big for my son and there was absolutely no problem returning it (we never rode it outside) and ordering the next size down. Great atmosphere and great to see a local business that treats customers right growing and thriving. I am glad to see that every single review on Google is 5 stars, because that was my experience over the course of multiple visits as well. Thanks!
