I recently took my 5 year old Santa Cruz Blur to Shawn for some work. I had some play in the rear end and Shawn took the time to seek out his contact at Santa Cruz and talk about it. They found a solution that replaced one of the parts in my linkage that had been upgraded over the years. The difference it made to my bike was amazing. The stability improvement on down hills was quite noticeable as well and the added stiffness on climes. As a side note, this was not why I had taken my bike in for work; it was for something completely different. It was Shawn who went the extra mile to ensure my bike was in the best possible condition for me to ride. As a rider and not a mechanic, this is golden for me. It ensures I ll have a safe ride and will not breakdown on the trail. Thanks Shawn!
